Great place to stay with plenty of room

There’s lots of parking available in the garage. Great distance to the ocean. Staff is friendly. The pool wasn’t ever crowded and our section of the beach was clean and not crowded. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the kitchen is a huge help with saving money on eating out!

The elevators can be slow. Make sure if you are above level 10 you check all three elevators. Only one doesn’t go all the way up.

everything was clean for the most part. the hotel is a good price for what you get!

a little sandy on the floors checking in. but that’s expected in a hotel at the beach lol! Also wish the hotel was walking distance from more places.

The stay was good, but the value isn’t there.

The property being right on the beach was great. Room service replaced towels daily.

Things were just not what we expected for the price we paid. $1,000 for three nights in an outdated hotel. The employees at the pool stopped kids from playing with toys, the vending machines didn’t take change and the debit card acceptor didn’t work on the third floor. Breakfast was eggs and bacon, and a few cereal choices, not a huge selection there. The pool was entertaining, although the construction workers impacted that experience a little bit.

Would stay there again

The view was amazing! We were on the 8th floor, and it was such a wonderful view to wake up to overlooking the ocean. The room was comfortable, and the size was perfect for myself and my 3 boys. The pools were inviting and warm.

There was construction going on, so it woke us up earlier than we wanted to be up on vacation. Some of the hot tub jets were not functioning properly. It would have been nice to have a vacuum in the room itself because of all the sand that gets tracked in the room. There was a broom, but it would have been easier to suck to the sand up so it didn't get in the beds.

Birthday Weekend

Great location, close to everything, really. This was my granddaughter's 5th birthday and the lazy river and heated pools in February made the day! The breakfast bar was very good, as well. Beautiful sunrise scenes from the balcony.

The rooms are dated but still clean and comfortable. The maid service between nights was a no show... but we were ok with that! There is NO extended check-out time. Don't even ask.

Was a very nice room for an early spring get-away

Nice room Nicely sized and equipped Kitchen well equipped. Complimentary breakfast was ordinary but decently prepared. No complaints Good coffee!! Housekeeping staff attentive. Overall all great lodging at the off season rates.

Mattresses need replaced.

We were put into dirty rooms, never being told the hotel was under remodel when booking, never told I was booking through a third party, and really disappointed with the rooms being outdated, nasty and uncomfortable

Breakfast was good, but some of the servers didn’t seem to happy but maybe they was having a bad day not sure , but it was numberous mornings

Going out to the beach you had to go up stairs , then walk long pier type walkway then down stairs to the beach didn’t make much sense, and while carrying stuff the stairs didn’t makes sense, when the walkway could of been mostly flat; and made harder to pull a wagon with stuff to the beach with a little kid, and what about handicap people, I’m sure they wouldn’t be able to go enjoy the beach

The expectation of the exceed

Everything was unexpected beyond expectation. Great experience. Very comfortable. Felt like a king on the very top floor. Thank you!

We could hear the elevators going up and down from our room. The elevators took awhile to get to our floor, but the good thing it was fast, smelled good and felt good with the little fans inside them.

Very Disappointing

The view and access to the beach. Front staff was awesome .

When opening the door to the room we were immediately hit by a strong dirty mop smell. The floors had not even been swept before what I assume was a quick swap of a dirty mop. I ended up going to buy something to clean the floors with. There was old burnt food in the oven and on the oven glass. The refrigerator had spills or something all over the side of it. The bed was so old and awful you could literally hear the springs. Housekeeping never came to the room to clean at all. The mattress we’re old dirty and the springs were poking in your back. When we was leaving I removed all sheets and blankets so they would actually be washed because unfortunately I didn’t pay attention to them when I got there but the pillows had large yellow drool spots on them and that is not sanitary at all. Overall just disappointing because this was a vacation that was much needed with all we had been through. Last but not least I walked into the bathroom and there was a roach running across the floor. I have pictures of all of these situations.
