About this house rental
Welcome to the Rose Cottage, a cozy abode just seconds from the heart of Rosemary Beach. Located on the beach side of scenic Highway 30A, you can have your toes in the sand within 2 minutes, or take an even shorter stroll over to award winning, Restaurant Paradis for an unforgettable dinner. Located blocks away from Rosemary shopping and restaurants, you are close to all the action but not too close. Take full advantage of the relaxing and spacious covered front porch to enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
The Rose Cottage boasts coastal décor with wood accents and earthy tones, newly painted and furnished interior. With beautiful French doors framing the living room, the main floor offers an abundance of natural light with tall ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen is completely open to the dining room, which accommodates up to eight adults for a seated meal together. Prefer to dine outdoors? Set the outside dining table for dinner instead, conveniently located just off the dining room. In the kitchen you will be pleasantly greeted with all stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Just down the hall from the kitchen, the living room is spacious and well furnished for hanging out with family and friends. The focal point of this space is undoubtedly the 65” Samsung flat screen TV. A half bath can be found between the living room and kitchen.
All three bedrooms are on the second floor of this home; the master suite with king bed, 50” Samsung flat screen and private bath, a bunk bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds, and a guest bedroom with queen bed and 40” flat screen TV. The upstairs shared bath is conveniently located between the bunkroom and guest bedroom, and has a walk-in shower equipped with two showerheads. Relax and take in the serene setting of treetops and blue sky from the balcony off the master suite, which has private access and is furnished with four lounge chairs with two matching tables. Each guest bedroom is styled with a balcony stoop overlooking a beach boardwalk. Not to mention shared access to the larger balcony through the doorway at the top of the stairwell.
With so much outdoor space, plan to cook out on the easy-to-use natural gas grill, with gas line running directly from the house, or grab your favorite book and sunbath for a few hours.

We rented sight unseen from 30A Luxury Vacations, and we were extremely pleased with the property and support. The house was only 250 steps from the Rosemary Beach and came with every amenity you could ask for: completely outfitted kitchen, 4 bikes to use, gas fired grill, big screen TV's and the list goes on. We especially enjoyed the private access to the beach with chair and umbrella service and the access four community pools. We were steps from Main Street and all the great shopping and dining. We could not have asked for a better location or rental!

This was our second stay with 30a Luxury and we were very pleased. Communication is great and if you have an issue they will handle it quickly. There was a wind storm while we were there and it flipped the grill over. I texted property mgmt and maintenance came within 30 minutes. The location is perfect as it’s on a quiet culdesac and 2 min from South Barrett Square or 4 min from the beach. The decor is beautiful and recently updated. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. Large closets, plenty of storage space, and sizable bathroom counters were also really nice.

Location is top notch, close to everything but super peaceful. Management company very responsive which made any small problem even smaller. I don’t know if I would recommended this to multi family groups as there are only 2 full baths. We will definitely be back and will be staying here again!!!

Beautiful house to stay, so close to the beach/pools/restaurants of rosemary! Our flight landed very early in the day and they let us drop off our luggage to the office so we could go to the beach and enjoy our day while the house was getting cleaned/ready. They dropped our luggage at the house when it was available! Very responsive when the door code stopped working and had it fixed within minutes. Would highly recommend!!I would note if you are planning on cooking, there are no basic items such as salt, pepper, oil, etc.

The Rose cottage was absolutely wonderful! It fit our family of 6 perfectly. The house is in a perfect location - just a minute walk to the beach and to the town. The house was so clean and impeccably decorated. There have also been updates to the bathrooms since the photos were taken, so it was even better than expected. Wonderful Stay!

Great Rosemary Beach Location, House Needs Attention
Great location, short walk to beach and Rosemary Beach restaurants and shopping. Rose Cottage itself needs some attention - most of blinds in master bedroom are stuck in down position, not enough seating in living room, mirrors in all the bathrooms are too high to use if you're shorter than 5'3", property manager provides absolute bare minimum in essentials to get you started on your "30A Luxury Vacation." If you're going to advertise a property as luxury, then upgrade the property to reflect it.

