About this house rental
160 Steps is a luxury 2 bedroom abode only a few meters from the amazing Yallingup beach in Western Australia’s stunning south west… home to a pod of dolphins and blessed with beautiful white sand and crystal clear waters. Yallingup boasts multiple world class surf breaks for the adventurous & relaxing calm lagoon waters for a more leisurely experience.
The fully-equipped kitchen features a Bosch combi oven (oven/convection microwave), dishwasher plus full sized fridge/freezer. To add to the luxury a Miele Coffee machine is provided with freshly roasted local coffee beans.
For added convenience a laundry nook is hidden in the bathroom with Bosch washer and condenser dryer.
The main bedroom features a luxurious king sized bed and the second bedroom can be configured with a king bed or two king single beds depending on your requirements.
Premium beach and bath towels are provided and quality bed linen… along with a Weber BBQ, 2 outdoor hammocks, a high chair & porta cot and B&O Bluetooth audio speaker. Iron and ironing board also supplied. Also a top quality beach umbrella, insulated picnic basket and jute beach bag for beach adventures.
With reverse cycle air conditioning you will be cool
in summer and warm in winter. Starlink high speed WIFI (generally + 100MBPS) and mobile coverage is good. VAST digital TV with Smart Tv including Netflix in lounge, smart TV with Netflix etc in the master bedroom.
Double blinds in the bedrooms include blockout to assist with day time sleeps and jetlagged travellers… or just a good holiday sleep in!
Tesla EV charger in the secure garage.
Lagoon Yallingup kiosk & restaurant, the Yallingup playground, Yallingup Beach and the iconic Caves House are all within convenient walking distance from 160 Steps.
Whilst we are keen for tenants to enjoy themselves, this property is not a party house. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm.

Our stay was so comfortable, from the beds, sofa, lots of extra blankets if needed, great coffee machine, tranquil garden. Everything was clean, walk to the beach was short. Just felt relaxed straight away. Definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful little place in Yallingup and genuinely a stones throw from the beach. It has everything you need for a great stay and hosts were friendly and efficient - even when we managed to leave our charger in the property. Neighbours perhaps a little noisy (it was Australia Day and there was a party next door) but not too bad. We really enjoyed our stay :)

We loved our stay here! Perfect location and environment for our family to recharge, complete with our beloved pooch. Winter walks on the beach several times a day certainly refilled our soul cups. We will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful property in a ripper location. Attention to detail makes for a very relaxing, luxurious stay. Added bonus that we could take the dogs.

Perfect Yallingup Stay
This place has everything you could ask for in a beach stay. All the extras are there including locally made granola, chocolate and a bottle of your requested beverage. The property was exceptionally clean and the hammocks provided the perfect afternoon siesta spot after the beach.
Kristian was extremely helpful and we can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Better than the pictures and so close to beach you can hear the waves crashing - absolutely loved the beach chic styling and it has everything you can think of - except the cheese knife so byo that and just your bags.

Weekend Escape with family and dogs
Spur of the moment decision to visit Dunsborough/Yallingup area saw 160 Steps ad pet friendly accommodation close to beach. Was a lovely well appointed apartment easy access and walking distance to beach. Very comfortable and homely stay. Will definitely be revisiting, dogs loved it too

Relaxing Bliss
A simply stunning property in a fantastic location. Stylishly furnished but comfortable at the same time. We just loved listening to the waves as we relaxed in the hammocks. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. We will be back again for sure .

A beautiful house and location
We had such a wonderful family holiday in Yallingup at 160 Steps. The house is bright, fresh and beautifully set up with every minor detail thought through. We could walk across the road to Yallingup Beach and take a longer walk to Caves House. The kids enjoyed kicking back outside reading their books in the hammocks. We will be back for sure.

Stylish beach house
160 Steps is a very stylish, well-equiped beach getaway. Being so close to the beach and able to walk down for a swim is fantastic - no need to do laps trying to find a car park in summer! The beds and furniture are very comfortable and we enjoyed lazing in the hammocks in the back garden. The hosts were very thoughtful and brought us a hamper to apologise for the noise and inconvenience of some construction work on their house next door during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful property that takes full advantage of its location. The outdoor area is bathed in the northern sun and the sound of waves crashing on Yallingup beach float through the large windows.Very welcoming hosts and we look forward to our next visit.

Fabulous place!
160 Steps was brilliant for our winter break-beautiful property, cosy warm with all the creature comforts and back deck in full sun during the day so the hammocks were well used! Perfectly appointed for myself, hubby, toddler and staffy. The use of the garage for all the surf boards/beach stuff/pram was great and outdoor shower amazing. Kristian was very helpful throughout. Fab location! We'll be back hopefully!

My friends and I loved our stay at 160 steps. The house was beautiful and modern. We loved the outdoor hammocks and hammocks. The beds were big, comfy with the rooms being dark and quiet. Kris was lovely and so helpful allowing us to adjust our stay length to allow for us to make the most of our time down there. Thanks so much Kris!

Fabulous!
We loved 160 Steps!
Stayed here for a week with my husband and three young children, who enjoyed every moment. So close to an awesome beach which caters to both surfers and children. The house was impeccably clean with beautiful linen and towels. Pleasantly surprised to arrive to fresh bread, milk, orange juice and champagne in the fridge! We had to go out and buy all the Yallingup diffusers and candles you had as we loved them so much. Thank you Kris, we will be back!
