Just remodeled! This is the best unit in Jade East. 3 bedroom/3 Bath. Master bedroom with King with Jacuzzi tub and huge walk-in shower, Second bedroom with Queen and Third with Two Double beds. Each room has its own private bathroom. Washer and dryer located in back bathroom for your convenience. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a stand alone icemaker and a wet bar to include a wine cooler. Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD player! High speed internet is provided. A balcony is accessible both from the den and master bedroom with breathtaking views. Unit includes fitness room, tennis court, hot tub, and seasonal heated pool with waterfall. The entrance to Jade East and beach access to the condo are both gated and code secured. On-site outdoor grill and dressing areas/restrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. This unit has a designated parking place so you never have to worry about finding a spot to park. Additional undesignated spots are available for additional cars. Jade East offers three high speed elevators and luggage carts to assist in the ease of your arrival and departure.

The property was everything we could ask for! Plenty of room, beautiful view, great location (terrible traffic everywhere). Our condo had a lot of extra amenities. The host was good to communicate with us.

Every thing was good the only thing I didn't like was not able to get in the room until 4pm I was hoping to get inside early in the morning to get ready to be in the beach all day.

We always look forward to our trip to this condo and always this condo does NOT disappoint!! Great communication prior to our stay in regards to food suggestions and how to rent umbrellas and chairs. Plenty of space in condo and great views from the 4th floor balcony. We look forward to next year already!

You can’t beat this condo! The views are AMAZING and so is the location. Very spacious condo which was nice since we had 3 adults and 2 babes- we didn’t feel like we were crowded at all. The property manager, Stacey, was so easy to get in touch with. Super quick response and extremely personable! We will be back next summer!

I would definitely stay here again, close to lots to do...only issue is it can be difficult to get out on the street as it is not at a light but we managed with going right instead of trying to cross over and just doing a u turn.

Location, location, location! This condo has a beautiful view, on 4th floor. Beds comfortable. Not many nice pans or utensils for cooking. Very basic. Our room at the front of condo was very warm. Not sure if there is an air circulation problem in unit. All other rooms comfortable. Just enough towels. Needed to buy toilet paper. TV had major internet connection problems in living room. Access to beach is amazing. Pool was wonderful. Close to shopping and dining. There are better condos to stay at in Jade East but this was ok too. Overall a nice time.

There were 17 total in our party in Destin during our stay but six of us adults stayed at Jade East Condos 450. The others stayed at a rental house inland and they were all jealous of our location and quality of our unit. This place is a great location in relation of all of the great things the Destin area offers. Our unit was recently updated and it was obvious nearly everything was brand new. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful experience, overall. Absolutely loved the condo; it was spacious and very clean. The property owner was prompt and helpful with communication. This was our first time in Destin, so we did not realize that personal umbrellas and beach cabanas were prohibited here. That aside, we really enjoyed our stay.

From the moment we came in we were ecstatic about the condo, from the beautiful view to all of the bedrooms and accommodations. Everything was very clean and decorations were beautiful. All the bathrooms had been remodeled and they looked great. Such a convenience to be so close to the beach and close to all the restaurants and attractions. This condo is definitely our favorite so far in this area. Thanks so much to Stacie for all the help. Can’t wait to come beck again.

No issues at all with our stay!!! Everything was a described, we have stayed in Jade East for years and this is the first time in 450. Recently remodeled and everything was great! Kitchen was well equipped with all necessities. All beds were comfortable, the master bed even had an adjustable bed which was an added bonus. We loved having an ice machine in our condo. Washer and Dryer worked well. Outdoor patio furniture was great and comfortable! We loved the stay and look forward to next year!!!

Property had recently been remodeled so was even better than when we first booked! Beautiful beach with a gorgeous view! Great location and easy access to nearby shopping and dining. All beds were very comfy. We were a family of 7, 5 adults and 2 children there was plenty of room and privacy, for all, never felt cramped. Beach access was quick and easy, never had any issues waiting on an elevator. Also there were always plenty of carts and luggage racks available. Would love to come back and stay here again on our next trip to Destin!

After missing Destin for quite some time, Stacey and his property made my family's trip back an awesome one! The property was super clean and exactly as expected based on pictures and the description. Stacey communicated early through the process as well as prior to arrival and even during the stay as needed. The property had been recently upgraded, smelling new and looking super "beachy". I would strongly suggest this property and owner over and over again. Thank you for everything!

The view is awesome. The beaches are smooth white sand and clean. The condo and complex, pool and boardwalk are clean and well maintained. The condo complex is safe with a locked gated entrance. The condo has 3 lovely tiled bathrooms, the beds were amazingly comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessities. All types of restaurants nearby, any store u could ask for and a whole foods which was impressive. We loved our stay and hope to return. Thank you for sharing this lovely Emerald Coast gem!

Our stay at this condo was great! It was very clean and very spacious! I will most definitely recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a getaway! We felt very safe and comfortable. The condo was just as the pictures showed. Stacey is very pleasant to work with. He quickly responded to any questions we had. The one thing that didn’t work out was that the information packet mentioned there was cornhole and volleyball available to us at no charge. We talked to the man in the beach hut at the end of the boardwalk and said that was probably old information. It certainly didn’t make our trip any less wonderful! Thank you Stacey~ ~Robin
