Exceptional staff and stay during Hurricane Milton.

Location was great, staff was amazing. I was there during hurricane Milton with my 3 kids and the staff was very accommodating and helpful.

My family eats a plant based diet and food options were limited. They didn’t have any non-dairy milk options which was especially difficult because there was no where else to get nondairy milk during the storm. Every other hotel I’ve stayed at with my kids in recent years has had at least a nondairy milk option offered with the breakfast buffet so that was disappointing. Aside from the food options, everything was great!

Ótimas instalações, localização e staff.

Ótima localização, perto do Disney Springs e com uma variedade de restaurantes e lojas nas redondezas, incluindo um Walgreens a uma pequena distância de caminhada. Os quartos são espaçosos e os funcionários muito simpáticos. Check-in foi muito facilitado e me cobraram apenas uma pequena taxa para uma entrada antecipada. Recomendo bastante.

Excellent Hotel to stay at Orlando , perfect location close to everything, Ihop, fast food , Seven Eleven , Walgreens and only ten minutes to Epcot . The Hotel is SPOTLESS, brand new clean in all areas . The front desk take care of all of our needs , we were moved to a big suite as we were staying 9 nights and was really amazing!! Dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker , toaster and all you need is at all rooms like dishes , mugs , coffee , paper towels, kitchen cutlery as forks , spoons, knifes , kitchen knife , lot of space at the closet and the even cabinets with all the kitchen staff( in all rooms and deluxe suites ) Thanks to the Staff they are ready to help you 24 hours , special thanks to Eliana she was really nice , Rebecca, Victoria, Drew,Damian and Richard they make everything to help you with all your needs. You have to schedule a housekeeping for cleaning the room but you call or go to the Front Desk and they give you fresh towels when ever you want ( they are all new ). Also very convenient laundry with dryer and you have to pay two dollars for a small Tide box that is for one cycle . The Gym is available and have new machines , everything at this Candelwood Suites is brand new and super clean , wearing mask in all common areas is mandatory if you forget yours at the room the Ft Desk will provide you one . Nothing to complain , we stayed for nine nights , malls , attractions, one hour to see other cities and beaches as Daytona etc is a good choice too. The bed is extremely comfy soft and the sheets looks new . The bathroom is brand new too as all the hotel with bathtub , lighting mirror and lot of space at the bathroom cabinets. I highly recommend this Hotel , everything was perfect ! The best rooms are looking the street and they are not noisy . Covered garage cost 15 dollars a day but if you have a long stay they will be 10 dll. Fresh coffee is available 24 hours at the lobby . We will return in a future trip to Orlando

I felt like I was sleeping on a CLOUD!

The rooms were very clean! Nonsmoking property! Beds and pillows were AMAZING! Sound proof rooms! Location is just right ! After walking at the parks three days straight all I could think of was the comfort of my hotel room ! 100/10 .

I will always stay here when I’m in Orlando!

Plenty of hot water in the shower, spacious room, kitchenette and cleaning supplies, lending locker, clean pool, snack options, shuttles to all 3 parks nearby

Heating/cooling was hard to control, found a piece of meat in the bed, timing of shuttles don’t align with park close times

But everything is awesome!

Huge place enough for more than 8 people, kitchen is awesome, it feels like we are home.

Bed frame is old it’s probably causing the bad smell.

Good choice close to Disney!

Great location. Close to the Disney complex and Disney Springs. Staff checked in daily via watsapp and was helpful when needed. The kitchenette was perfect and fitted our needs. Comfy beds and big room. Good value for money.

Proximity to Disney

Ice maker toggle in freezer in room was broken, so it filled water for ice and it dropped ice every hour during the night. Blood on bathroom door handle. Vomit on sidewalk from parking garage to entrance. Called day of check out later in the afternoon about a forgotten pillow and were told “they could not look for it.”

Recommend it!

We loved the location! You have a denny's, 7 Eleven, Burger King, Ihop, Subway in walking distance. The rooms are pretty big, the staff is super helpful and the value/price is good.

The mattress was too sunken so I had back pain during my stay, the check in is really late (until 4 pm) and you don't get your room cleaned everyday.

お部屋が広くて快適でした。ホテルの周りにお店が沢山あり歩いていける所も多くて便利です。セブンがすぐそこにあるのである程度の物はそこで買えます。ディズニー行きへのシャトルバス出てますが行きと帰りに一本ずつしかないので帰りはウーバーを使いましたがホテルまでの距離だとそんなに高くなかったので上手に使えば節約になります！

Funcionários não resolveram problema da fatura e empurraram a situação para o booking. Não informaram da existência de lavandaria, café e alguma pastelaria e outros alimentos de pequeno almoço A ausência de atenção do staff poderia melhorar a experiência

Boa opção para famílias e amigos

A localização do hotel próximo à restaurantes, postos de gasolina e a 5 minutos de Disney Springs. Região muito agradável. Os funcionários são muito cordiais. Chegamos numa madrugada e Christian (ou Cris, não me lembro) foi muito atencioso, nos explicou tudo sobre o hotel.

Não há serviço de limpeza diário, acredito que deva ser solicitado. Acabamos não requerendo este serviço. Muitas pessoas em avaliações antigas reclamaram do estacionamento, mas achamos tudo normal. É um edifício anexo ao hotel, onde acessamos a garagem com a chave do quarto. Anda-se poucos passos e entra no hotel pela porta dos fundos, tudo normal. Bem iluminado e tranquilo. A manutenção da limpeza é fraca. Os cantos do banheiro, do quarto/sala (locais com carpete) não existe. O hotel não oferece café da manhã mas a cozinha dos apartamentos é boa, atende todas as necessidades. É uma hotel pequeno, sem tumulto e muitas crianças. Padrão standard.
