Bella struttura, ci tornerei

Vicina alle attrazioni e a pochi metri dalla metropolitana. Stanza pulita, spaziosa e una colazione ottima.

Consiglierei di dare un’occhiata alla doccia ( soffione e fughe tra lee piastrelle) perché erano molto incrostati. Vista l’ottima pulizia in tutta la struttura è un peccato perdersi in un bicchiere d’acqua.

Don’t be fooled by the entrance door at street level - up to the 2nd floor to an amazingly bright and clean B and B - hosts were so friendly and helpful, room was bright, colourful and exceptionally clean and the breakfast laid on was so lovely as well and what a position right in the centre of Naples

Rendkívüli elhelyezkedés, mindenhez közel. Tiszta szállás, kedves, megbízható, elozekeny személyzet. Melanie nagyon szépen kézben tartott mindent! Köszönöm szépen!

A lifthez állandóan keresgélni kellett 20 centet. Ha elfelejtettem váltani magas volt a 2 emelet. Friss kenyér hiányzott, azonkívül bárki bármennyit ehetett, ihatott. Melanie minden nap megkérdezte milyen croiassant akarok enni 🙂gyümölcs, szalámi, vaj, sajt, joghurt..... Kávé, tea... Igazából minden.

BThis was my second visit and glad to see that better signage had been placed on the street outside the hotel. Stephano the owner was on hand when we arrived and it was good to see him again. However his assistant Melania was a very cheerful helpful person who made a real effort to assist guests.

The breakfast could have better but the stay was excellent. Rooms were spotless and the lady in charge Malania, was very helpful and had a great personality. Cereal, yoghurt and milk were fine but those packets of cheap Italian biscuits are not a good choice.

Would not recommend. Not very clean.

The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. The sheets were stained and the bath towels were old and frayed. You are not allowed to leave the air conditioner on when you’re not there, so the staff will let themselves into your room to turn it off and open the window (even when it’s very hot outside). It was also quite loud outside the room. We didn’t feel very comfortable here. I would not recommend.

Extremely friendly stuff very clean very well organized beautiful room.

The neighborhood was extremely noisy in spite of the double glass windows so it was really difficult to sleep at night in the at least in the front rooms

Welcoming and comfortable stay in lively Naples

Great location, right in the heart of old Naples. I was impressed with the sound proofing in the room (the screeching motorbikes went on all night but I wasn't disturbed). The room was quite small but had all the essential amenities plus tea/coffee making facilities and a mini-fridge. I was also lucky enough to get a small balcony. Good air temperature control system. Extremely comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, facilitating an early check-in and arranging an early morning taxi for me to the airport. The breakfast was extensive. Overall, I thought it was very good value for money.

It would be useful to have a glass tumbler in the room to use for drinking water/wine.

room was clean and staff was wonderful, very helpful.

the building itself is old, so it isn’t very well maintained, I had trouble with the front (street) door. Never used the elevator, it apparently charges you €0.20 per ride.

A great cost-benefit B&B in Napoli!

Lovely room! Beautiful decoration, comfortable bed and soft towels. Breakfast was also very good for a B&B.

Paying to use the elevator. The building charges 0,20 cents to use the elevator.

Great! Except for location.

The beautiful pastel decor, the painting on our ceiling. Very clean! The host accommodated us earlier, as we arrived early! He even brought us our breakfast the night before, since we were checking out at 3am that morning.

The location was awful. The B&B is on a very tiny pretty lane, when i booked it i had no idea it would be as busy as a highway. Very loud cars, honking and beeping all night. Sounded like Naples doesnt sleep. Perhaps using more insulation or using noise cancellation window treatments?

Great find, central for exploring Naples, or as in our case catching ferry.

spacious room, clean, breakfast good. management kept in touch about arrival time. very close to Metro stop.

Taxi Driver struggled to find. No signage outside to identify building.

Friendly staff, comfortable, not suitable for disabled-people

Comfy beds, friendly staff, they catered breakfast for me as I am allergic to gluten and dairy, I highly appreciate this. The location is great, very easy to get to and near lots of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.

It is not suitable for disabled people, or people with big luggage: as it is on the second floor, there are a lot of stairs, and there is only a very tiny elevator that you need to pay to use each time. The rooms are not soundproof and it can get a bit noisy at night, especially closer to the weekend.

Beautiful b&b, not ideal for kids

The room was spacious, beautifully designed and well equipped. It felt so relaxing, even in the middle of the city. The breakfast was lovely and the staff collected fresh croissants every morning which was a lovely touch. The location is amazing and everything is walking distance if you can be bothered! If not, Toledo metro station is a 3 minute walk at most. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to friends travelling to Naples, as long as they weren't traveling with children.

I don't think this b&b is well suited to children. I would absolutely return if ever my husband and I get chance alone but it felt a lot like my 3 year old wasn't welcome and wasn't able to relax. He became silent every time we were in the public areas which is very unlike him. There is apparently 80l of hot water for each room (more is available after an hour or so) which sounds a lot, but in reality, once the tank starts filling with cold again, the water cools immediately so you actually get about 5 minutes of shower before you have to wait an hour. Not a complaint, but it is logistically awkward after a hot day of walking when everyone wants to shower and get to sleep.
