Situated in a beautiful, spacious area of Gulf Shores with crystal clear water and white beaches.
Sandpiper Sunset has 2 separate sleeping areas, each containing two bedrooms and a bathroom. This design is perfect for families to enjoy vacation together. The main living space is an open floor plan with comfortable, well designed furniture, plenty of seating and a well stocked kitchen. There are also water views of both Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico.
Outside, there are two large decks from which to enjoy the water views, lounge and enjoy a good book or take in a morning sunrise with a cup of coffee.
We are surrounded by non-rental houses so peace and quiet is assured. You will be able to enjoy the relaxing tranquil waters of the bay and sleep peacefully at night.
On the Lagoon side, there is a private beach with dock, deck chairs and pavilion that reaches out over the lagoon. Fish off the dock, enjoy easy access to the lagoon or just lounge during sunset. This is one of our favorite parts of the house.
We also provide kayaks, boogie boards, a paddle boat and paddle boards to enjoy the Lagoon. Bicycles are available to explore the peninsula and there is a bike path on the West Beach. Use all at your own risk.

This is a great house. Well laid out and comfortable. The dock was amazing and the gulf just a short walk across the street. You truly only need to bring a swimsuit and sunscreen as everything you could possibly want or need is provided. All the beach toys, chairs, towels, wagons, bikes, kayak, paddle boards etc. We were even able to have a shrimp boil as the base and pot were available as well. I think my favorite part were the gorgeous sunsets. We will definitely be back!

Jessica and team was amazing! If I had questions about anything they answered right away. I let them know the toilet wasn’t flushing right. I wasn’t concerned about it. They sent out maintenance right away.
The house is absolutely beautiful and is so relaxing. The couch is so cozy expect to fall asleep lol
The outside is beautiful!!! My kids caught a couple of fish. We used the water toys in the lagoon. The back deck is the perfect place to watch the sunset. We would walk over the beach at sunrise and have a sunrise dip!! So many seashells collected.
Just driving up and down the street looking at all the beautiful homes was so much fun. Just LOVED everything about our stay. We were so sad to leave.

We were so excited to stay at the beach house because my parents brought their kids and grandkids to it many years ago. We stayed in this house for years and years and now it was my turn to bring my children and their children. When we arrived, the kids room with the bunk, smelled like urine the bunkbeds were not made and after making them, we realized that the quilt set had urine on them in the room across from the kids room. The curtains have urine Stains on them. The smell was awful.
The refrigerator had a terrible smell as well. The trash service did not come take the cans down the driveway, we didn’t have much trash so it was fine but I wanted to let you know.
The gourmet kitchen was lacking, utensils, and cutlery, clean cutting boards It felt very mismatched and like pieces that used in someone’s own home or put there.
The house felt very strange with the couch, covering up a little part of the door. They’re not being a table in the kitchen. Everything felt strange. We were not able to open the blinds to the doors because of the magnet strip. The back door stuck, and was very hard to open. The kids could not open it, and when they did they stumbled backward.
Overall we knew the location of the house as we’ve stayed there many times, love having the lagoon, the walk to the beach can be difficult if you have small children and carry a lot of things over.

This was our favorite vacation to date! Our big family had ranges of age from 3-50 and every single person had something for them at this house! PLENTY of sand toys, nets, bicycles, paddle boards, kayaks, corn-hole & more! Easy short walk to the beach and the back yard with the dock kept us all entertained for hours! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful! I could go on and on about how perfect this house/location was for us. Simply AMAZING vacation.

Thanks for the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years! I’m usually “beach front only” but so glad I took a chance and booked this home. The vacant lot in front gives you the beach front feel. My son and his friend fished the lagoon and beach from sunrise to almost sunrise again. You guys have it stocked with just about everything you can think of! Perfect getaway for families or group that loves the beach but not the crazy crowds! Definitely will be our go-to for future beach vacations!

We really enjoyed our stay. Throughout the entire stay, they checked on us. We had an issue with the air, and I messaged them at 3:30 am, I really wasn’t expecting a message until later on that morning. They message right back, and they helped us figure out what was the issue. That says a lot about a host when they make sure everything is going smoothly. Thank you again for everything!!

Everything was great! Location close to everything with easy access to the beach and awesome dock for fishing paddle boarding etc. All you could need in the kitchen, laundry and in the bathrooms. My son loved the arcade game console and we fished daily. All you could need to any outdoor activities. There is also a blue heron that lives next door that loves when you go fishing. We lovingly named him Fred. Definitely a must try!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Sunset!! It was nice to have the pier/dock at the lagoon right out the back door and then a short walk across the road and down a couple of houses to the gulf and a beautiful and clean beach. For Memorial Day weekend, we almost had the beach to ourselves since we were further away from Gulf Shores proper. Lots of sand toys for the grandkids, and the wagon was helpful for getting things to the beach. We took my mom (88 years old) and she loved it!! And it turned out that one of the bathrooms has been redone to have a walk-in shower. We'd brought a tub/shower bench and grab bar with suction cups but only needed to put the grab bar up since she could walk into the shower. When our grandson was almost home he told our daughter, "Mom, I want to go back to Gulf Shores!" We had a great time making fun memories! And my mom was so excited to be able to sit on the porches and enjoy the views!! Thank you for being a gracious host!!

We had a wonderful time staying on this property. The beach is close and the lagoon closer. We had everything we needed in the house. The beach toys, chairs, and towels were all appreciated as we didn't need to bring them. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to book again in the future.

Great place. Lots to do that is included with the house! Great location. It’s like walking onto your own private beach the way the sandy shore leads to the lagoon in the back. Husband and kids caught lots of fish!

