About this apartment rental
Charming Duplex of 40m² entirely renovated in 2015 for 6 people on the top floor with elevator of the residence "l'Alliet", in the calm and wooded district of Charmettoger.
At the foot of the slopes: ski lift less than 100 m from the building (Alpine Garden) downhill :-)
Located 3 minutes' walk from the center of the resort: 'Les Villards' shopping gallery
Ski rental, mini-market and bread depot in front of the building (100 m)
Paid covered parking at 50 m.
Parking possible at the foot of the residence for unloading and places available for outdoor parking on the side of the residence.
Opening since winter 2015 of a fun indoor Aqua center only 250 m from the apartment (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, fitness room ...).

This was the perfect apartment for our family of three. Great to have a lift, ski locker and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Having two bedrooms was a luxury and the second bedroom with low ceiling height was great for kids
It isn't ski to door but a 5 minute walk to Villiards gets you to the trans arc lift and access to all areas of Les Arcs. Great selection of shops and restaurants in Villiards alongside the concierge building. Owner was really good with communication and helpful all the way through the process. Note that Concierge no longer provide internet connection. This is our 3rd time in Les Arcs and 1st time in 1800. We would happily return and hopefully have some fresh snow next time.

We are a family of 4 and stayed for a week to enjoy the Easter skiing.
We found the apartment well equipped, tidy and fresh.
The balcony was very pleasant and caught the sun at lunchtime!
The owners were very helpful, always available when needed.

Cozy, well equipped apartment
We are a family of 4 and stayed for a week to enjoy the Easter skiing.
We found the apartment well equipped, tidy and fresh.
The balcony was very pleasant and caught the sun at lunchtime!

Family Ski
A well-equipped apartment, within walking distance of the main lifts, ski hire and shops .
We were blessed with a good dump of snow which meant the skiing was fabulous. Lots for skiers of all abilities in this resort.
Would recommend covered parking next to the apartment, which is not much more expensive than outdoor parking. Would stay here again.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit mooie nette appartement. Voorzien van alle gemakken en ook best ruim voor 4 personen.
De loopafstand naar de skipiste is verder dan gedacht, dat viel ons wat tegen.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement propre et bien conçu, proche des commerces. Nous avons même pu partir skis aux pieds vers la remontée Jardin Alpin.

Séjour agréable dans un cadre cosi
Nous avons trouvé l'appartement accueillant et joliment décoré et aménagé. Tout était prévu pour une arrivée agréable. Réserve de premières nécessités, même pharmacie. Tout le nécessaire pour l'entretien est prévu. Documentations, des jeux de société, quelques romans, joli service de table et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner comme chez soi. Vraiment bien équipé. Tout l'espace à été aménagé le mieux possible compte tenu de l'espace octroyé à ces appartements dont la construction certe originale date des années 70. Juste bien pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants.

Super séjour
Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu découvrir le domaine à cause de la pandémie, mais nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement assez bien situé dans la station, à proximité de toutes les commodités. Les enfants ont adoré le jardin ESF, bien qu'un peu éloigné... Appartement parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes, peut-être un peu petit pour 6.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé, confortable, bien conçu et décoré. L'appartement est lumineux, a une belle vue sur les sapins et est bien placé. Les propriétaires sont très sympa.

Tres bon séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons effectué la réservation la veille pour le lendemain (pour éviter un éventuel reconfinememt) et Brice a été très réactif. L'appartement est en très bon état, dispose de tout le nécessaire et est idéalement situé (à 3 minutes des commerces et proche des remontées), on s'y sent comme chez soi.

Superbe séjour!
Mes amis et moi même avons passés un excellent séjour entouré des belles montagnes, et loger dans un appartement très agréable et très bien situé. Les commerces et les pistes sont à proximité de l'appartement, c'est idéal pour séjourner dans cette belle station! De plus, la résidence est calme et l'appartement était propre et assez grand pour accueillir 6 adultes. Je remercie Brice et Laetitia pour leur réactivité et leur bonne communication. Ça a été un plaisir d'échanger avec eux!
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel ! Très belles randonnées réalisées à proximité. La réactivité et l'écoute de Laetitia et Brice permettent de passer des vacances au top.

