Tolle Lage hebt kleine Mängel auf

Die Lage des Apartments ist einfach super. Man ist in wenigen Augenblicken in Wien Mitte und kann von dort die Erkundung Wiens beginnen. Wir können nur die Tram 1 empfehlen. Die bringt einen zu ganz vielen Hotspots.

Die Einrichtung ist leider schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt. Die Putzfee vor uns muss auch einen schlechten Tag gehabt haben, es war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Besen, Handfeger und Kehrblech haben wir genauso wie einen funktionierndes TV-Gerät haben wir leider auch vermisst. Die Ausstattung im Bad war sehr ansprechend und funktional. Aber auch hier war uns oberflächlich geputzt worden.

Günstige Unterkunft in guter Lage dafür Mängel.

Die Lage war gut. Supermarkt und Strassenbahnhaltestelle für zwei Linien rd. 7 Minuten weg. Schöner Balkon. Küchengeräte ok. Helle Wohnung.

Mangelnde Sauberkeit, sehr schlechte Lichtverhältnisse im Bad bei schwarzbraunen Boden- und deckenhohen Wandfliesen. Wenige Kochutensilien und -ausstattung, bspw. keine Kelle usw, nur ein Weinglas, zu wenig Töpfe. Heizung war angeblich an, es war kein Heizkörper warm. Viel zu kalt.

Pretty sleepless because of street noise

Actual apartment was great. If it had functioning a/c you could keep windows closed which would alleviate noise and mosquito issues.

Was incredibly noisy with windows open and in the heat with no a/c you had to have windows open. Also lots of mosquitoes.

An excellent flat in a well located house

An excellent location just off the KunstHaus and a walking distance to the Prater, 20 mins away by tram from the city centre. A supermarket nearby. A well organised kitchen. A terrace to sit on.

Dreadful experience- so disappointing

Filthy, broken blinds, dirty shower, chipped paint, no coffee, dirty fridge and freezer and no one came out when we called the owner for assistance. The area was unpleasant. It was so bad we got another hotel within an hour and left the apartment.

Great view!

Easy self-collection of keys. We were 2-sisters staying together and had plenty of room. Bed was comfy, nice seating area. Great views from front and back of the property. Nice to have a shared balcony at the back. Location was pretty good, 5-10mins walk to the tram, bit further to Prater.

Some of the chairs need their covers replacing as they were a little tatty. Shame the lift didn't quite go right to the top of the building, wasn't a real issue for us but may be for less-mobile people.

the apt, was very nicely appointed and in a safe neighborhood. easily accessible to public transportation. there was alittle reaturant downstair

Great view out of the room. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again for sure!

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, so the room got quite hot and it was noisy to having the windows open.

the apartment was close to bus station, the room was pretty clean. the kitchen is fully equiped

it didn't have enought coffee pods for the coffee machine and it was impossible to find the right ones at the supermarket.

This apartment is for two people, not four

The location is good, it is possible to go by walk to the center but also there are a lot of lines that connect apartment with city center. The apartment is big with a lot of light and it has a great kitchen. The host gave me all the necessary information on time.

The apartment is for four people but it has one bed for two and another pull out bed which is terrible (it doesn't have a flat surface, it is like sleeping on the stairs). And the small bathroom doesn't have the ventilation so it smells really bad. You need to keep the windows open in the rest of the apartment to avoid that smell in the rooms.

The stay was good for two days.

Lovely location, good lay-out and comfortable beds.

Attention to finer detail of maintenance lacks. The shower was not draining - my husband ended up buying drain cleaner and ultimately we took a clump of hair and shampoo out of the drain. The coffee machine in the apartment is not compatible with nespresso capsules. We could not find the capsules that go with the machine in any number of shops around the apartment. At the very least there should be an instruction on where to buy coffee machine capsules.

We loved Vienna and the apartment was a great size.

We loved the apartment - sadly it was not as clean as it should be and fittings were tired and hair and dust. However, this was quickly rectified. Thank you. We were sad to say goodbye to our European apartment. The cafe next door in the Kunst Haus is fab.lovely area - easy for walking to Prater.

Cleaning - thick dust. Better quality towels and Bed linen that wasn’t stained. Also a plank dropped from my daughters bed in the middle of the night. Not massive things but the apartment was not cheap.

Very old and dirty place, should definitely not be livable. Watch out for the bugs around the apartment and on the bed.

Room is clean spacious. Hv to climb up n carry yr luggage 2round of stairs bef u get the lift. Aptment quite far from centre. We take taxi out n return, altho i hv 3days ticket for public bus.

Toilet got foul smell, as we enter the house. Abd everyday hv this bad smell. Toilet also dont hv outlet exhaust. Other than this all are good

The apartment was very clean, neat and very spacious for the three of us. The location is really good and easy to reach from the airport and also from/to city center. Good value for price so I would recommend!

The additional bed for the third person is not really comfortable and is quite small.

Good location

Badly washed plates on the kitchen, low tap water pressure at the kitchen. the 3rd place to sleep (the couch) was a torture to sleep at. Towels were old and looked more like rags

Very enjoyable stay.

Great quiet location. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to tram, store and cafe.

It would have been nice to have a few coffee pods to know what the coffee maker took. The pillows were very small. And an instruction on how the TV worked.
