TERRIBLE OWNER TERRIBLE NOISY LOCATION. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED!!!!! NOT EVEN SMALL!!!

For sure NOT THE OWNER!! Mrs Antinakis is a lier, rude and super unprofessional.

OWNER ANSWER WAS AGAIN FULL OF BULLSXXXS! I ATTACHED A PHOTO OF OUR HUUUUGGGEEEE DOG!!! bigger to accommodate the many large suitcases--> 2 suitcases room had a full panoramic view of the harbour --> the parking madame!! had changed due to past abuses--> not my problem. you should have informed us seen we booked 9 months before! And booking gave us UNFORTUNATELY your "place" (a way to make money madame!?!?!) accept your dog by appointment--> ??? what r u speaking about!?! guest house is not suitable for large animals--> Otto is 8 kg madame!! comfortable, has its own space, can run, move and not be confined to a room--> Ww just slept in your "room". During daytime don't worry we were out and far from that lager! And again according to booking is a pet friedly place. Cleaning?? Dirty??? MENOPAUSA!!! Booked in January a specific room with see view to the port as the pension is asking. 3 weeks before arriving (8th Aug) we received the second confirmation of that room ( nr7) and the confirmation of the first payment done. We arrived (6 Sep) and she gave room 6. We asked why and she became offensive/aggressive saying that we didn’t confirmed when we already paid half of our 4 days!!!! She started also complaining about the dog when we booked specifically here for our small dog. Apparently she changed the roles. And if we had complains we had to contact booking. (WE!!!!!) At the end we were allowed to keep the dog with us as a favour!!! In our 4 days we met of course the people who got nr7. The man told us that they were coming for many years and that the booked it in May. The terrible wife, to defend the Anntonaky, immediately with an unfriendly face and voice corrected the husband saying that they booked already the year before and shout the door. SO, TO AVOID THIS WOMAN, NOISY PLACE AND TO AVOID TO RUIN YOUR HOLIDAYS DON’T BOOK HERE!! IT IS FULL OF NICE SMALL PENSION IN BETTER LOCATIONS IN THIS LOVELY SMALL VILLAGE.

Not for Athos pilgrims: loud family of the property owner screaming and smoking until 2am.

Clean room, nice view.

This is not the place where you want to stay if you need to get the ferry to Athos at 6am. Loud music from the restaurants next door until midnight. But the most problematic was the family of the property owner. They were sitting on the terrace behind a paper wall until 2am with loud music and even louder conversations, smoking all time, so the smell of cheap cigarettes came continuously into my room. I am generally quite sound resistant, but here I could not sleep because of their screams and terrible cigarette smoke. If you are the pilgrim, I would recommend to stay somewhere further away from the pilgrim’s office (150 meters instead of 50 meters), but without loud family screaming 2 meters away from your bed, behind a paper wall.

Absolutely awesome, was my fifth time here and will definitely come back!

tiny room but very new and clean and has everything you need. Strong stable WiFi. Spacious balacony with sea view (not sea front but nice side view). Friendly onwer. Easy check in/out. Wall outlets near the bed and the desk

Mount athos pit stop

A very comfortable little room. Great for a night stay to get to mount athos. I stayed here on the way back too. You can leave your big luggage here if you ask.

very good location to organize and start a trip to Holy Mont Athos. monch’s bureau to receive the ‘Diamenitirion’ (Permission to enter) and the ticket bureau all wihin walking distance. large patio and privat seating area at the shoreside.

Welcoming, convenient and clean.

Located in the centre of Ouranopolis, very convenient for the Mount Athos Pilgrim Office. Rooms were very clean and staff most welcoming. Good to have coffee and tea-making facilities, and the covered terrace is a pleasant place to relax before heading out for an evening meal. Ideal for pilgrim groups for the night before taking the ferry to Dafni.

Location very close to the center with a beautiful terrace, the minus of the location is the interior walls that were crumbling. For our group that was passing through the city, it was an ok stay, compared to the price paid!

Outrageous Behavior

Only the view was excellent the rest can be rated as average.

I felt disgusted and gaslighted by the owner. First ensuring to move my belonging to a single room, then texting me they changed the price from 120 EUR to 160 EUR, without communicating the change with me before. I was informed by Booking.com that this is caused by the owner by using a manipulation in the system, an arbitrary action. Their excuses, I had many things and the room is too small and asking me who are they to transfer my stuff (Arrogance). I had to report this to Booking.com, cancel the reservation and find another accommodation. They were not willing to change the price to initial rate until I left the premises. They charged my Credit Card even though I was forced to leave the pension by their outrageous behavior.

Everything is very well organised. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with enough things to prepare something for yourself or to have breakfast in the morning. The bathroom is spacious and clean, we found everything we needed. The location is in close proximity to the beach, it's a 30 second walk. There is also a terrace for the downstairs apartments, an ideal place to sit in the shade and have a coffee. The lady at reception was kind and helped me even before I arrived at the accommodation. She was promt and found the best solutions and I thank her for that. Clearly this will be the accommodation I will rent from now on.
