The Condo
Wildhorse Meadows is one of the newest resort communities in Steamboat Springs Colorado. Located just steps away from the Wildhorse Gondola, this fully remodeled modern 2bed/2ba condo in the First Tracks development has direct access to the Steamboat Ski Resort.
The Kitchen is professionally stocked with a Nepresso Vertuo Machine, Kitchen Aid, Cusinart and all the basics, including brand new appliances and Granite counters. The Living Room includes a smart flat screen HDTV with an Xbox HBO, NETFLIX, Prime and much more . There is also a deck with sitting area off the living room that has great views of the Yampa Valley. The Master Bedroom includes a California King bed and a smart flat screen TV, with a connected full Master Bath and ample closet space. The in home office is set-up off the kitchen with a flat screen MAC and Canon printer and free WIFI which is connected to a SONOS system for music. The second bedroom has a King size bed and a smart flat screen TV, and the bathroom is located two steps away. There is a full sized washer and dryer located off the kitchen. All furnishings, Plates, Utensils, Pots and Pans, Linens, Towels and Mattresses are brand new.
While staying, you have full access to all the amenities at Trailhead Lodge; Amenities include a heated lap pool, 3 “grotto” hot tubs with waterfalls, a fitness center, game room, and BBQ/outdoor area. One of the best amenities, though, is the Wildhorse Gondola linking Trailhead Lodge to the Steamboat Ski Area.
If you enjoy good coffee bring along some Nepresso pods - Nespresso Vertuo Line, - they have them on Amazon. Otherwise there is a Cusinart Drip Coffee Machine.
The unit has stocked spices and basics for your cooking needs.

We had a great visit for our first trip to Steamboat. The condo was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay there again. Appreciated the coffee and spices and condiments too!! :)

Being a rental owner myself, I am pretty discriminating about the properties which we stay and this rental was top notch. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could want, they had A/C which is not commonly found in Steamboat Springs, and both rooms had king-sized beds with a nicely stocked bathroom w/ great hair/body products in the shower. Being remote workers, the workstation and speedy internet were also bonuses. We had great communication with the owners while there and I have tagged the property as a Favorite for return stays.

Great property with all you needed. Bonus was the Air Conditioning in thr unit. Was nice to have. Location is excellent and great access to all the amenities, pool, hot tub, gym. Will look to stay again

We travel very often and have used VRBO for years. That said, I would tell you that these hosts are the most accommodating we have ever rented from. From the very well thought out unit, to the perfectly stocked kitchen, linens and restrooms, entertainment options and games, to incidentals - everything was wonderful and left us wanting for nothing. Even with some last minute changes, they could not have been kinder. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely be looking forward to staying there on our next trip to Steamboat!

You can walk to the gondola that takes you right to the lodge. There is also access to a hot tub which was AMAZING. Such a must after a ski day! Great location, clean, perfect size for two couples. We will definately book again! The owner is VERY nice and accommodating.

I wanted to start off by staying we had a great time in Steamboat and the condo was very clean and wonderful location to everything!
A few things to note if you are looking to stay at this property. A big disappointment to us was there was no a/c or a/c units! It was terribly hot and no way to cool down the condo besides a small floor fan in the bedrooms and one ceiling fan in between the kitchen and family room. We did open the windows at night and it finally cooled down enough until construction work woke you up at 7:00 am every morning! The listing does not state there is no a/c or you are in a construction zone and there is a lot of noise around you!
Also, please be aware that this is a 3rd floor unit and there is no elevator! This was not an issue for us but can easily be with small children or elderly family members. Overall we do recommend this property in the winter or cooler months and once construction is done. However for us and how much we spent and how little we slept we will be asking for a partial refund.

We really enjoyed our stay at this nicely remodeled condo in Steamboat Springs. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need for dining in and the beds are super comfortable. We loved the hot tubs and pool after a long day of fun in the mountains. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this beautiful condo for 3 nights. We enjoyed the high-end decore and the beautiful location. The kitchen had everything we needed. We sept with the window opened every night and loved the quiet, cool July nights and sunny mornings. As suggested in the description, we had dinner at Bricks Pizza restaurant that was within walking distance. The pizza was amazing that the family owned restaurant had fun, attentive service and well made drinks. We love Steamboat Springs and will be back again soon! Thank you for letting us stay in your peaceful condo!

The property is nice and convenient to both downtown and the mountain. We had minor complaints…nothing that can’t easily be corrected. We only had a half roll of toilet paper and ran out of Kleenex. Couldn’t find any instructions about the pool so had to figure that out using Google Maps. Only had one access key to the pool which made getting out through the Men’s and Women’s rooms a little cumbersome.
Now for the good stuff….the kitchen has anything you would ever need. Nice appliances. Comfortable beds. We walked to the grocery store and played pickleball next door. Steamboat never disappoints. We ate at wonderful restaurants and had a fun easy hike at Spring Creek. Great weekend, nice place to stay, all in all a nice weekend getaway.

The condo is beautiful and has every amenity you could want! Nespresso machine with coffee pods, beach towels, etc.. I needed a piece of tape and when I opened the drawer....there was tape! Location was great, pool and hot tubs were wonderful. We had a great stay and would definitely book this condo again!

Well equipped condo
The property is an excellent choice for a ski vacation. The Bed and Bedding were excellent, it made for a good sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed you to cook anything you could think of.
There are a few things you should be aware of. First it is on the third floor and you have to use stairs. Second, the lift is a bit of a walk from the condo, but makes it easy to get to the mountain. The hot tub and gym is also a bit of a walk, but very nice. If you are OK with some walking then it is a great place.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The condo is very comfortable, clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Having two bedrooms and bathrooms made it perfect for two couples. The gondola to Steamboat is a very short walk from the front door. Our host, Christina, was very responsive and our check in was easy with the instructions. We highly recommend this property.

Great condo, great location
Christina's condo was a great landing pad for myself and two friends for a 3 night stay in Steamboat. Impeccably clean unit, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and super convenient to have the Wildhorse gondola a short 3 to 5 minute walk away. The separation between this unit (First Tracks) and Trailhead Lodge was a bit confusing at first ( admittedly I didn't read the listing close enough), but we figured it out and it's a short 3 to 5 minute walk to the amenities at Trailhead Lodge. Overall great stay...would definitely come back!

Unit was very clean and well care for. No air-conditioning or elevator to 3rd floor.
The condo was very clean and well stocked, 5 star. However, there was no air conditioning and the fans provided could not get the unit comfortable at all. No ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We had to keep everything closed up during the day and could not enjoy being at the condo. No elevator either, only stairs to hall all your gear up.

Beautiful place, great location
Everything was as advertised or better. Easy to find, easy to get around using shuttles and the gondola straight to Gondola Village. Christina was so helpful and nice and really knows all the ins and outs of the mountain and area. She had great recommendations for food, skiing, lifts, etc.
The place is spacious, very clean, and so well decorated. It has all of the essentials and a good bit more.
My wife and I couldn't be happier and will absolutely be staying here again.

Christina was a wonderful and very responsive host! The property was very clean, beautiful and we LOVED the decor. Kitchen had everything someone needs if you love to cook, and the house was well stocked with personal needs items. Will be looking to stay again in the future and highly recommend Christina as a host.