This is my third stay @ Rosemary beach & it never disappoints. Rose cottage was very nice. My only negative, & this is on me, is all the bedrooms r upstairs. My husband & I r both in our 60's & going up & down them many times a day proved difficult @ times. He has bad knees. I should've found a place w/ a bedroom on main level. The kitchen was great, & stocked w/ everything we could possibly need. Overall, a wonderful place.

Great Rosemary house
We loved the location of the house, so close to the beach and the town center. I have only one complaint and it's that the house only has one thermostat located upstairs. The issue was when you were cooking the downstairs became stifling hot and the cool air from upstairs was not circulating. It's really not acceptable in a house like that not having 2 thermostats. Please fix that issue.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location just a block and a half from downtown & The Pearl Hotel, and a just over a block to the beach. Very well kept home. Clean as well. If I had to criticize something, I would say one more bathroom upstairs would have been nice - but it’s not a big deal.

The best location. A 3 minute walk to the town square for restaurants, shopping, coffee, etc. A 5 minute walk to the beach. It was a beautiful home in great condition. We appreciated the bed rails that were available to use in the bunk room. The only issue we had was with the floors not being vacuumed very well. However, we called, and in less than 10 minutes, they sent someone over to vacuum. Problem solved so we were very happy.

This was our third year in RB, and we've stayed in different houses each year. This is a great house in a very convenient location. It felt more like a hotel than an Airbnb, in a good way. It is VERY well maintained and the kitchen is well-stocked; however, there is no pantry of spices, etc like you might find in an Airbnb. That said, the quality of the rest of the house more than makes up for it. One important note for families with younger kids: the top bunk beds don't have any kind of rails.

My family and I loved the house for the most part. Great layout, perfect location, generally clean. Beautiful house. Our only complaints: comforters in kids’ room had not been washed in a long time and had stains; grill couldn’t be used because it was so dirty; not enough paper products for a weeklong stay (only a few rolls of toilet paper and one paper towel roll); couldn’t get the vacuum to work; and the checkout time of 10 am wasn’t mentioned explicitly until the day before checkout (if we had known it was that early, we would have made different flight plans). Maintenance was very responsive to a complaint about a broken shade. We would still recommend the house, as they are just minor issues.

We have been coming to 30A for our fall break for 8 years, staying in a different community/house each time and this house was by far, the best one we've stayed in. The rooms were spacious, the layout was very conducive to hanging out together to play games or to find quiet corners for reading and down time. We were indoors more than normal due to scattered storms each day, so we really appreciated this. The master bed was very comfortable and shower pressure was good. (we find these two things to be hard to find) The location was only two blocks from the Rosemary restaurants and shops and very close the a pool and beach. The mgmt company was on top of everything we needed and checked in to make sure things were going well. The 4 bikes were awesome - great condition and fit all sizes of our family of four. (youngest turned 12 during our stay) We will be back!

We loved staying at Rose Cottage. The house is even more beautiful in person. The promiscuity to town and the beach were perfect for our family of 4 with a 1 and 3 year old. It was easy to walk to the beach and to restaurants in the square. We rode bikes too. The layout of the house worked well for us and there’s enough space between bedrooms that everyone slept peacefully. I can’t wait to come stay here again! Rose Cottage is a lovely house in a superb location in Rosemary Beach. It is well appointed, nice furniture and interiors. The property company called mid-stay to check in and the only complaint was a chair in the living room appeared to be broken (navy blue with white ticking/stripes) - it is a swivel chair and was toppling over when one was sitting in it. We loved the location and will definitely return!

Everything was wonderful except for one minor problem and another more important detractor. (minor) The Harmony IT integration system was not working; the cabinet doors were required to be open and the three tuners were required to operate the various systems. Recommendation: Have the Harmony system properly reinstalled. (important) The queen-size bed in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable for my daughter and husband for the third year. Recommend it be replaced with a new high-quality box springs and mattress. Everything else in Rose Cottage well satisfied our needs. The excellent staff of 30A Luxury Vacations was very professional and responsive. And, the text reminders were a very nice addition to your outstanding services.
