Not welcoming or nice

It is very well located if you want to visit Vienna

This was a real disappointment for us. The place doesn’t look nothing as shown in the pictures. The tiny room lead to a noisy street and the air conditioner didn’t work. We couldn’t sleep. The entrance hall is full of uncollected trash and you could smell people smoking. The bedding didn’t look clean either. The staff wasn’t very helpful, difficult to contact. We felt like leaving as soon as we got there.

Удачно расположены апартаменты. До метро буквально 2-3 минуты и до центра ехать минут 15-20. Сами апартаменты предусматривают все необходимое, довольно просторные.

В ванной комнате хотелось бы полотенце для ног после выхода с душа. Но это мелочи. Все отлично

Apartment in super Lage

Das Apartment hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Schloss Schönbrunn, die U-Bahn-Haltestelle befindet sich quasi gegenüber dem Wohnhaus, die Parkgarage (P+R) ist mit der U-Bahn problemlos zu erreichen. Zum Schlafen für 4 Personen ist das Apartment völlig ausreichend. Problemloser Zugang zu Haus und Apartment per Türcode. Sehr gute Ausgangslage, um die Innenstadt zu erkunden.

Zuerst hatten wir ein falsches Zimmer (Schlafcouch statt Doppelstockbett), wir bekamen aber am Folgetag problemlos ein anderes Zimmer, dieses hatte allerdings keinen Fernseher (war nicht wirklich tragisch). Leider gab nur sehr wenig Geschirr/ Besteck (jeweils 1 Satz pro Person), aber ein Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden. Eine Kaffeemaschine war in beiden Zimmern nicht vorhanden.

Gerne wieder!

Die Lage ist top. U Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schloß Schönbrunn, Supermarkt, Restaurants alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war zwar klein und einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Trotz kleiner Mängel fühlt man sich wohl.

An wärmeren Tagen wäre ein Ventilator im Zimmer gut.

Curățenia!!! Păcat de renovare ,dacă nu se face curat ca lumea . Păcat de gradina ca e ca și parasita . Ar fi un loc ideal de relaxare cu minima curatenie măcar

Decent place but watch out for parking

Code locks for doors were nice since we didn't need any keys. Room and beds were comfortable in nice building. Nice shower. Location was close to U4 metro station. Price was reasonable.

Inquired to reserve private parking onsite but host only responded to message after 2 days (but got auto email responses repeating same initial info pretty quickly). As a result we got a parking ticket (to save hassle just park at public P+R parking at end of u4 transit line which host listed as option). Missing tea cups (there were only 2 for a room that sleeps 3-4). No microwave. Small ants on floor. Be ready to walk up 3 levels of stairs to get to room (although Luna Apartments also have other rooms on lower levels).

Разположението е близо до метростанция, но е доста шумно, поради силния денонощен трафик и тъй като беше много топло през нощта не може да не се отваря прозорец, което при този шум отвън се отразява на съня. Кърпите са доста захабени и оставят усещане за нечистота. Мобилният климатик не може да помогне, тъй като отпред изстудява, но от въздуховода, който не е изведен навън влиза топъл въздух - напълно безполезна вещ! Представен е като апартамент, а реално е с размерите на малка хотелска стая.

Disappointed

The place is close to transport facilities and to the Schöburn Palace

The appartment was very small for a couple, no space to move, there were damaged walls, not clean enough (spider webs), missing necessary facilities. In my opinion, there was false advertising, nothing compared to the photos they show. As for the staff, nobody showed up to introduce himself or clean up. Very disappointing, should have chosen another place.

We had a nice stay.

The location is very convenient- just a few minutes from the U4. The garden , part of the property - it is a blessing! Really quiet place.

It will be good if there is a mosquito net on the door to the patio.

Helpful and cosy

Appartments are situated in the old building with high and nice view outside. The underground station is in the vicinity to the appartments and give the opportunity to get to any place of Vienna rather quickly. The appartment in which I was accommodated was small but rather comfortable and clean. The iron and iron desk was provided just upon request. Because the building is old and is under the protection of local authorities as a historical one it is forbidden to install the stationary air conditioning. But the host provided the mobile air conditionning unit upon the request. It was a new to learn the special kind of lockers to enter the appartments. The locker is looked like a door arm. It is impossible to guess that the black pannel on it is the dialing desk activating by a touch. Fortunately, when I has come, one lady went downstairs and has tought me to use it. The host provided all codes to enter and, what is especcially important, login and password to wi-fi via e-mails. It allowed me to get an opportunity to contact him immediately and to get appropriate instructions, if neccesary.

There is nothing to improve except some amenities in the kitchenette kit like the desk for cutting food and more tea spoons than one. The real problem for me that is impossible to solve by the host is the noise from the street and open metro trench. It is possible only to try do not pay much attention on it.

Luna appartments

Very near to Schonbrunn.

There were no dishes, even though it was stated in the reservation that there would be children. In the bathroom, the tiles are falling apart, the shower cabin cannot be closed properly and the water literally flows out of it up to the door... Although the rooms were stated to be air-conditioned, there was no air-conditioning.

Pleasant

For the price this room is really good. We really liked how near it is to Schönbrunn and U Bahn station.

Unfortunately it's very humid there, there are many ants and spiders and you can hear each and every neighbour.

It was affordable and it had a fridge and a microwave, so I was able to save leftovers from a meal that I bought in a restaurant the day before. It saved me money.

The room was too warm and I couldn't turn down the heat any further. I was there in February of 2023. I do like my accommodations to be on the cooler side.