We were only there for a short get away but wished we could’ve stayed longer. The private dock right behind the house over the lagoon was a great feature, along with the beach a short walk across the street. We were literally the only people on the beach as far as we could see. This is the perfect location for us, away from the crowds but a short drive to restaurants and entertainment. We will be booking this house again.

Perfect location!! We loved the convenience of having the lagoon and dock in our backyard. We were able to fish and enjoy kayaking/paddle boarding on the calmer lagoon waters. The beach was an easy walk across the street, the wagon the host’s provided made for easy hauling of beach items for the day. The house is located both far enough from the busier main Gulf Shores area for peace but still close enough to travel to the many dining spots. The host’s were amazing communicators throughout our stay and were quick to respond with any questions that popped up during our stay. Thank you for the great stay!

What a great spot! Private, with adventures out the front door (ocean) and the back (lagoon). The hosts of the property were very responsive and helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed, everyone had room to spread out. Great Spring Break!

Highly recommended. Lovely and neat place, walkable to beach, peaceful area yet easy drive to where the main crowd/action is, very responsive and polite hosts. Also love the amenities (kayak, bikes, fishing poles). Felt at home right when we walked in the deck and got better as we entered the house- looked/felt/smelled neat and pristine. The wrap around porch is a bonus, with view of the sea in front and the lagoon at the back. My fave time was just enjoying the lagoon and the kayak. We usually rent beachfront properties but tried this one as the lovely view of the lagoon caught my attention. No regret at all because not only did we get great sunset views, we also enjoyed hanging out by the dock and kayaking--something you can't do in the beach. Owners/hosts were nice and always made sure we got everything we need. Thanks Jessica. We will be back!

This house is beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. Host was responsive to all communications. The view of the lagoon is amazing. Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. Could use better signage at the entrance driveway. Check in and check out was very easy. Highly recommend this property!

Beds were very comfy, plenty of hot water for everyone. The outdoor hot showers were perfect for washing off after the beach! Fishing with live shrimp and squid bait in the middle of the lagoon on kayak was the most effective. S&S Seafood had the best takeout closeby for fresh seafood.

One of our favorite stays ever! Beautiful location, professionally managed, and everything you could want for a getaway. We chose to leave the kids at home to relax but it would have easily accommodated all of our kids. We hope to return!

Quick access to the ocean right across the street which isn’t granted to all locations so super nice to find a place that had this access so close.
Household amenities were more than would be expected. After our stay I added the quick boil kettle to our home arsenal. Didn’t realize I needed one at home 😂

Location is on lagoon and across street from beautiful beach. Everything was as expected. Nice set up with four bedrooms all on one floor. Two on one side of great room with a bath and two on other side of great room with a bath. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house.

We booked a last minute get away and so glad we did. The house is beautiful inside and out. Location is primo! Great lagoon and dock, walk to the beach to pick up shells and read by the Gulf! Clean and very well appointed. Saved this address to recommend to family and friends. Will stay here many more times.

The stay with the family was amazing. Super short walk to the beach was very easy with 4 young kids. We loved fishing off the dock and the kids loved playing in the water right by the dock. The hosts were super responsive and friendly. The house was stocked with everything you need. We loved the area and will be back!

Fantastic location! Very private on the lagoon. We fished and caught a ton of fish, paddle boarded, and kayaked. The beach was just across the street and it was pretty much private as well. We had it to ourselves. We saw so much wildlife! The place had everything listed in amenities. Restaurants were not too far but kitchen was very accommodating as well as the grill. We didn’t use the fire pit but it’s a nice hang out. Also we brought our own kids life jackets (not knowing they had some) and forgot them there. They were so accommodating and happy to mail them back to us! Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The house was cozy and worked well for two families. Kitchen had all we needed to cook at home. Walk to the beach was short and easy just as described! The lagoon side was awesome; we enjoyed kayaking, playing bocci ball & corn hole (all provided). And the sunset from the dock or fire pit…. gorgeous! Jessica and her team were all responsive & helpful. You will definitely enjoy your stay!

Sandpiper is more than top notch! It is so so very beautiful. Those who like to fish should definitely take advantage of this place having the dock right out the back door or those who don’t fish, have options for kayaking or paddling out on the lagoon side too.
The ocean really is across the street and so very close. Location is about 4ish miles down from the main intersection in gulf shores and a few stops less than 4 miles away. So location is great and convenient. We appreciate having a place to stay and have no worries!

We had a wonderful time at Jessica's place! The location was perfect for our family. We had three kids who had so much fun playing on the lagoon side and when we wanted big waves we just walked a short distance to the public beach.
The outdoor equipment was so convenient and everyone enjoyed taking the boats and paddleboards out each day.
The house had what we needed, with ample space for each family to relax and chat or find quiet space when needed.

We had such a great time on our stay in Gulf Shores! The house was everything we hoped for - great beds, well-equipped kitchen, and only steps away from the peaceful lagoon or pristine beach. We especially enjoyed the many options for where to hang out. The living room was cozy, both front and back porches were big enough for all of us to sit and talk and not be in each other’s faces, and the fire pit was the perfect touch for a beautiful evening of s’mores by the lagoon. We hope to return soon!!

This place is excellent. Easy check in, stocked with everything you need, great location, and responsive hosts. Everything was very clean and the rooms/beds were very comfortable. Loved being in a quieter area of Gulf Shores while also only having a short drive to the main strip of restaurants/stores. Quick access to the beach (across the street) and the dock on the lagoon was amazing. Perfect for sunsets. Highly recommend!
