Like it but wish the beds were more comfy

Central location, clean, well equipped, staff very friendly and responsive, easy communication. The staff delivered the keys at the apartment, which is very helpful. Best staff support I’ve experienced!

The shower water temp oscillates between very hot and very cold for a while before stabilizing, it is also very sensitive to turning the knob. The mattress and pillows are too soft. My neck and back hurt when sleeping.

completamente recomendable.

El alojamiento estaba genial, completamente equipado. El servicio de atención al cliente genial. La entrega de llaves genial. Además pudimos llegar a un acuerdo para entrar y salir en horarios distintos a los pactados inicialmente. Fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento. La cercanía al centro genial también. Tienes a dos minutos la parada de metro de tirso de molina y varios supermercados (lidl y carrefour express). Para nosotros la única pega que le pondría al alojamiento no tiene nada que ver con el propio alojamiento sino con la zona (que eso no es culpa del alojamiento claro está), la zona de día está genial, pero x la noche el ambiente de las calles no es tan bueno (no es zona para transitar solos de madrugada y menos con niños como íbamos nosotros), eso es lo único que le pondría de pega a la zona. Del resto, todo lo que tenga que ver con el propio alojamiento superó nuestras expectativas.

Vacances urbanes a prop del centre

L'apartament estava molt net i disposava de tots els estris necessaris per a una bona estada. Esta ben insonoritzat i la climatització individual de les habitacions i del menjador és molt útil. A prop tens supermercats i en 10/15 minuts arribes caminant al centre.

L'ambient de la Plaça Tirso de Molina podria ser millor, però això no depèn de l'allotjament!

Apartment was perfect for our two nights in Madrid.

Met with the host and got all the information plus local recommendations. Secure building.

Superb

The place is located very central. We could walk to all main attractions of the city, also shops and restaurants were close. The closest metro station, having a direct connection to the railway station is some 200 meters away. The representative of the company was waiting for us when we arrived, the only difficulty was that we did not have a telephone number and did not know which flat to call, but with the help of booking.com messenger we found the connection really fast - apparently they were waiting for us :) The flat is stylish and had everything we needed. Beds comfortable. And instructions in regards life-organization (garbage etc) very clear. This is definitely a very nice and recommended place.

The flat is not very soundproof, especially at the weekend there was a lot of noise from entrance door and neighbors above, who had a party. The warm shower power is not very good. The air-refresher (electric was switched on when we arrived) and was very strong, I immediately got a headache and had to open windows.

Disappointed.

The location was good, as it was close to Tirso de Molina, but even if this is a scruffy noisy cafe/bar area, it could not be heard from the apartment. The property had good quality interior design furnishings.

The noise from the building's front door could be heard every time it was opened or closed by any one of the several rental apartment users within the building; it was less than 1 metre away from the bedhead of the main bedroom. The design of the steps from the bathroom, about 60 cm from the basin, meant that if one was not fully conscious of it, one could have had a serious accident. The radiator in the bathroom dripped water, and the safe in the bedroom was locked, and unusable. The basin in the bathroom was clogged, (as previously reported by another renter), and no effort had been made to clear it. The location meant that some drunks lurked outside the bedroom, and urinated in the building's outside corners.

•location, you can literally walk anywhere in the heart of madrid, also 2-3 min walk away from the metro and supermarkets •very modern and pretty, interior design is 10/10 •clean •let us check in before midnight, the lady who check us in is very nice

•bathroom sink is clogged. but everything else is good

excellent place to stay

well appointed, air conditioning useful in hot Madrid weather, excellent fit out in the kitchen, clean and comfortable. very good beds, lots of good restaurants and shops around.

some late night noise from other apartments in the building.

Fantastic

Location was great, 2 min walk from metro station. Lidl a couple of minutes away to get the essentials.

Nothing, our stay was perfect in the apartment. The neighbours were a little loud but that could happen anywhere

Great value remodeled apartment in a great neighborhood

What an amazing apartment. We had five lovely nights here in January and have no complaints. It's been recently remodeled and has a well-equipped kitchen that we used several times. The neighborhood is wonderful and not far from a major art museums, bars, and restaurants.

I can't think of anything.

It’s an easy location, close to most things. A nice area, quiet but enough pubs and restaurants. That apartment is small but big enough and tastefully decorated and has everything you need.

A water cooker would have been nice. There are teabags, but nothing to cook water in.

A second bathroom would be good and the area is a bit sketchy with a lot of homeless people hanging around.

Great apartment

Check-in with really nice hosts. The flat was comfortable with fully equipped kitchen, good wifi and netflix. Good location, close to metrostation, restaurants and supermarkets. Neighbourhood is ok, 15 minutes walk to the center.

one small thing, one of the bedrooms the is next to the building entrance door, so if you're a light sleeper, you might wake up each time people slam the door when they enter or leave the building. But this didn't effect our stay in a negative way, we really liked the apartment and would certainly come back.
