a menos de que no haya otra opcion, evitenlo.

solo que es relativamente nuevo.

uff, por donde empezar: A pesar de que pagas con tarjeta, te piden un depósito en efectivo, cuando puedes dejar un voucher abierto. Para hacer check out , te hacer esperar a que vaya un empleado a revisar la habitación para cerciorarse que no te hayas robado algo….despues te puedes ir. Les solicitas que te consigan taxi y no lo hacen. Se promocionaron como hotel normal, la realidad es un anexo de las residencias universitarias, es de paso. y lo mejor, se les olvida limpiar , cambiar toallas y hacer la cama, solo porque… se les olvido hacerlo. y sigo esperando mi factura. si buscas algo en los alrededores (farmacia, tienda de conveniencia, etc.… olvidenlo.

Buena, gracias al esfuerzo del personal, de lo contrario habría sido desastrosa.

El personal es atento y diligente (excelente educación), se esfuerza para atender al cliente lo mejor posible con los recursos que tienen, ofreciendo opciones a fin de resolver las expectativas del cliente.

Se ofrece un servicio 4 estrellas y las instalaciones disponibles no alcanzan las 3 estrellas, por ejemplo no hay servicio de alberca habiendo una disponible. El servicio de restaurant es demasiado limitado, el personal se esfuerza por atender al cliente, pero la definición y capacidades del servicio son limitadas.

a good place to hang your hat to sleep at night if you are traveling with a pet.

Pet Friendly. secure Parking. staff was accommodating and complimentary breakfast.

we didn’t realize there is a campus dorm attached to this hotel. room is very basic with no extra chair. just a bed and two nightstands.

The staff was friendly the rooms were freely clean the suite and the 3rd floor is a better opt

The breakfast was find the location was also good.

I stayed on the 2nd floor and whom ever stayed on the 3rd were up all night all the noise,and movement of furniture's and the plumbing was all heard below preventing a good night rest.

I will not go there once again and won’t recommend my friends

Comparably clean, like the style and the music and smell in the corridors and hall, the breakfast is super nice

1. the biggest disappointment about that no pool,fitness,laundry is available. 2. the flush toilet didn’t work but they fixed it until I was at work 3. One lamp has broken switch 4. the room is super small, but it was in the description. 5. no proper windows, just a narrow hole where you can see a pool and fitness you can’t use 6. the location is that you can’t go anywhere on foot-there is a highway near 7. price not equal to quality I checked off a day earlier because I couldn’t stand the conditions, but I’m no picky at all.

Location was isolated nothing in area to walk to .room didn't have a chair or desk.

the room and the location

when I got there they wanted to charge for extra person each night even though it was included in my reservation. the pool is not part of the hotel anymore so you can’t use it. the breakfast was only included for two people even though my reservation was for three adults and a baby. I have to pay for one breakfast each day we stayed there. staff were amateur and slow and I had to call multiple times in order to fix these things

It wasn’t good

We had holey towels. We had message from the hotel, that extra cost for a small dog will be 600 mxn total, but when we arrived it was 600 mxn per night. We always had towels and water for 2 person instead of 3. There are no windows in the rooms, just a small piece of glass. Also there are no ventilation, only a/c. So it was quite stuffy. We were told that our children peed on mattresses. But checked there were special covers on mattresses. Anyway we were charged extra 2300 mxn for laundry.

I had a nice time was I was able to have time to enjoy the gym and the pool. But no iron in room.

Great Staff very professional and honest. Good breakfast with room for improvement. Love the gym, security, pool (warm even at night). Laundromat

Rooms are small. No room for drawers or not much tables. No iron.

An excellent place for when something keeps me in Merida overnight.

Spotless. Pull-out mirror in the bathroom is an upgrade many 5-star hotels don't have. "University campus" atmosphere is refreshing for an old guy. (The hotel is part of a residential complex aimed at students at local universities that don't have student housing.) Pool is HUGE. Breakfast was excellent.

I was surprised the desk staff was not wearing masks. There is a weird sound in the room of water draining in the pipes from above; that could annoy some folks.
