Misleading description and cold at night

Good location and wifi

Misleading description, no kettle in room, only shared kitchen Lumpy, uncomfortable pillows Duvet makes sounds like rustling newspaper when you move Duvet too small (asked for a second one, only received small blanket) Heaters did not work (we were COLD!) Shower doesn’t drain Key hard to lock/unlock, even after asking for tips from host

Overall it was a good value for money.

We arrived by car, quite central location. 15 minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. We were able to find parking on the street. Easy self check in with clear instructions. Comfy beds, pillows, spacious room, there was a good size table for work and two chairs. Mini fridge in the room and large fridge in a shared kitchen. Washing machine. Shared kitchen with basic tools, pots and pans. Spacious bathroom, hot water. Good wifi.

I love cooking so I didn't really like the kitchen. There was only 1 stove top, so you can only use 1 pot or pan at a time. Pots and pans are old and needs to be changed. It was also difficult to figure it out how the electric stove top worked but I managed somehow :D There also was quite bad smell from the bathroom pipes but that's ok.

Cozy place for staying, safety and good atmosphere. Nice staff who are available online and offline, help you in some things. I definitely recommend this place if you want to spend some days in Brasov. <3

Good location for the price, 10-15min walk to old town. Comfy and warm for the basic room. Clean. Nice common area. Wifi was excellent. 100+mb/s

Not so much a guest house but a converted building with rooms, no staff, self check in. Instructions clear enough and easy to check in however

Excellent organisation on check in with clear instructions. Close to the city centre. Super clean commodities. Great terrace for you to have your meal. I could not wish a better stay at Brasov.

Overall a pretty good stay expect the smell.

The location was pretty good considering the fact that you hald to walk around 8 minutes to get to the center of the city. The property was pretty clean and overall taken care of.

There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom straight to all the bedrooms that you couldn’t ignore at all.

Value for money, close by to comodaties and will use it again if visiting next time.

The property was better than many hotels. very clean and big rooms. owner were very friendly. Good value for money. location is very good, you can get an uber pr even buses from 2 mins walk. couple of restaurants which operates till 3, 4 am in morning which makes it perfect of you want something to eat late and night. overall i will very highly recommend it. the money you pay will get you alot more than you bargain for.

there is nothing to not like about the property. i was very happy and satisfied with my stay.
