Our stay was very comfortable, accommodating and pleasant.

Location was great. Suite was spacious and had more than enough amenities. The bathroom toiletries were non-toxic, which was a plus. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered some healthy options like chicken sausage sandwiches, yogurt from pasture raised cows, and fresh berries. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bathroom showed some water damage at base of shower/tub.

Our stay was satisfactory; disappointed with no do not disturb signs for privacy.

Breakfast was just ok; not impressive.

A staff person should be making waffles so that line does not get backed up. Also, recommend non pork meat options.

Not as Good as Expected

It was a nice location with a lot of restaurant options around the hotel. The staff was nice as well as the lobby. The staff was very nice.

The breakfast was lacking compared to other Homes2Suites I've been to. The sheets on both beds were torn and the carpets clearly need shampooing as well. My kids feet were black within minutes of removing their socks. The pool has a little fountain thing for the little kids that was not working during our stay either. We chose this hotel brand because it has been so great in other areas but this one left us a little leary of trying Homes2Suites we are not already familiar with in the future for no other reason than cleanliness.

It was wonderful!

We were super impressed with this hotel. Loved the kitchenette, cleanliness and comfort. Our kids LOVED the slide with the pool. We will definitely be back every year for our vacation.

Good hotel.

Clean. The pool was great for kids! They loved the water slide. Breakfast was good.

The area it was located it was not as great. Pretty far outside city and not an easy left turn onto a busy road to get back to highway.

Excellent customer service by the staff! They all were very friendly and accommodating which is something I appreciate in my frequent travels. This location is very clean, comfortable and located near lots of food and retail options. Rooms are large, clean and the beds are comfortable. The pool itself is small but the kids love the slide and the entire outside area is nice and well kept. This is one of the best locations I’ve visited and would definitely return.

The breakfast was disappointing. One of the very things I like about Hilton properties and especially Home2 is the breakfast. The only other option outside of oatmeal and the waffle maker were hard, small and DRY breakfast sandwiches and mini, pre-made mini omelettes. It would a been nice to have separate protein options, maybe grits and or home fries as well. The Home2 in Vegas has amazing breaks options‼️

This was a clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay.

The staff was amazing and friendly at check in. The decor and furnishings were fantastic and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We were traveling with our dog and they even provided treats for him at check in. This was a great place to stay.

The front desk evening staff was super friendly and helpful. My husband even received a surprise birthday card from Julia. It was our first time to visit Chattanooga and the staff made an excellent impression on our lives. Very grateful that we chose this hotel to stay at as we came to attend a wedding in Chattanooga.

Will be back!!!

The lady that checked me in was new. She was funny, friendly and helpful. She and her colleague were helpful letting us check in early and finding the best room near family. Great staff!!! Stayed there last year. Different staff this year. Last year not very friendly and made us wait an hour to check in. Had 88 yo in the car. Don't believe it was because room wasn't ready. Think it was because that's the rule.
