* Ce que l'agence peut améliorer : - la tringle à rideaux était cassée quand on est arrivés et même si l'agence nous a proposé de nous envoyer un technicien, ils auraient dû le faire avant notre arrivée (le bout de tringle qui était tombé était rangé dans un tiroir donc ça ne venait pas de se casser à l'instant) - tout l'appartement, jusqu'aux draps, sentait la cigarette à notre arrivée, c'était écoeurant - la douche est un peu bouchée donc une mauvaise odeur s'en dégage - la cuisine n'est pas bien équipée, il y a un seul verre et il est cassé, il n'y a pas de poêle, il y avait une seule petite cuillère etc. - il y a une machine à laver ok mais rien pour étendre les vêtements mouillés (ou en tout cas on a pas trouvé) - les murs de l'appartement sont sales - la déco est très basique, ça serait facile de "réchauffer" l'ambiance de l'appartement avec un peu plus de déco * Ce qui est hors du pouvoir de l'agence : - il y a de gros travaux dans l'immeuble donc il y a du bruit dès 7h du matin et les ouvriers fument toute la journée dans l'immeuble - certains voisins claquent les portes au milieu de la nuit

Dort nicht mehr hin

Die Wände sind dünn wie Papier, man hört und spürt teilweise die Geräusche und Bewegungen der benachbarten Appartements. Es waren jugendliche Burschen neben mir eingemietet, die mitten in der Nacht bei mir angeklopft haben und Party machen wollten. Das war eine unerhört, unangenehme Situation. Das hat den Vermieter aber leider überhaupt nicht gekümmert.

Targedija!

Razmišljao sam malo i nemogu se sjetiti djela koji mi se nije gadio dodirnuti od prljavštine i vlage.

Zgrada je stara i šporka. Stan je vrlo vlažan i šporak. Nema ladice ili komada namještaja koji je čitav. Nemožeš zatamniti prozore lreko noći pa je teško spavati. A nemožeš ni zatvoriti prozor jer onda nemožeš spavati od smrada. Čim smo došli nije bilo el.energije pa smo čekali majstore da to riješe, a koristili su sjedalice iz blagavaone kao ljeste i tako prljave ih kasnije vratili. Za ovo iskustvo booking nam je kompezirao jadnih 25€

Good location,parking garage 5 min.walk. Bars,restaurants, fastfood nerby.City center reachable by public transport in about 20 min.

Apartment was ok,but not very clean. Windows in kitchen very dirty,Owen dirty, bad smell in bathroom,towells with bad smell, no locking on bathroom doors.Tv remote controller withought batteries. Small things that could be easylly fixed.

It was near public transport.

tvwas not working, wi fi was not available under user id and password given. towels were old and with stains. Kitchen was not clean, dishes ware overused. we would like to have our money back. At least some of it.

Not bad, but cannot recommend for families.

We rented two apartments for two families. The location was close to a tram and metro station, and it had good connections to the city. Parking is close to the building, where you can park for 6 euros per 24 hours.

Conditions of the apartments were not met as provided in the booking advertisement. The furniture was warn and battered, neither the TV nor the WiFi connection were working. The washing machine was not working in the other apartment and the shelves in the fridge were broken. The window between bathroom and main hall in one apartment was broken so it was impossible to shower privately. We reported it immediately to the owner, and were promised that it will be repaired the next morning. However it didn't happened which was very sad, most importantly we weren't contacted anymore ever since.The worst part was that one of the apartments was separated from the other apartment just by inside room door (door were hidden by a closet), so it was very noisy from the other guests who rented it. Given the fact, that we stayed with children it was almost impossible to have a nap during the night. We can't recommend these apartments because of the aforementioned.

Everything was ok, even if location to center of Vienna was rather far, for me it was good to walk through the city. Best metro station about 1km to Friedensbrücke U4. About 4km to center. All required things are at your fingertip - Lidl market, bars with good eat.

Parking solution - limit of hour to pay for once. Strange thing of most parking in Vienna is posibility to pay for maximum one day which ocure often easy to forget about that. Even if you paid every day for nearly for all week, and one time forgot - you got mandat ... such a restriction should be punishable for a city. It is imposible to pay for more than one day. Only this smal incident spoiled a little the opinion. Better to use park and ride parking ... but often are full.

Apartments located in quite area, near city center (public transport just across the corner). Very detail communication regarding the check-in and check-out. It was easy to do that, instructions were clear. Kitchen fully equipped. Interior nice, bed could be more comfortable, but it was ok for few nights.

It was quite cold inside apartment - probably because of main door that was not isolated. Cold from building’s main staircase came inside the apartment. Wifi and TV was not working.

It was a nice apartment, the room was big. The kitchen was equipped in case you want to cook something. 30 min walking to downtown which i think its ok. You have lidl and bila near the location.

When we arrived, the windows were wide open and in the first night it was cold because only 1 heater was working in the room (the room is big) and the one in the bathroom. In the hall it was freezing because the heaters didn't work. Regarding the cleaning, they have to work a little more. The wifi didn't work, also.

It was clean. We had 1h30min later check out.

The was no sound isolation. It seems that neighbors in the next apartment, are talking in our room. If you want to sleep with open window, it is impossible because of trains sound Tv was not working. There was no hairdryer and staff brought it on check out day.

The location was great and we thank the host allowed us to keep our luggage after check-out.

They mention a washing machine in the property lists but the washing machine was broken during our stay, a pity that we have many clothes but we can't wash them.
