Location is quite nice, there is shopping mall and cinema below

The floor is oily, bedsheets and sofa a bit smelly, that unit got a strange smell😅

Satisfied with the stay and would love to repeat another stay.

The checking in was smooth as the instruction given was clear. The apartment was clean and smell really nice. Everything was working and provided such as microwave, refrigeration, water heater, towels, hair dryer and tv. The internet was fast and reliable. The location was very good as there is a food place that open till quite late just at the front and also the apartment was connected to the mall.

Ksl residence

The shopping mall is easily accessible. Monday night there nighy market just 1 min away. The room is super spacious, and the overall cleaniness of the room is good.

The lift to the room is horrible. Out of 4 lift, only 2 are working. With a whole block of residents coming up and down, it took an average of 20mins waiting time to get it. The room sofa and additional mattress smell very bad. It seems the cover of it wasnt change.

Location is gd. Accessible to mall. Pasar malam on Monday nights.

The lifts are cranky and very slow. Should provide more floor mats and hand towels.

Nice and Cosy Stay.

The place is clean and cosy just nice for a family with 2 kids, location is convenient.

I'll be great if the TV can be bigger but the current one is not bad too.

Room was good but facilities not great.

The room was big and comfortable.

The lift was very very slow. It service more than 30 floors and you have to wait more than 10 minutes for the lift. At peak hours, you might not be able to get a lift and have to walk down the stairs. We walked 17 levels down

the apartment itself was amazing, good facility, and good for group of people to stay. bathroom has bath tub. it closed with convenience store and lotus. so dont worry if u need to buy essentials. apartment also has pool.

the elevator is too crowded and small. sometimes have to wait abt 30 min to hop on.

Great location, right beside the mall with direct access from 10am-10pm

Very long wait for elevators during check out hours. Highly suggest to check out at least 20-30min earlier.

Good Sleep & Relaxing

I like the room. Very clean, occupied with all facilities including cutleries & plates. Spacious and comfortable.

Lift and bathtub. It's acceptable that the lift is late because they have more than 30 floors. So u need to have very good patience to wait because it can be challenging sometimes. The bathtub wasn't working well. It won't hold the water. So it's not worth to have a room with bathtub if it isn't working.

It’s just the condo’s facilities that’s terrible.

Spacious n clean. Great location.

There’s a smell emitting from the water. Soundproof was bad and the aircon was extremely noisy. The lift was terrible, we have to walk down 16 floors cos can’t get into any lift during checkout time.

Good experience, rooms very clean toilet cleaner than KSL hotel . Fantastic host will come again

For first time staying in an apartment I got a bit blur but the host was a fantastic human being. Response super fast 😁 onpoint . We chatted like friends. That's how we shld be .. not cold and aloof .

Everything was good . However the bin centre to throw rubbish I spotted small cockroaches . The walk way looks very dark .Dim .

Furnishing looked nice. Aircond was very cold. Owners made sure the place was well equipped and welcoming. Checking in to get the keys was quite a breeze with good instructions

The car park layout was weirdest we have ever seen. the chairs for the dining table were not comfortable and sturdy. Dining table was too small and moved easily and it wasn't comfortable to eat/work on. Beds looked nice but not so comfy. Bathroom was ok but cleaning materials like mop were placed there instead of out of sight. There was significant water damage on the walls outside the bathroom, which doesn't look good. if you don't mind the aesthetics of that, the functionality of the room was ok to stay for a short while .

a few tips, have a floor wipers in the toilets to dry the wet floors

very clean, all appliances are working well. there were 2 hairdryers , kettle, iron + board, excellent wifi, tv box, good view from the room, towels provided, 1 person had 3 pillows.
