Muy incomoda y decepcionante

La cama muy incomoda, tienen que cambiar colchones , la tv no tiene buena nitidez, servicio a cuartos malo llevaron por partes el pedido y la comida parecía de tienda de conveniencia

NO CUMPLE CON LO ESENCIAL

El hotel es cómodo, nos colocaron en una habitación en la que las primeras dos horas funcionó el aire y después ya no, estábamos tan cansados que tratamos de soportarlo, pero al final nadie del personal te ayuda y solo culpan al turno anterior.

Que la regadera del baño salpicaba mucho hacia afuera…y quedaba todo mojado. Aparte por la puerta del baño se salía el agua con el agujero que tenía

Für 1-2 Nächte ok

Es war ein Einkaufszentrum mit Lokalen im selben Gebäude das hat die Essensauswahl erleichtert. Rezeptioistin war sehr freundlich.

Leider war sehr viel defekt oder schmutzig .Bettwäsche und Handtüchern schon sehr alt und fleckig.

No es un estandar Hilton. La terraza de la piscina es un asador solar.

El desayuno estuvo bien

Empezando por orden de llegada. El estacionamiento es compartido con un centro comercial Wallmart por lo que hay mucha gente. Dice zona exclusiva de Hilton en un área pero está cerrada con cadena y no hay nadie para abrir. Entras a traves del centro comercial al Lobby y el Lobby huele mal como al odorizante del gas para detectar fugas. Es un area común con el restaurante por tanto es desagradable. La habitación está muy envejecida. La cómoda para dejar la maleta es de muy mala calidad y se está despellejando. Reservé una habitación para mi esposa, mi hija y yo. Por tanto nos dieron una con dos camas dobles y son muy pequeñas no son queen size. La reserva es correctamente dos camas dobles no hay otras opciones salvo una sola cama extragrande. Los pasillos son de moqueta pero estaban muy sucios y el olor a humedad es muy desagradable. La piscina o alberca es terriblemente mala. Olor fuerte a cloramina y muy expuesta al sol. La terraza para caminar desde el Lobby hasta la alberca es un asador literalmente sin ni una sombra y de unos materiales que retienen el calor además al ser todo acristalado y en forma cóncavo sientes que se concentra el sol. No se puede utilizar con la temperatura tan alta de Merida. Ya en marzo el día llega a 40°C. En el agua de la piscina no puedes estar si no llevas sombrero o gorra porque te mueres de insolación. Ha sido terriblemente incomoda la estancia no tiene nada de valor. Asi como en cualquier otro Hilton del mundo te sientes cómodo este nada. Tampoco dan los detalles a los Hilton Honors members como las típicas cookies o el agua en el check in. Nada de nada.

Great hotel in the northern part of Merida. Great to access roads that we were travelling on.

good place- highly recommend- feels like home thanks to friendly staff

The staff is amazing, it felt like home. also the fact that there is water on every floor was great. Would very easily stay here again. And the rooms and desk/ chair/ tv are great. the breakfast was great too. Yes, I really liked staying here. Also a 24/7 pharmacy and 24/7 convenient store 30 seconds and 1 minute away respectively.

Great free parking space, clean rooms and towels

The service of the reception was not as should be expected from a Hilton hotel. Moreover the bed was uncomfortable and cleaning was not always done timely. Nice staff at breakfast, however breakfast mainly focused on Mexican guests. Pool area insufficient.

Very old pillows and bed sheets, bed linen had hair on it. Mold and dirt on the walls. Breakfast is very poor, cappuccino for a extra fee. Lack of smart TV.
