Personalen är till mötesgående. Bra läge. Gratis vatten. Priset.

Luktade avloppet i rummet. Mögel i badrummet och stor dörrspringa där kakerlackor kan komma in.

This is a great value for money! The only thing I didn't like was the incident I mentioned.

The room was splendid. And the property is beautiful. Most of the staff are friendly and very helpful

Upon arrival, there is one employee that was on her phone. She saw us but completely ignored us. I mean, at least give us a confirmation that someone will be there to attend us or something.

Overall, it was an average stay. I hope their facilities and customer service can be improved.

I like its location as it's nearby Calle Crisologo.

-hard beds -not so clean towels -diluted shower gel: almost like water -not visible staff -slow and inefficient wifi as you need to keep logging in

PICTURES ARE DECEIVING

There's nothing I like about the property. What you see in the pictures on booking is the other way around what you see in the hotel itself.

I had a late checked-in and when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist doesn't answer my call and when he did, he can't even give directions clearly. When I enter at the reception, it was so dark, and the receptionist just came from sleep, smells bad too. When I entered the room, it doesn't look like the one on the pictures uploaded on booking. The rooms smells so bad, the pillows and bedsheets, has bad smell too. The bathroom is so dirty and towels are not good even. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone because it's so disappointing.

Its great for its price.. clean and very accommodating staffs.. with toiletries and free water.. accessible for transportations.. free wifi.. with hot and cold shower.. the aircon is perfectly working.. you can have your breakfast if you want..

No netflix or youtube but they have cable channels so its still good..

Great, balanced location. Relaxing vibe. Good value.

Location. It's not in the middle where most of the happening is, but it's walkable. It's a good balance of quiet and chaotic (more on the quiet side). And more importantly, good value for what we paid. The room is big enough for two persons.

Outlets are scarce. We need to do some work so we need to work around the ample outlets found in the room.

DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

The staffs (think they are a couple) very friendly.

Yung first palang na check in namen, medyo off na. We requested early check in tapos may available room na, meron daw may special request. From 6am we are waiting, kami ung nauna na may special request din but we were not immediately accommodated. Nakapag check in na kami ng 12 kung hindi pa nagreklamo. 2nd. Check out time. Initially upon check in we advised the caretakers na may possibility na mag extend because of the travel time and we were told na may extra fee, which we agreed. Tapos etong si owner, pinabook LAHAT ng rooms without giving a consideration to us. I'll never go back to that place and won't be using booking.com again. I would prefer other platforms. We ended up looking for a transient na magaaccommodate sa amin ng 8 more hours while I am in a meeting!!

Spacious room and i like the bathroom, great water supply with heater.

Cloth storage. Hopefully next time we visit, it is close closet. Thanks for the accomodation.

The hotel is so clean. I was not expecting that they have hot and cold shower considering that the price is very affordable. That makes this hotel a good choice whenever you are in Vigan. Not so close though to Calle Crisologo but you can just walk your way to there.

Overall it was value for money. AC was cold, water heater was hot, soap and shampoo provided, had parking for motorcycle.

The wifi which you had to keep logging in after you went out. When you came back to the hotel, it would not automatically connect. Was a bit of a hassle.

The accessibility is good. The location is perfect. Near to city.

The room is dirty even the comfort room not clean well. And where come in late and the room were very disappointed bec we want to rest but the facility is not comfortable to rest with.

The guy running the place is polite and helpful. The wifi is good. The bed is comfortable. The price for a double room.is good. Cheap coffee.

Location is not the best, but for that price it's good. 5 min walk to the bus station or the old town.
