Tolle, top ausgestattete Unterkunft auf dem Land

Wunderbare Umgebung mit Parkplätzen im Schatten direkt am Haus. Top Sauberkeit, neuwertige Ausstattung des Apartments, sehr freundlicher Empfang und Einweisung durch die Eigentümer mit selbstgemachter Marmelade, Obst usw. Sehr gute Klimaanlagen. Nähe zum See in nur wenigen Fahrtminuten.

Eigentlich nichts, es dürfte aber gerne ein großer Kochtopf und ein normaler Kochlöffel in der Küche vorhanden sein. Das ist aber im Vergleich klagen auf hohem Niveau.

CONSIGLIATISSIMO, COMODO PULITO SILENZIOSO

Siamo stati in questa struttura per un concorso ippico. La posizione è comodissima, molto vivono a Desenzano. L'accesso per l'auto è comodissimo con cancello automatico e parcheggio davanti all'alloggio. La camera è spaziosa con soppalco è da poco ristrutturata e anche al bagno e cucina in ordine e puliti. tutto bene. Proprietari molto gentili, consigliatissimo.

Tutto bellissimo, i proprietari gentilissimi, appartamento molto comodo, spazioso e ben attrezzato. Perfetto anche per i bambini piccoli. Consiglio vivamente!

Ruhige Lage trotz nahegelegener Landstraße. Idyllische Landschaft oberhalb des Gardasees. Sehr gute, neue Ausstattung. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

Rundum perfekt für Reisende die es ruhig mögen.

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man es gerne etwas ruhiger hat und nicht im Trubel seine Nacht verbringen will ist man hier genau richtig. Die Lage war für uns mit Hund perfekt. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es war alles sehr sauber und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder an den Gardasee reisen dann in diese Unterkunft. Rundum perfekt!

Bellissima villa con due appartamenti comunicanti e dotati di tutti i servizi. Il giardino è grande e ben tenuto, c'è parcheggio in loco. I proprietari ci hanno accolte con una crostata fatta a mano con prodotti locali, un gesto davvero apprezzato.

Sehr sauber und gepflegt und

Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unser kleiner Hund konnte schön raus und wir konnten direkt Gassi gehen in Richtung eines Weinberges. Schön waren auch die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen.

Liegt leider relativ nah an einer belebten Straße - aber alles schön eingezäunt. Ein Wasserkocher und ein Toaster wären super gewesen.

Bellissimo appartamento a pochi passi da qcterme!

Appartamento molto pulito con arredamento moderno su due piani dotata di cucina e situato a pochi passi dal centro qcterme. Accoglienza ottimale e ben oltre le aspettative. Appena arrivati ci hanno offerto una torta alle pere fatta in casa con i frutti raccolti dal giardino. Inoltre, al check-out dato che abbiamo avuto problemi di spostamento il proprietario si è offerto personalmente di darci un passaggio fino a Desenzano del Garda! Siamo molto soddisfatti e consigliamo questo posto a chiunque voglia concedersi qualche giorno di relax.

Ruhig und schön 😌

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich sofort Willkommen. Es ist alles sauber, in einem tollen Zustand und gut ausgestattet. Mega bequeme Betten. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Auch ideal wenn man mit Hund anreist. Diese dürfen auf dem Grund frei herumlaufen. Wir bedanken uns für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Ich persönlich hätte mir einen großen Spiegel gewünscht und evtl. deutschsprachige TV-Sender. Was aber in der heutigen Zeit von Netflix und Internet-TV nicht sonderlich tragisch war.

Molto apprezzata la cordialità è la gentilezza del proprietario che ad inizio soggiorno ci ha regalato una crostata fantastica, un vasetto di miele e uno di marmellata, Tutto buonissimo e prodotto da lui! L'appartamento era molto pulito, spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort.

Beautiful house with friendly hosts

The location is one word perfect. The hosts - Rosella and Stefano - are really friendly and helpful. The garden surrounding the house is beautiful and quiet. Every morning we had breakfast in front of the house and enjoyed the morning sun. The house is well equipped and seems new. The location is near Lake Garda and therefor a great place to stay. A supermarket is nearby, at appx. 2 km.

Don't miss it

Nice and quite place. Bordered on one side by a golf field and on the other by a domain belonging to a actually residential castle. You can either play football in the frontyard or have your morning coffee in an intimate peaceful place. You can also have a long walk among the vineyards stretching across the hills behind the house. The host always attentive, welcoming with a basket full of local products, but at the same time discreet and "invisible", offering the personal space you need. Fully equipped kitchen, the room bright and spacious and also cosy beds. Very good starting point for trips on both sides of the Garda lake.

Simply perfect

The location is perfect, far enough to have some quiet and peace and, at the same time, close enough to drive a couple of minutes and enjoy the beautiful region of Lake Garda. The house was perfectly clean and have everything you need to stay a couple of days. The house is also cool, which has helped a lot during the high temperatures days in the summer, but also it has air conditioning in case you still feel hot. The owners are very friendly and solicitous, always willing to help. The check-in with them was very good, we received very nice tips about Lake Garda with maps and notations about restaurants and places to visit. The yard and the house surroundings are beautiful and very well maintained.

It could have a washing machine or at least a shared one with the other apartment. Would help a lot when staying for more than 3 days. (Just a suggestion, it is no demerit, after all, it is not something the property has listed as included)

Superb

Everything was perfect! Stefano, the host, was very polite and even gave us a welcome basket with his own products like courgettes, green beans, honey, blackberries, jam and olive oil. The property was super clean and quiet and the house was well equipped with all you need for cooking. A/c was nice and quiet. Mattress and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept in! Location was 10 minutes away from Garda lake and half an hour from Gardaland. You do need a car though. I would definitely return there again!

WiFi was not very strong and some soap in the bathroom would be useful.

The garden on the pictures is the one of owners. The whole thing is near widely used road. There are two air conditioners in the apartment!

The owner was very friendly. He offered us honey, vegetables and a homemade cake. willing to place us at ease. the place is brand new, beds, pillows were very confortable.
