A beautiful Property located in Olde Charlottetown only one block from the Historic Charlottetown Waterfront. This location is premiere and is only 2 blocks from all restaurants and cultural and entertainment districts. Nestled in on a very quiet residential neighborhood yet close to all things that will make your Charlottetown experience one to remember.

Beautiful 1 Bedroom Loft Deluxe Apartment. This is a 1 bedroom private apartment tastefully appointed with all modern amenities yet reflecting on the historic and heritage design of the property. Fully stocked kitchen with all amenities including fridge, stove and microwave. The kitchen area has a table and is stocked with all amenities. The living area includes a cozy lounging area with large screen TV and a large sectional sofa to relax and enjoy the comforts of this beautiful property.
The bedroom is large with a King pillow top bed as well as closets and dressers for storage. The bathroom is a 4 piece bath with shower, tub, vanity and toilet. There is also complimentary ensuite washer and dryer in the apartment.
Sit out on your private balcony with a waterview of the Charlottetown Harbour and relax or read a book and enjoy the beauty of Olde Charlottetown.
There is free off street parking for your car also.
Centrally located in Historic Olde Charlottetown only 2 blocks from the entertainment district, restaurants, theater and 1 block from Charlottetown's Historic waterfront. Park your car onsite or walk anywhere. If you are looking for a private apartment for Business or Pleasure this apartment would be an excellent choice.

I spent a week here. Located close to everything downtown. It was very quiet, which I loved. The unit is well equipped with all amenities. Very clean. Great place to escape to.

We found the Loft comfortable overall. The caretaker responded fairly quickly to our requests to replace a faulty electrical item or provide things that we needed. There are a lot of stairs to climb with luggage so bear that in.mind.

Hey y'all. Not going to fib, you have several flights of stairs to climb outside in the back. So if you have physicality issues, and tend to pack on the " bring everything from the house" mentality, this space may be not for you. However, if you are traveling alone, or as a couple and don't mind the climb, this space is 100% worth it!! First off, off street parking included! Huge plus not having to find parking in Charlottetown, which is very limited in the downtown core. Location! Downtown within walking distance to everything within 5-15 minutes. So if you have no car, no worries. Place was very modern and up to date, wonderfully decorated and had everything you need to cook and clean. No dishwater, not needed ! Everything else you need in a kitchen was there. Washer/ dryer combo with supples. My wife was impressed i did my own laundry while there.!! Awesome large bedroom with comfy king bed and huge storage closets for luggage, clothing , etc! Nice kitchen, living area. Plenty of room for two. Bathroom modern with full tub shower combo. Again all supplies included. They didn't skimp on anything!! Wifi/roku TV . And a private balcony at the top of the house off the living area for sitting, reading and relaxing with your favorite beverage! My mama and sister stopped by and they loved it!! Big note, this place was spotless!! I don't know who their cleaning staff is but, if you need a good one, get their folks.! I have never seen a cleaner place.!! 5/5 stars. Will be back!!

This place was wonderful. It was very clean, quiet and had everything you needed. The location was perfect that we could walk everywhere. I definitely recommend this apartment and I would stay here again.

As long as you don’t have any mobility issues with stairs, this top floor apartment is super cute and spacious. A Big bedroom with a King bed and bright and airy living space. Big kitchen and we took the little table out to the balcony for breakfasts. You can even see the water from the one side. We didn’t have a frying pan so we messaged the host and it arrived later in the day. This place is a very short walk to the harbour and downtown shops. We loved eating at Water Prince restaurant at the corner for seafood on the patio. Walk to the wharf and grab a sunset lobster hauling boat ride with Captain Kenny - so fun! I would stay here again for sure. Loved it. Stayed 4 nights.
