Do not stay here unless you like second-hand smoke and dogs barking

The view was great, when we didn't have to breathe 2nd hand smoke from units around us.

This place is very misleading about its policies. The " No Smoking" only applies to guests, not to the owners of the condos around you. we had a hard time enjoying the balcony because they were smoking around us, and it was choking us on ours. Also, the "No Pets" only applies to the unit you rent because we heard at least two dogs barking above us and met a "resident " in the elevator with her dog. This was definitely not a service dog. They even have a "Dog Walk" posted on the side of the building. Upon arrival, all of the luggage carts were out in the rain, soaking wet. They are still out there in the rain on our departure date six days later. The stove burner was broken in the unit; it took three days to get it fixed. Power was shut off during the day due to planned electrical work that we didn't find out until the day before we arrived. My wife is recovering from a broken ankle and had to hobble down 9 flights of stairs. The tub drain was stopped up; I fixed it myself.

Nice stay

The room was spacious & quiet, even with us being directly across from the elevator. There were plenty of towels, dishes, etc.

The tub had a ring around it & the bathroom in general wasn't too clean & the couch could probably use a good steam clean. The balconies for the ocean front rooms are EXTREMELY, UNCOMFORTABLY CLOSE (pic added)! We were on the 9th floor but a brave soul could've easily climbed from one balcony to another! My purpose for the trip was for PEACE & QUIET & I was looking forward to spending lots of time on the balcony without talking or entertaining, but it was impossible, thanks to our very friendly neighbors, so we didn't spend a lot of time there. Also, we turned off the A/C when we had the balcony door open & when we were at the pool, but the floors started sweating & became wet, and not just a "little!" We aren't smokers, but the no smoking policy is strictly enforced. A neighbor below us was warned multiple times about smoking on his balcony & was almost evicted.

The right burners on the cook stove does not work and the entrance door ti condo stuck each time we left. No staff available to help.

The king bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Love the balcony it was in front of the ocean. So nice. The inside pool was very nice too. The outside pool was to cold to get in. The kitchen in the room was also great.

Lots of pros, minor cons, would stay again.

Amazing view! The kitchen was well equipped, so on the 1st day a quick grocery run was all we needed and then we enjoyed making breakfast each morning. The sofa bed had a decent mattress perfect for the kids. All the pools were open, and having both indoor and outdoor options worked well since it was cold during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

No pool or beach towels are provided. We did not bring any so we did have to utilize the 2 extra bath towels for the 4 of us. (We flew and space was limited or we would of bought some). I think that should be provided for sure given the amenities available for use and being a beachfront property. The King size mattress was very thin and could use an update. They also have a little store on site which was really convenient, but it's only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday....not so convenient.

Because I did not read the email from the unit after booking, I did not know it was privately owner and did not have a reception desk. After a number of phone calls they, texted me the room number and codes for all the doors. The Email that had the codes was started with an offer to stay longer, so I disregarded it, without reading the second part. Once in we were in we were very satisfied.

The view from the balcony was exceptional -- just as advertised. Each morning it was delightful to watch the sunrise. The location of the condo complex was very good. It was easy to walk a bit south to the boardwalk. We had a few issues with the unit during our stay -- a poorly mounted toilet and unreliable internet. Despite that frustration, we were pleased by how quickly the host responded to our inquiry. An alternative internet connection was provided.

The furnishings were rather cheap and spartan. The host / owner could have upgraded the cheap sofa and wobbly table. It also would have been much appreciated for the unit to include some inexpensive beach equipment, like 2 beach chairs and a modest umbrella. The bathroom was clean and spacious, but a poorly mounted toilet was not acceptable. Basic plumbing should be in good order.

Good location.

Toilet was nasty. Pull out couch was so old and uncomfortable. Also had no sheets, pillows or blankets for the pull out couch. Was not comfortable to sleep 4 people. No front desk. smoke alarm was beeping. No laundry detergent like promised. One elevator for the whole building and was so full you couldn't get on it half the time.

The elevator, the toilet, and you could not smoke on the balcony and the bed was hard definitely not worth the price I paid.

Relaxing. Felt like a home away from home.

The location was great. Loved the ocean view. Was comfortable over all.

The bathroom configuration was a little small. When we arrived had a little confusion as to how to get into the complex, but someone from the property team was very helpful.
