Our condo is perfectly situated on the prized East corner 19th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in all four bedrooms along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 10. No more fighting over the large beds!!
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court. We also have the 3br unit just two doors down from our 4br.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Moving in/out experience was made easy with carts provided by building. Pools and common areas were clean and well-appointed. Beach access very convenient. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Very nice place to stay. The only unexpected element to our stay was that every single item is removed from the condo during the cleaning process - so - be prepared to bring EVERYTHING: salt, pepper, foil, etc.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The rental was clean. We had plenty of dishes for cooking. The trash disposal was located directly across the room. The view was stunning! The rental had card games, sand buckets, plenty of cleaning products and everything we needed. The location is in the middle of many restaurants, stores, etc. My party had no complaints.

This large properly was perfect for our family trip and the views were simply incredible! The only down side we found is that the kitchen is poorly stocked - we purchased cookware at tj max to prepare dinner. If you are planning to cook, you will need to pack pots, pans and utensils.
The bedrooms/ bathrooms are all very large and again the views!! I have recommended this property to friends and would stay again.

We had a condo all set up and at the last minute it was canceled on us. We rush and found this place. We had a little PTSD so right after confirming I called the rental company to confirm. Not only was the person professional he also helped calm my nerves and texted with me a lot over the next 24hrs to make sure I knew exactly what was happening. I highly recommend this condo and the rental company Brett/Robinson. You can't go wrong.

We had a great time staying here. Very clean. I liked the security on-site and at the beach just insuring everything was well maintained. Close to lots of places to walk to. Nice, large condo for 8 adults and one toddler. Everyone loved the king beds in all the rooms and amazing views from 3 of the rooms. The only suggestion would be to supply extra bath towels as there were just one per person. But overall it was perfect.

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we had a great time. The condo we stayed in was perfect. Right on the beach. Pools for the kids in the evening. Grills for cooking dinner. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Outstanding location, beach access and pools and the view was gorgeous. The living room carpet and other textiles were overdue for cleaning. I don’t think at this rental rate we should have had to buy toilet paper to get through our stay - not really how I want to spend vacation time at the beach. We did in fact forget TP at the store and get stranded one day. That being said the strengths of the property were very strong.

Cleaning crew called by (PM) to vacuum & wet mop floor.
Entered condo without ringing doorbell, no knock, no verbal announcement of their entry. Didn’t speak English.

Other issues: dining room blind broken-missing a pull chain, living room TV didn't work properly, blue-tinted screen & poor imaging. Day 3 TV was replaced.
Upon arrival, we swept up piles of sand off balcony
Kitchen counters dirty w/ dried masses of food
Table linen placements were shrunk, stained & torn. Badly worn, frayed jute rug.
Faulty Hallway laundry light fixture.
Jack and Jill bathroom trash can had large dried blood stain on inside. Hadn't been clean.
Microwave light over stove was out.
Bathroom vanity light burned out. Jacuzzi tub drain was out; loose in the bathtub.
Traveled 14 hours with 2 small children. We were swindled. Very dissatisfied and will never stay there again.

Overall this was a really good place to spend out vacation. Would suggest an upgrade in the pots, pans and cooking utensils. Cooking our meals was a real chore. Would strongly suggest gas grills instead of charcoal for both time and flavor. Hot tub was inconsistent and was sometimes really hot/cold. View was amazing.

Check-in to check-out was very easy. Whole family had a great time. Location is close to all of the activities we wanted to do with smaller children. Make sure to bring a couple extra laundry pods if you plan to do more than one load of laundry and a few extra trash bags.

We chose this condo for our holiday trip with our family and am glad I did! There were seven of us and we had a great time! The condo was very spacious and had a lot of amenities!
It had glass on two sides of the condo so the views were phenomenal! We had city views in two of the bedrooms and ocean views in the primary ! Updated kitchen and bathrooms and a wet bar with an ice machine! I will definitely stay again!

The facilities and condo room were perfect for our family of 8-toddler through adult. Condo was within walking distance to restaurants. Enjoyed the beautiful beach views and the heated pool was wonderful-grandchildren loved it, especially since couple days were cooler. Beds comfortable and decor was nice. The only things that could be improved were the area rugs need replaced-very dirty, and the sofa and loveseat need cleaned. I think if tile was deep cleaned and rugs replaced, sofa would not get as dirty. There was a missing blind and blind missing a cord in the living room. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely return.

Had a great time with 7 girl friends to celebrate our birthdays! The selling factor on this property over the others is that all the bedrooms had king beds. So it was the perfect setup for us. A larg kitchen, Patio and plenty of bathroom space made it perfect for being able to hang out and get ready for dinners!

Check in was hands-free, received info through app and phone. Owner/manager texted us and said to feel free to contact anytime if needed anything. He was quick to respond. Views were absolutely amazing from this condo, 3 bedrooms had floor to ceiling windows, it kind of felt like a Vegas Strip view with bonus view of ocean. Elevators were quick and comfortable. We had our daughter with us who is wheelchair bound and had no problem getting around the condo and complex with her. The pool was great especially the circular slide which could handle adults and children. Easy access to beach. "THE Hangout" is a quick 2 min drive away or short walk from the condo. This condo had a wet bar with icemaker which was great to help pack the cooler for the beach without having to run to store or gas station for ice. The beds in all rooms were comfortable, plenty of towels. The clothes washer was a tad loud so just plan to do any laundry during day and not before bed but that is a minor complaint compared to what this condo had to offer. Will definitely try to get back here in the future.

We had the best time for our multi-generational family get together in this beautiful condo! The unit was very clean, extremely spacious and kid friendly. The multiple pools and easy beach access gave us so many options... we loved that the building sits very close to the water, and that there was not a long boardwalk to get to the beach. Access to an on-site fitness center was perfect for two of us who wanted to keep up exercise routines. Finally, check in and check out was also the easiest experience we’ve ever had on vacation. Our only recommendation would be what others have mentioned: the couches either need a deep cleaning or need replaced, because they are heavily stained. Highly recommend this condo, and would stay here again!

This building is in a great location with walking access to downtown GS. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. Unit has a great floor plan and was mostly clean. Feedback-- there were no kitchen towels provided. We had to buy. The sofa is in major need of a steam clean. It is visibly dirty and was off putting. I see this has been mentioned by other reviewers for at least a year. While the sheets were clean, the bed skirts were also visibly dirty. AC went out-- repair person was very nice but it did take 24h to get it resolved. Both the icemaker and fridge filters were blinking that they needed to be changed out. Several of the TV remotes were blinking low battery. Overall- it gave a feel that unit wasn't well maintained.

No A/C for the entire week with a baby
We booked this condo 8 months in advance and had been looking forward to our first family trip with our newborn baby. We chose these nice condos so I could have a cool place to stay with the baby while the family went down to the beach. We drove over 10hrs from Texas and prior to our arrival the property manager never made it known to us that the A/C was broken. It was very difficult to get anyone to help us or give us a straight answer on the progress of the maintenance. We kept getting told they were waiting on a part. We ended up getting drug along for the week with a condo that was a stagnant 90 degrees. We begged for another condo or a refund everyday. I was up with a crying sweating baby most hours of the night and constantly making sure she wasn’t getting over heated. The stress and worry and lack of sleep on a vacation isn’t conducive to an enjoyable experience. The property manager finally honored a small refund and gave us 1 night in another condo on our last night here. Very disappointed because this ruined our only vacation we had booked for the summer all because of the A/C. The location and beach access is great we spent most our time outside and didn’t even get to enjoy the beautiful condo so we feel a full refund would of been the right thing to do. Avoid condo #1904
