Willow Brook is a detached house located in the Derbyshire town of Glossop. It comes with six bedrooms; 1 x first floor super king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x first floor super king-size double, 1 x second floor king-size double, 1 x second floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x first floor double leading to balcony with furniture, 1 x first floor twin, as well as a family shower room, bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep up to twelve people. Inside the cottage you will also find an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, a sitting room with an open fire and a further sitting room. Outside of the property you will find off road parking for five cars, an enclosed courtyard with furniture and a lawned area. A tastefully decorated property in a great location for exploring the Peak District.
Amenities: Gas central heating, open fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, Netflix, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot x 1 and high chair x 2 available. Off road parking for 5 cars. Enclosed courtyard with furniture, lawned area with unfenced stream. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Stream is unfenced, please supervise children and pets at all times when outside. Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of £250.00 which is pre-authorised on your card when booking. Please note: Can all guests please be considerate of neighbouring residents and keep noise to an acceptable level after 10pm. Note: Please refrain from charging electric vehicles from sockets inside the house.
