disgusting don’t waste your money

didn’t even get the right room. booked a king room and got a single full bed room. there was mold on every single baseboard including BLOOD! checked in and immediately left and stayed at another hotel. the pictures of the listing aren’t even accurate theres no carpet what so ever the bathroom had a concrete sink that was painted with silver paint? a refund would absolutely be nice but at this point I’m not even worried about it I need to GET MY CHILD OUT OF THERE!

wish I I would have chose differently

bathroom seemed to have mold, tiles moved when you walked across them in the bathroom! very dingy. didn’t get much sleep do to lots of loud guests in hall way. people running back and forth in front of the door. the staff seemed nice.

the outside is a lot nicer than the inside. very deceiving

Nightmare Hotel

Not really much of anything location was probably the best part

The place was nasty smelled really bad they were roaches running around everywhere in the room the floor looked like they hadn't cleaned it from the last time someone stayed in it the toilet was stopped up the mattress was hard as a brick could hardly walk the next morning the pillows was hard as the mattress tiles in the tub was broken and looked really bad if it came down to staying there or in my car the next time I would stay in my car

The bed was very comfortable.

The staff had an attitude. The air conditioning has a smell and the heat mad the smoke alarm go off. The sink in the bathroom was filling up. The floor got wet everytime I ran the air and it made the room smell like mildew.

It was an incredibly awful experience and a waste of my money

The pool and laundry room which they advertised were under maintenance. The microwave in my room was broken. They couldn't except cards so they made me drive to a ATM up the street at 1030 at night. The blanket had holes in it. They didn't give you a bucket for ice. The wifi wasn't working and the TV remote was broken. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10am there is even a huge sign in lobby but there was no Breakfast when I went at 9am

Tear down & rebuild..keep front desk workers but the rest made for worst hotel experience ever

The guy up front checking in people was nice enough..he tried to assist the best he could and was the only nice thing about the experience

Food Crumbs all over desk in room we paid for that was left from previous people …two bars of used soap in shower and sink left like it was never cleaned…German cockroach in room …little cigarette burns in sheets…no toilet paper in the room left …used bandaid on ground going up stairs to top floor …paint left out on stairs in solo cup…pool out of order…yellow caution tape on exist door saying that emergency exit could not be used…smokers clearly in no smoking section of hotel rat poop left in air conditioning grating and its hardly the workers fault though the building honestly needs to be condemned and you can tell they get unhappy customers a lot….there is only so much they can do with what they are given as you can only polish a turd but it’s still just that Frankly you using this hotel as a option makes you guys look real bad and makes me never want to book a hotel with you all again after this…it left a bad taste in mouth for our family trip and even my 12 year old son felt traumatized….I took a video upon leaving just to protect myself so they couldn’t come back and say something was taken or missing as I’ve read reviews that happened to people there and their card was charged for missing items because they had complained honestly stuff I shouldn’t have to worry about when staying some where

A disaster & disappointed

Location was great, right off the expressway, easy to get to.

Staff could Not find my reservation, charged me more than what I reserved for, room had water leaks & smelled very musty, carpet was filthy, couch was filthy, sheets were clean but had cigarette burns, a dirty cleaning rag was left in the bathroom, the towel rack fell apart, the stone counter top had been painted & was peeling.
