Secluded cabin located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia.— 5 MILES —above Alpine Helen. Chimney Shadows Cabin is named for Chimney Mountain that can be seen from the cabin's back porch during the winter months. This Log cabin has a secluded Hot Tub on a screened back porch and a gas log fireplace in the living area.

Enjoy the mountain Laurel in the Spring or the colorful foliage in the fall from the covered front porch rocking chairs. You may like visiting in the Winter in hopes of getting snowed in while being nice and cozy in front of your gas-log fireplace or you can enjoy the outdoor hot tub anytime of year. The Chattahoochee River is only 5 miles away and everyone knows to 'shoot the hooch' in the summer. Summer is also a great time to visit Unicoi State Park and Lake. Unicoi Lake and Anna Ruby Falls are only 1.5 to 2 miles from this cozy cabin.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay here at this lovely and cozy cabin. We got married the weekend of June 1st and spent a couple of days here and we absolutely loved it. Sadie was very helpful and kept us updated of any early check in and late check out possibilities which was very helpful. Cabin was clean and easy to navigate. We got to spend some time in Helen at the hot air balloon festival. We wish we could have spent more time here and hope to visit again soon.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this cabin was. It was just a little outside of town near the Unicoi park. It's quiet with no road or town noise. There was a Volkswagen show happening in town with a bunch of little 4 cylinder cars revving their motors and making them backfire. This cabin was secluded away from all the noise and chaos. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was an affordable great stay!

We stayed 2 nights while attending an event at a nearby venue. The cabin is lovely. It is well-maintained, nicely furnished and exceptionally clean. The host responded promptly to our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I rented this for a weekend getaway. We live about 3 1/2 hours away from there. It was an easy travel and easy cabin to get to. It was perfect for the 2 of us to enjoy some down time and exploring some of the wineries on Saturday. The cabin was beautiful and just as it was advertised. Very clean and instructions for checking in and out were very easy.

Overall, my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Very clean, great communication from owner, met all of our needs. The only thing I can criticize is the hot tub, which was dated and the controls were very hard to figure out. I'm also not sure if it was cleaned because it was cloudy and the water smelled weird. We utilized the jacuzzi tub inside more than the outside hot tub.

Charming little cabin in a wooded residential area easily accessible to Helen, Sautee Nacoochee, Chattahoochee National Forest,and multiple state parks. Bonus points for having kitchen, a bedroom, and a bath all on ground level - as a flatlander I like not having to climb stairs after climbing mountains all day. Also liked having a bit more privacy for the hot tub. Hope to come back one day!

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and convenience of this cabin, close to entertainment yet quiet and secluded. The beds weren’t super comfortable but the hot tub was soothing.

We flew in from Wisconsin and drove to Helen for the closing of Octoberfest. We did enjoy our time in town but felt fortunate we had this cabin away from the crowds at the end of the day which was about a 5-minute drive. The cabin is spotless and we had no internet issues. The hot tub on the back enclosed porch overlooks the woods. The owner was available for questions and we literally have 0 complaints. It was a wonderful spot in the woods.

Had a wonderful stay at this cabin! Very clean and spacious! Perfect getaway. Drove into Helen which was very close but far enough away from crowds. Several waterfalls and hiking trails nearby as well.

The property was very neat, tidy, clean. Was equipped with everything you need from the bathroom to the kitchen. All the essentials that Jacuzzi was great when really enjoyed ourselves. Enjoyed the stay but several things need to be addressed! Like the lavatory leaked water when moving the handle, the lights in the hot tub did not work, the tub in the bathroom was very slippery when taking showers, but overall it was nice and peaceful! Enjoyed the stay and thanks!

My mom and I enjoyed a two night getaway at this cabin, and it made for an ideal spot to venture into Helen and see Anna Ruby Falls and other parts around. It was very quiet while we were there, and we appreciated the seclusion and wooded surroundings.

The cabin was lovely. Just as advertised. Easy check in and we even got a later check out time than initially thought. Wonderful communication with owners. Loved the hot tub and screened in porch with forest all around. The rocking chairs on the front porch were lovely to relax on. Short distance to downtown Helen and to Unicoi state park and Anna Ruby falls. The falls are a must see!!! Breath-taking!!!!

Renting this cabin was a breeze. The communication was exceptional and the cabin was beautiful. The cabin was well stocked with items needed for a comfortable stay. There were instructions visible to operate the fireplace and hot tub. We had no problem finding the cabin as instructions were clear and concise. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Close to Helen but still private and wooded. Very clean and comfortable. Peaceful and quiet. Great host communication! We will definitely stay here again. Perfect!
