Thank you Fotis

Very close to the beach, not in the middle of the town, perfect for quiet evenings. Still close to everything. Each wednesday there is a market at 100 m, fresh food, fresh fish, clothes... you can find literally everything. At 200 m there is a big supermarket. The house guest, Fotis, will help with eveything , he is the best advisor. There is air conditioner in each room. Will come again for sure.

Family with a Baby

We had an excellent stay at this property! It was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely yard. The beach was just a short walk away, which was very convenient. Fotis, the host, was amazing—always available and very helpful. Highly recommend this place for a great vacation!

I Highly recommend this host and this property

It was very clean and functional. Host was very helpful and willing to help with all our requests and questions. Properly was close to everything but in quite street. There was a lot of parking on the street on front of the building. Properly has everything for a family to have very pleasant vacation. I will definitely recommend this property.

I didn’t find anything that my family and I didn’t like. Everything was good

The owner is very kind. The accommodation is spacious, clean, every room has a terrace. The owner is available for anything you need. WIFI is excellent.

There is no sea view. There are no hooks and cupboards for personal belongings in the bathroom.

Perfect

The apartment is very big. Location is perfect - 5min from the beach. It was very clean inside and outside. The yard is small but cozy. The host was very hospitable and always on our disposal. Thank you, Fotis!

Most amazing stay in Northern Greece

Amazing apartment! Great size, very comfortable and clean. We were 3 people and had great space and everything we needed. The terrace has a spectacular view and we enjoyed our morning coffee or late dinner. The host Fotis is the real gem of the property. He is very caring and hospitable and you can ask him anything. The beach is so close and all the bars and restaurants too. In the same time is the area is so peaceful and quite.

Perfect accommodation for families

Everything was perfect. Mr. Fotis, the owner, is one of the nicest guys I met. He is always ready to help about any questions. The location of the appartment is preety good - close to beach and close to city center. The appartment was clean and big enought for 4 adults and 2 kids. We even could lend some beach toys from Mr. Fotis for our kids to play. It was as we hoped and more. I can only recommend this accommodation!

Regarding appartment everything was perfect. I really could not say even one bad thing about the accommodation.

It was absolutelly amasing stay.Very beautiful, clean, comfotable apartment. Here we have found everything we needed for our family holiday. The beach is very close with clean and transparent sea. Happy part of my vacation!

Very stylish, comfortable and cozy studio. Cleanliness and amenities are at a high level. Wide and sunny rooms. Most important thing Fotis is very kind and helpful man!!! The sunny Greece has many nice and hardworking people!

Amazing place to stay

We spent really nice time here, Fotis is the best host I have ever met, he cared about us a lot. He even invited us to his family party in the garden with very kind people. The house is not in the city center so it is not noisy but still close to everything. Fotis helped us with airport transfer and renting a car as well, I think it was a better option than booking it online. He also provided beach toys for my kids :)

I liked everything, we felt really welcome.

Place I'll never go back to

The kitchen was OK and the bedrooms were pretty decent, except for the mosquito nets that were torn.

We were on the ground floor although this was not what I booked. The bathroom was miserable -it smelled of mold, it was constantly humid and wet because there was no ventilator (nor window), the floor had a reverse slope and so the water was going towards the bathroom door and in the hallway instead of towards the drain. The mosquito nets were all torn - the landlord gave us scotch tape to fix it. There were a lot of mosquitos outside. The sofas in the living room were very dirty, we had to put bedsheets on top of them. The nearest beach was extremely crowded and the water was deep right after the first 5 steps. Not convenient for little kids.

Enjoyable place to relax

The location close to the beach, easy accessible. Very clean and all the necessary tools available. All the recommendations you need or help with local business is provided by the host which is always present in case you need something. The ground floor apartment has a small garden where you can enjoy a drink.

The appartment is new, clean and tidy. It has two balconies, air conditions in every room, TV and wifi. There is a beautifull garden and the location is great. Livingroom has view of a church. The owner was very kind and hospitable. Warm recomendation!

Very nice

The studio is located close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view to a well maintained garden in front of the house. There is also view to a nice backyard too. The rooms are equipped with everything needed for a good stay. The host Fotis is very polite and has been supportive to all our requests.

Very good location (nice and quiet aria) , clean and confortable apartment and really close to the beach. Also close to supermarket, shops and restaurants. The whole family had a pleasant stay and relaxed properly.

The block of apartments is located around 2-3 minutes from the nearest beach (on foot), and the beach itself is great for kids. There are two large supermarkets nearby. Our flat was quite spacious, designed with style, and generally felt like home. The host was one of the friendliest people I had ever met. He kept asking us if we needed anything and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend Irene Suites to families.

We generally liked our stay. Nea Moudania itself is not as touristy as places in Kassandra, or places around Nea Moudania, but this is something we also liked. The apartments are not too near the centre of Nea Moudania (you need 10-12 min on foot), which can bother someone, but given that the centre is quite crowded, we enjoyed being distanced from it.

Great apartment for a family beach holiday.

Spacious and well appointed apartment. Beach is right around the corner. Big supermarket nearby. The town center is a short stroll away where you can find many cafes and restaurants. Fotis is an attentive host. Irene suites is perfect for a family holiday.
