Wonderful villa with magnificent view

The view was marvellous, day and night. Good air-conditioning and wi-fi. Around 5 min from the beach. The way back may seem a little steep, but isn’t really so.

The road is just near the house and it might bother at night if the windows will be open.

rested with my wife at Villa Marija from 8 to 15 August 2021. I loved villa Marija, amazing sea view from the balcony! Villa Marija was built a long time ago with high ceilings, large room, parquet flooring, kitchen and bathroom in a modern style. The air conditioner works very well. 200 meters walk to the beach. Shops, restaurants, gas station, ATM nearby. The owner's name is Gordana, a very affable, sweet and good-natured woman. Would like to visit Villa Marija again.

Everything was fantastic, apartment near to the beach, great view from the balcony, the host lady was very friendly and also got cake from herwhich was delicious :) Thank you very much again, we had a great time there :) looking forward to meet again :)

1. Beautiful well-equipped appartment is a part of villa. 2. Nice sea view from balcony. 3. 5 min from beach.

1. Wi-fi was not good 2. Beds were little bit hard for us 3. We could not organize shadow on balcony. Umbrella seems to be broken

Comfortable with a great view

Balcony enough big for two, great bed, big bathroom, airconditioning working perfectly, very kind and helpful owner, parking space under the front door, 15 minutes walk from first beach, 10 minutes away from grocery store, big apartment, clean, we were able to check-in really early.

The stove worked veeeerrrryyyy slowly (but I get that apartment/house is old and that the kitchen is also equipped with old equipment). You should bring your own bowl for making turkish coffee.

Clean but too many stairs

The balcony was nice to sit on but the views are more obstructed now. It was very clean and convenient to walk to the ocean.

The big negative here is that you will be lugging your suitcases up several flights of narrow stairs inside the building. It was exhausting. It had a nice balcony that unfortunately has more trees that have grown in front of the view since the pictures were taken. The host seemed a little irritated and wasn't very welcoming her husband on the other hand was very nice.
