About this apartment rental

This is my cozy, quiet, clean, ground level studio. It is not only spacious, but has that beach cottage feel. I have just added a new mattress, box springs, dresser and night stand and a new comfy rattan chair and ottoman. This water side, pool side, home away from home is brightly decorated with breezy palm trees inside and out. The heated pool is just outside my sliding glass door. Beside the pool is a small grassy yard shaded by a huge palm tree and other smaller palms. In this shady area, there is a charcoal cooking grill for those great BBQ, cook at home nights. The board walk, over the sea wall, where the sail boats are docked, is a wonderful place to end the day and watch the sunset reflect on the water.

You don't need to buy bottled water any more because I have just had a new drinking water system.

There is a queen size bed in the sleeping area and a full size fold out futon in the living area. The futon has a 6 inch inter-spring mattress that is very comfortable. I have added a portable baby play-n-pack type baby crib for the little ones.

Clearwater Beach is about 2 and a half blocks to the West. Sand Key Beach and Park are just over the bridge and so is Clearwater Harbor Beach. These beaches all have beautiful white sand and are great for swimming. There is a little beach that is nice for collecting shell or watching dolphins, just a block and a half away. We don't swim far out at that beach because it is close to the channel for the tourist boats. I stay at the condo with my grandson and feel very safe. The Clearwater Beach Walk is very nicely lighted so we walk back from the beach even at night. There is a police station about a half a block from the condo. To stay in such a while taken care of with so many details as a mother, I left behind a lot of essentials that she thought of and left in the vrbo . It’s always a pleasure when my boys are sad to leave a place . It honestly brought me joy ! Stay close to everything and my family lacked nothing we enjoyed ourselves more than we could imagine

My kids and I loved staying at this little condo. The pool is literally right outside the sliding doors and was a great place to cool off after the heat of the beach or exploring the area. The property owner, Mary, was quick to reply to all messages and any questions we had.

Comfortable for my daughter and me to explore Greater Clearwater. I enjoyed sitting by the pool and on the dock watching the boats go by. Walked to a great dinner at the Sandbar on the beach. Just what we needed.

First of all, we were not sent any check in information. We were traveling all day and had to reach out to the owner after midnight while sitting in the parking lot, when we arrived. She did get back to us in a timely manner so that was appreciated. We followed all the rules, however we were charged $75 for 3 broken blinds that we did NOT break. They were already sitting in the corner when we arrived. Because it was made such a huge deal about the blinds, I even tried to fix them myself. But they were broken, clearly prior to us arriving. The cleaning person was quite rude to us for being a few minutes after check out time. I get there was a specific time but the rudeness was quite unnecessary. The condo is tiny, we were basically walking on each other. It was a decent stay for our 3 days but I would not be back, and I would not recommend.

Mary’s Condo was the perfect spot for our trip to Clear Water beach. It was within walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants. The condo was clean, and my kids loved the pool out the back door. Mary was quick to respond with questions and very accommodating.

This cheery compact first floor studio was a good fit for us as a couple. Warm pool outside our back door. Plenty of restaurant choices 1-3 blocks away. Short drive to Clearwater beaches and Sand Key park beach. The site manager is friendly and often outside cleaning or doing other minor chores. The pool had lively adults for about an hour two evenings and a group of happy and active kids a different afternoon for about an hour. Ok for us but the noise could annoy some people.

My hubby and I took a 3 1/2 day vaca and stayed at the condo. We appreciated the location and the newly added filtered water system! The pool looked brand new as well was clean and was the perfect temperature. We enjoyed our daily walks to the beach, walking through the neighborhood. At times if tired,, and we Sydn T want to walk to beach , we watched the sunset on the Sand Key bridge. It was so nice watching the boats go by and so close to the condo! The hostess sticked it with soap, toilet paper and essentials. We thought the boats out back were so pretty. With the rising costs of Hotels in Clearwater beach the condo was resonablly priced. Very enjoyable stay!

My husband and I along with our two small children stayed recently at this condo. It was immaculately clean. Every inch of this place was well used for space. I never felt like there was not enough room! The first night that we arrived I ordered groceries to be delivered to us. We were able to use the microwave and convection oven as well as the stove top to prepare everything. The dishes were then loaded up into the dishwasher. The filtration system for water was great to have, we just filled up our water bottles each day to take with us to the beach. The location was great! Traveling to just about anywhere was just a matter of minutes. We definitely feel safe. Having the pool right outside the sliding door was amazing with two small children. We will definitely be returning to this location! Merry was always responsive to all of my messages. And Van was in the unit next door. He was happy to give me tips on which beach to go to and where to park! Thank you Merry for letting us stay!

Such a beautiful place in a quiet area. Has everything you need for a place away from home. Pool is just a few steps from the sliding glass door and beaches are nearby. This place is very clean and served a family of 2 adults and 2 children well. The condo is located 12 minutes walk from the beach and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our kids loved the pool that is literally at your door steps. The owner is very responsive and polite. We will definitely be coming back to Clearwater again.

This place was beautiful, quiet and perfectly peaceful for our romantic little get away from the teenagers😊! The pool is directly outside the back sliding glass door. Mary is great and super helpful.
