About this house rental
Direct and private access to the beach at the end of the garden, gently sloping, by a small gate and some wooden steps from the large pier (the masonry overhanging part): sun loungers, beach hut with fridge, and hand shower desalinate.
The beach is relatively uncrowded, because equidistant from the 2 nearest public access.
The villa is accessible by a long private driveway, from a very quiet street (closed to cars except residents) close to the lively center of Moulleau (bars, restaurants, shops, departure of the sea shuttles).
Benefits of very high quality and very comfortable.
Wifi + TV box - internal network with Ethernet jacks, alarm.
Linen, household entrance / exit and during the stay, personalized welcome are included in the rental.

Historic Basque style house built in 1932, completely renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, specialist of the Arcachon Basin.
Upstairs :
• Very large living room (90m2) with cathedral ceiling comprising living room, dining room, mixed billiard table (French and American) and kitchen with central island, overlooking a terrace of 50m2 with an unobstructed 180 ° view of the Bassin and a terrace of 20m2 at the back of the house, facing east, in the countryside.
• A parental suite, on one level with the living room and giving on the terrace facing the sea, including a room with bed in 180, a big office (with extra bed, TV, screen PC), and a room of bath with tub and Italian shower, style 30's.
On the ground floor :
• A living room with giant screen and attached kitchen, adjoining terrace on the east side and wooden south deck, with outdoor shower (hot water)
• Three large bedrooms facing the sea, overlooking a long wooden passageway terrace, each with two beds in 90 contiguous or not, private bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower
• A bedroom with a bed 160 and a private bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower overlooking the wooden walkway South side
• Two bedrooms with two beds in 90 sharing a bathroom with bath and separate toilet
• Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Possibility to park several cars on the ground at the back of the house.
