Rapport qualité-prix vraiment décevant.

Appartement froid et assez humide au rez-de-chaussée. Etat du ménage douteux, il y avait des araignées derrière le canapé-lit. N'ayant pu déposer ma valise avant 17 heures, j'ai dû rentrer tard ensuite et il m'a été impossible à 23 heures de contacter l'hôte pour solliciter un arrangement. Ne pouvant rester, je suis allée dormir à l'hôtel. Bien que la description sur le site ait été conforme et que l'hôte m'ait donné des informations claires (arrivée, clefs), c'est une erreur de casting.

Piccolo ma comodo

Appartamento in centro, ottima posizione per visitare la città. Parcheggio a pagamento sottoreanno a 300mt. Piccola ma funzionale per qualche giorno.

Scale strette e scomode per portare dei bagagli (il nostro appartamento era al secondo piano). Manca il condizionatore e un tagliere (se sì mangia a casa è utile)

Comfortable, convenient, affordable stay

Location perfect - easy walk to train and located in historic area. Area is in transition and populated by students, working people, interesting new businesses - a wonderful quiet restaurant a block away for delicious dinners or lunches( Restaurant la Brigade), central market a block away if you want to use the well appointed kitchenette in the room. Bed was comfortable. Wifi iffy despite the efforts of the host- but the service was spotty on the entire street so not in his control. Bathroom was clean , and functional.

Nothing that bothered me. It is located in a rehab of a médiéval building - the entire district is very old so folks are doing their best to create modern living conditions in a neighborhood built for medieval life. If that bothers you don’t stay. I was quite satisfied and got a great feeling for daily life in Rouen during my stay.

Идеально расположение - в самом центре. Очень милая небольшая квартира со всем необходимым. Светлая, с большим окнами, интересным дизайном и с высокими потолками. Отличная кровать, подушки и постельное. Есть мыло\шампунь, фен и утюг. кухня также оборудована хорошо.

Не было заявленной стиральной машины, но нам было не критично.

Studio idéalement placé pour nous.

Le studio était conforme à notre attente et fidèle à la description, l emplacement est parfait pour la gare le métro le vieux rouen...rue très calme et si avez un petit creux dans la même rue petit restaurant Le Mojo si vous aimez la vraie nourriture... Merci pour votre réactivité à mes demandes et nos échanges.

Une petite odeur dans la salle de bain. il suffit de fermer la porte, peut-être le rideau de douche.

La localisation est bien, la déco est sympa et le personnel réactif. Les petites dose de café font plaisir :)

Mauvaise isolation, on étendais la personne d’à côté comme si elle était avec nous. Plus d’eau chaude en plein milieu d’une douche…

Sehr schönes Apartment direkt im Zentrum

Super schönes Apartment mitten in der Stadt! Das Zimmer ist groß und hell und die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass man auf jeden Fall etwas schnelles kochen kann. Die Straße ist ruhig und dennoch ist man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Auch die Kommunikation verlief super.

A convenient location and was fine for a couple of nights but quite disappointing

The property is in a great location and has a comfortable bed.

There was an issue accessing the property due to being provided with the wrong code for the lockbox multiple times. I booked this place as it said it had a washer/dryer, however they weren’t located in the apartment itself and due to poor communication with the host I was only told an hour before check out that they’re on the second floor, so I was unable to use them. There was only about 3 minutes worth of hot water in the shower before it turned very cold. The cutlery wasn’t very clean and the kettle was full of limescale.

Nice clean studio in convenient location.

Simple clean studio in a convenient location for visiting Rouen and for local transportation.

Location is near bars, from which people stream until early morning shouting. Windows had to be open because it was very hot, so that made it difficult to sleep.

Central, comfortable and well organised

Very well thought out and well presented. Small but comfortable and everything in good condition. Excellent location near the market and my room had a view of the cathedral spire. Sofa bed perfectly comfortable. Heating and wifi worked well.

Very minor: a shelf in the bathroom would have been very helpful as there isn't much space. Some late night noise from other residents. Instructions to work coffee machine would be useful.

Strategic Location Very clean Well organized

The flat is very small once the bed sofa was open it took the entire space so no room to move or to open the luggage It does not fit three people and this was not clear for us. The loft with the Queen bed is really low and you need to sneak to go to sleep