Nous venons pour la seconde fois dans cet appartement. Toujours aussi satisfaits des prestations. Nous reviendrons assurément.
Petite suggestion : un parasol sur la terrasse serait le bienvenu !

This ski apartment is well situated for shops and restaurants and for access to the slopes. It is comfortable, has a nice balcony and there is a good kitchen/storage area. We had only 3 in our party which gave us plenty of space. I would book again.

The stairs in the apartment are actually a ladder with no treads. They were dangerous. One of our party had a nasty fall down them. The location was not as convenient to the slopes as protrayed . Collection and drop off of keys was difficult after a long journey and trying to get away on transport on last day. All in all, a disappointing experience.

Great apartment, well equipped and close to the slopes and town
My husband and I and two of our children have just enjoyed a brilliant week’s skiing in Les Arcs. The apartment was perfect for us - small but had everything we needed. The only thing missing was a DVD player, that would have been handy for entertaining the kids in the evenings. Other than that, no complaints about the apartment. It can sleep 6 and it would be quite squashed if all beds were taken, but you can tell that by the photos and so you’d be prepared. Having looked at numerous apartments in the area this was the only one we found at a good price and with 2 bedrooms.
It’s only a short walk down the road to pick up the Trans Arc gondola, which takes you across to Arcs 2000 where there are lots of lovely blues to cruise around on. We went late in the season but the snow was still very good, nearly all pistes were open. We went out for a couple of meals in the evening, the main square being right next to the gondola as well.
The booking process was easy, Brice and Laetitia (the owners) responded quickly to any queries and confirmed the booking straight away.
All in all, if you’re looking for a reasonably priced apartment for 4 of you, this is a really good option. Would recommend, and would stay again.

Fantastic Appartment in a great location
Booked the appartment back last year and the process with the owners was great. Lots of information sent in advance so we knew where everything was before we arrived. The bus stop is right outside the appartment if you are getting the bus up from the funicular.
You can ski from right outside the appartment down to the Jardin Alpin ski lift which then connects with the whole ski area.
Location is also great as you can reach all of Les Arc 1800, 1600, 1950 and 2000 as well as going in the other direction and skiing to the Vanoise Express cable car and over to La Plagne.
Bakery with small shop just across the road that also does take away Pizza. Larger supermarket just a short stroll down the hill
Would highly recommend this appartment as very clean and has everything you need for a great ski holiday.

So we were enjoying pistes of Paradiski a lot - they are reachable (for average and above skiers at least) directly from a short little path through trees behind the apartment building. Back from pistes - cca 100m walk (downhill) is also very good choice. Just head for the Aiguille Grive apartment complex from the slopes.
Apartment is very thoughtfully renovated and cosy for 4 persons. 6 would be crowded, maybe with little kids it would work. It has a nicely equipped kitchen and cosy bathroom. The building is quiet enough.
Brice, the owner, is quick and helpful with information when you need some.
The only remark we have is, that apartment does not have internet / wi-fi connection, so you have to either bring your own wifi modem or rent one from La Conciergerie (39 EUR/week is not cheap though). Hopefully this will be upgraded :)
For parking we would suggest to reserve a place in a garage Charmettoger, as street parkings are not abundant and open parkplaces are not really close. However - reachable by free shuttle, if you decide so.
All in all - perfect choice and communicative host!

Fab family ski holiday
We had a lovely stay in Les Arcs - the chalet was great and the skiing was perfect. The chalet is a very short walk from the ski lifts and also all the things you need for a hassle-free ski holiday - such as ski hire, bars, restaurants and shopping facilities.
Brice was extremely helpful and provided all info we needed - was also extremely accommodating when we asked if we could arrive earlier than check-in and leave slightly later than check-out! Highly recommend this chalet and this resort!

Apartment in very good condition with all amenities as stated; excellent location, overall great!
We had an excellent holiday and the apartment was just perfect for our needs. It would be a bit squashed for 6 people and the second bedroom is ideal for children (rather than adults) due to the low ceiling height. All shops and amenities easily accessible on foot and bakery for fresh bread/croissants for breakfast is just up the road.
Communication with the owners was easy and prompt and all information sent was helpful.
