Good stay in the city center

Central location Easy to find and access Like the fact that it’s a self check in/check out Sparkling clean Comfortable bed Great equipped apartment - you can find everything you need Nice design

*It looks like it would be easy to include luggage storage solution to the building, we didn’t like the fact that we need to walk to the lockers and we only get 30% discount for it, considering the price of the accommodation it should be included. *the street is noisy at night, so earplugs + closed windows are the must

Las fotos no son del mismo espacio. Me imagino que tienen diferentes habitaciones y solo enseñan de las mejores, porque la que me toco era tremendamente claustrofóbica. En la parte de el dormitorio no hay ventana y en la sala esta todo tan junto y abarrotado que apenas te puedes mover. La ventana estaba tan alta, que apenas llegaba a abrirla y la sensación era de estar super encerrada allí... Llamé para ver si me podian cambiar de habitación, y me dijeron que en principio no era posible pero que lo iban a consultar y me llamaban. Nunca me llamaron.

The sound of the water pumps of both the bathroom and air conditioner, where very annoying, making it very difficult to sleep. Plus being the apartment in a basement, was very uncomfortable the lack of light, and how difficult it was to get in and out, due to the extremely steep stairway

Great location!

Very central location, clean apartment, easy access

There was no option of leaving the luggage. We got the apartment which felt like being in the basement. There were windows but the kitchen was very dark and had no window. There was a coffee machine but not a single coffee capsule.

Confortável e impecável.

Adorei a estadia, adorei o apartamento, excedeu totalmente as expectativas. Casa de banho impecável e cama super confortável.

A zona por momentos era um pouco estranha, mas não houve nenhum problema. Por duas vezes os alarmes todos tocaram, provavelmente porque alguém não ligou o exaustor, mas tirando isso, foi tudo perfeito.

Sin recepción, sin consigna gratuita y sin 24 horas para descansar.

Apartamento cuidado y cómodo. No había ruidos exteriores en la habitacion.

Considero que baja mucho el nivel y la puntuación de la calidad porque no existe una recepción con personal y tampoco un servicio de consigna gratuito para dejar las maletas, una vez realizado el check out (11h.) Desde mi punto de vista el precio del apartamento es muy elevado al no tener ni 24 horas para descansar (check-in: 15h. y check-out: 11h.)

Baño al no tener mampara te mojas y el Wc se moja . Habitación principal rota la cerradura no cierra la puerta , sofá cama incómodo , está inclinado , hace ruido , te clavas un hierro . No hay armarios en el apartamento . No escoba no fregona

El wc nunca descargó correctamente. El sofá cama muy incómodo y con problemas para abrirse y cerrarse. Nos dejaron capsulas de café usadas. La calidad muy básica de todo.

Como tener piso propio en el centro de Madrid

Es básicamente como tener un piso propio cerca de todos los bares y restaurantes de Madrid. Se llega caminando o en metro fácilmente a cualquier parte del centro. El poder hacer check in y check out con el código y que te envíen la factura automática fue muy útil para mi negocio.

Todo genial. Tal vez que hubiera más papel higiénico porque tuve que comprar en la tienda y el aplicador del gel de ducha no funcionaba.

It’s a beautiful comfortable apartment

It was well equipped. Bathroom, kitchen sleeping area was quite nice. We just stayed at for a night.

We didn’t take our luggages downstairs if we stayed more, we needed to. Stairs are too narrow. Plus the apartment we stayed was at the basement so it was dark. I don’t really care if it’s dark I don’t stay at the apartment during the day.

Alojamiento ideal

La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta, muy conectada con todos los puntos interesantes a ver en Madrid, el proceso de Check-In y Chec-Out muy muy rápidos. La habitación muy bien decorada, no le faltaba de nada y no encontramos en falta nada de nada.

Nada mas llegar a la habitación algún otro huésped hizo saltar la alarma de incendios, lo que activo el protocolo de emergencia sonoro y se abrieron las ventanas de forma automática, al final nos sirvió para conocernos todos los inquilinos en el rellano. Por otra parte las almohadas que incluye al principio son muy bajas para mi gusto, debajo del canapé de cama encontramos otro juego que combinado con el inicial conseguimos una altura acorde a nuestro descanso, el colchón puede no ser del agrado para todo el mundo. Como punto a mejorar quizás una SmartTV

La ubicación.

¡LAMENTABLE es poco! El apto estaba sucio cuando llegamos, no funcionaba la bomba del baño, el agua para ducharse estaba fría, el sofá-cama incomodísimo y los muelles sacaban mucho ruido, el ruido del frigorífico no dejaba dormir, el apto estaba al lado del cuarto de las basuras con lo que se oía todo el ruido de los cubos y basuras, ponía que era un bajo pero realmente era un foso con lo que no se podía ventilar porque entraba toda la suciedad de la acera, se oía todo el ruido de la calle… Además era una reserva para 4 y solo había 3 sillas.

Gran experiencia

La independencia que te da el apartamento así como la limpieza, la estética de la habitación y su ubicación. Estuvimos muy cómodos y la seguridad era impecable. Además estaba muy bien equipado con utensilios de cocina, café...

Estábamos en un bajo, por lo tanto no había mucha luz exterior y eso lo echamos en falta. Además nos encontramos con una cucaracha en el armario de la basura y eso no fue plato de buen gusto. No nos habría importado que el estropajo para limpiar los platos se cambiara ya que era un poco desagradable.

Der Tür Code war kaputt, wir mussten mehrere Stunden warten bis jemand kam um das zu reparieren und konnten solange nicht in die Wohnung. Keinerlei Entschuldigung oder Erstattung für die Zeit, die wir die Wohnung nicht nutzen konnten. Schlafsofa ist auch eher eine Zumutung wenn man mehr als einen nachmittags-power-nap dort verbringen will

La localisation, la facilité d'accès aux logements et le portail en ligne pour l'enregistrement. Le logement était spacieux, très bien aménagé et propre.

Розташування гарне близько до метро та центру, ми гуляли пішки.

Не вистачало додаткових полиць у ванній кімнаті для жіночих засобів)), у гостьовій кімнаті дзеркала у весь зріст та на кухні додаткових вологовбираючих ганчірок

Κεντρική τοποθεσία, κοντά στην Gran Vía. Περίεργο check-in σύστημα ωστόσο αν είσαι εξοικειωμένος με το self check in είναι οκ.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό όσον αφορά το μπάνιο και το πάτωμα. Υπήρχαν λάδια στον τοίχο της κουζίνας και δεν βρήκαμε πουθενά πιρούνια, μονο μαχαίρια. Η ταπετσαρία πίσω στον τοίχο είχε ξεκολλήσει σε αρκετά σημεία.

Le falta mantenimiento y limpieza. Una telaraña en una esquina de la habitación. No entiendo que el checking se tenga que hacer a las 15 hrs y el check out a las 11 cuando en media hora/ una hora se puede tener lista la habitación lista con las deficiencias señaladas. Si sales te dan la opción de dejar las maletas con opción de pago.

The location is great, 8-10 minute walk from the shopping area. I love the self check-in system.

There is no way to check-in early and no luggage storage service . If you ok with paying there is other luggage storage services near the hotel for around 4-5€ per bag (without fee).
