Check in was fast and easy. Lovely agent, very positive and caring. My good friends from my hometown are owners and come to your facility this week every year.

Check out at 10AM is too early. Also, there was only one luggage cart. I"m 73 years old and had to make many trips to carry out our luggage.

The townhouse was clean and very spacious. It had everything we needed and was in a very quiet location. The area is fantastic for getting to the parks and surrounded by restaurants and stores. I would recommend this spot and would stay here again. :)

Algunas camas piden cambio y el personal no da respuesta rápida tal vez estén muy saturados y tengan que poner más personal.

The villa was updated and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and check-in was easy. There are so many amenities you don’t need to leave the property.

There was a weird smell in our villa each time you came in the door. No one told us housekeeping would be coming during our stay.

Everything that was needed was supplied. It made it very easy for me to be productive during my stay.

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Hotel - auf Vorabwunsch bzgl. Area wurde eingegangen - das Apartement ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch die Kaffeemaschine arg gewöhnungsbedürftig und ohne Erläuterung dazu auch ein Anruf beim Service brachte keine Aufklärung. Ein Wasserkocher fehlt generell - es gibt wie vor 30 Jahren einen Pfeifkessel :-( Die Poolbereiche sind sehr schön, das Beste sind immer verfügbare Handtücher, so viele man möchte :-)

Habitaciones grandes, con todas las comodidades . Espacios amplios. Hambre tés tranquilos donde se puede descansar . Muchas piletas tranquilas.

Lamentablemente, nos tocó en un tercer piso con una escalera poco amigable. Fue cansador, especialmente en las noches con niños dormidos.

Beds were very comfortable, unfortunately, the room we had overlooked a supposed lake, it was a mud hole, not very pretty to see when on the balcony.

The location with a nicer view other than the mud hole and a restaurant that served breakfast or room service would have been nice.

I loved the access to the pools our room was close by. The villas are very spacious we had a 2 bedroom. It almost felt like a second home.

That we had to leave

This is our second time staying at this property and we love it. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with pull out couch, 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. It was spacious and clean. The property itself was beautiful. The pools, the convenience of a Marketplace and eateries, as well as daily activities for the kids were a big plus. We plan on returning in November. (Our travel party consisted of 1 adult and 4 kids)

Me and my fiance really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean, they also offer room cleaning/hospitality every 2 days which is perfect if you staying there for long. People are amazing they will help you with everything you need. Lot's of activities within the resort campus so you can't get bored if you don't feel like going outside you can enjoy things there only.

It was perfect stay... only thing we will suggest them to have is better qualities pillows.

I love that it was close to all the Excursions. It was Family oriented. It also had gym arcade pool spa and outdoor activities.

Great location, excellent pool areas and amenities. Property was extremely clean and they restocked our towels during our 4 night stay.

Noise level from other condo above us. Sounded like they were going to come through the floor.

Esta hospedagem é do tipo apartamento completo, tem de tudo, cozinha completa, maquina de lava e seca no apto, tudo que se precisa para ficar como se estivesse em casa, tudo perfeito, limpo, ficaria morando o resto da vida nesse lugar. Os quartos são extremamente agradáveis, banheiros com toalhas impecáveis, banheira na suite. Sacada nos fundos. Tem acesso à piscina e estrutura de resort.

I like the location of the resort and spacious rooms. The villa offers two bathrooms, laundry closet, and netted balcony with a sitting area. There are big pools were you can relax and playgrounds for kids.

No smart TV option was available in the room. The check-in was delayed, yet no complementary delay for check-out was offered.

Service is excellent. property is immaculately maintained

Room could have been a little cleaner upon arrival (cupboard, appliance handles)
