Great location, everything we needed

Great location, had everything we needed for our 1 night stay

It was slightly noisy for a short period, but being in the centre location its to be expected

Fabulous location

Fabulous location with underground parking only a minutes walk away. Overall it was comfortable, the bed was a little soft but the sofa bed was a decent quality and we slept ok on it. Surprisingly spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. A little noisy at night but far better than I imagined. You need to collect the key from another place about 10m away however we had a car so we didn’t find it too much trouble to drive there, collect it and drive back.

The flat is dated and tired, it could do with some updating as others have mentioned.

A great location for exploring the city, Super central. Tolerable for an evening after travelling, but low standards to stay any longer. The apartment was large and spacious also.

The apartment wasn't clean, that isn't to say it was dirty. But, the sheets didn't weren't fresh, nor were the floor or surfaces truly clean. We only stayed a night so this wasn't a huge issue, but as other reviews have stated, the owner could really do with a deep clean, new linen and a little care to the smaller things. The TV didn't work

Super location but apartment just pleasant

The location was superb. All famous spots are In walking distance. The host was really nice, quickly responded to any arising issues.

This property needs deep cleaning. The floors were dirty. We had to clean them because crawling baby collected are crumbs and dust which was left. The bed needs update because it was noisy. Doors either not closing properly or to become stuck. Where no towels on arrival. Collecting and returning keys was inconvenient.

Don't stay here.

Nothing!

We had no water. Communication with the owner was terrible. It took 4 hours of sending text messages about lack of water before he responded. We had to walk over 30 minutes to get the keys to the apartment and walk back the next day to return them. Could not use the washer and dryer. We have stayed in rentals all over the world and this was the worst!!

Suited our needs perfectly.

it boasts a fantastic location in a busy area yet it was surprisingly quiet inside. it was a good size and has everything we needed. The tea and coffee left by Alex was a nice touch, and the bathroom had soap which was good.

Getting the key which is a 10 minute walk there and back is a pain. We had to do it in the pouring rain, using google maps to navigate our way. it would be easier to have a key safe closer to the property. We couldn’t get the tv to work properly. Although clean on the surface it does need a deep clean at some point.

Definitely would go back again to this property.

Location was excellent. Parking was only 3 minute walk away. Bed was very comfortable. Host gave very clear instructions in a message.

the location is okay, the key collection from the concierge was almost 1mile away, and the bed was absolutely uncomfortable the bed bug did not let me sleep, please change the bed and mattress

loved the accommodation, the location,

the check in was not easy as we did not see instructions. Pick up of keys long walk from accommodation and raining heavily.

It was reasonable

Location was perfect also the host was always friendly and available for the questions.

I didn’t like the fact that I have to get the keys from a different and far location and also had to drop the keys there, in my opinion it wasn’t logical. Also, I said we’re going to be 4 people but they didn’t make the additional bed.

Amazing location! this truly is a charming city flat ❤️

The location is perfect! the flat is clean and stylish. Host are very accommodating. 5 min walk from the car park, lots of restaurants and bars to choose from, which are all in walking distance from the flat. Rouen is a beautiful city 💙

A really nice apartment in an excellent location. Highly recommend!

The location, brightness of the flat with a great view from the windows. Comfortable place to stay. Thank you.

On the Friday night it was very loud as there was a DJ party in the square, but this is unavoided. Also there wasn’t any hand soap in the bathroom so I had to go out and buy a liquid hand soap. The floors could have also been a bit cleaner.

Excellent location right in the middle of everything you want to see!

The location is amazing! It is right in the middle of everything! Affordable secure public parking is less than a block away. Great bakery right downstairs to get fresh bread early morning.

The pull out bed/couch needs a deep cleaning.

A perfect 24 hours in beautiful Rouen.

The location could not be better. Rouen is a beautiful city and this aptly described "charming city centre flat" is right in the heart of the Old city.

As mentioned before, the location and the facilities are the place's best feature...

The best thing is the location. At that price, it's unbeatable. Close to everything worth visiting. In the middle of the historic area. The place is also well equipped and offers adequate facilities...

Nothing worth mentioning, but the reception, catered by outsourced personnel could have made itself more available.

Amazing location in the heart of Rouen. Even though the apartment is located on a rather busy piazza with cafes etc it was very quiet at night.

Rouen Apartment

It was in a great place and very open and excellent windows.

It wasn’t really ready to be let as I booked late and host was not available. Difficult to find as no numbers on the door and it could have been easier if host was about. It was sorted in the end and I felt the help I received made a difference. It makes me only want to book a hotel when booking with few hours notice.
