We are the New Owners and we're ready to share our newly decorated Lakefront Condo with you. Come enjoy the Lake and create memories as you and your family enjoy the endless adventures that Hot Springs Arkansas has to offer. This ideal vacation rental condo boasts a location with amenities including a pool, onsite boat ramp w/boat trailer parking and access to Seadoo /Boat dock. Our condo is fully furnished with all the amenities you expect and the location most appreciate.
After a day spent on the Lake or Shopping in the great downtown area of Hot Springs ---- return to this fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit to unwind and relax. This spacious open concept living area features views from all throughout the rooms w/doors and windows facing the water. Step onto the balcony to enjoy the outdoors whether you choose to grill or share a drink/beverage with family and friends.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen w/stainless steel appliances, free WiFi and parking; waterfront balcony w/gas grill and seating for 4-6; ceiling fans; central heat/air; all towels and linens provided and more. Our ideal location is in a quiet spot just off the main channel and 5 -10 minute drive to all the attractions Hot Springs has to offer, such as Oaklawn Horse Racing, Magic Springs, Bath House Row, Alligator Farm, and so much more.

This property has been updated since the pictures. It now has a comfy L-shaped couch. Our 5 &6 year old grandchildren loved the pool that was in walking distance. The condo was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family. Ms. Pat was easy to communicate with. Would stay again!

It's a great location. Very hard to use the boat ramp there. I would recommend finding a public ramp and leaving the trailer there. You'll be able to tie your boat up at the condo for your stay.

We had a wonderful stay! I can’t say enough about how amazing the property was! The condo itself is decorated exquisitely. The community is so peaceful and quiet (which made me nervous because our son has autism). My fears were put to rest because the neighbors ( the permanent residents) were not only so understanding they were so welcoming and kind. The resident below the unit is so great! I spoke with him as soon as we arrived and told him about my son to which he openly welcomed us! My little boy looked for him everyday! He had to tell all the neighbors good morning and they did nothing but make us smile at how kind they were to him and us. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to stay in Hot Springs again and not stay at this same condo! My husband is ready to buy one at this complex because the community was right up our alley! Thank you again Gambles! Your condo was everything we could’ve wanted and I’m appreciative of everything ❤️❤️

Property was as advertised. Better looking in person than the pictures showed. Everything worked as should have. Very close to everything you want to do but far enough away that traffic, people or vehicles, that it is not a problem. Would definitely recommend and our family would stay there again.

We were amazed as we walking into the condo. It looks brand new and its decorated beautifully everything is just perfect. We used the boat ramp and within minutes we were wachting HotSprings firework show. Perfect location on a private cove that leads lake Hamilton. The family all were very comfortable and right at home. I would recommend staying here.

We Loved this place, much bigger than appears in photos. Bedding was amazing, beds were comfy, AC was spot on and the pool was a welcome relief in the heat!! Loved that we were right on the water. Owners were very easy to work with. We had everything that we needed!! Kuddos!

This was our first experience with VRBO-we usually stay in a hotel. What an amazing experience! So spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable, the perfect place to meet our son who is stationed in the Air Force down in Texas. This is a good halfway meeting point and we plan to stay here again. We all slept soundly in the sumptuous bedding, and enjoyed breakfast overlooking the water on the back patio with the ducks. Our hosts were very kind and accommodating. Thanks again!!

Pat and Jerry were remarkable hosts! They were easy to contact and provided everything that we (myself, husband and 11 year old son) could want/need. While we had one hiccup, they were always gracious and understanding of our concerns and assisted us with the problem. Thank you for a very clean and well appointed condo for our weeks stay!

This was our first Vrbo type experience and we are hooked. This property was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We had everything we could need and were conveniently located within a short distance from the Hot Springs attractions. The neighbors were friendly and helpful regarding the area. We also enjoyed the lake being just behind the property and spent several hours fishing. Pay particular attention to the directions into the driveway as it is very easy to miss.

We really enjoyed this property. It exceeded our expectations. The property is more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The owner was friendly during our check in/out process which is the only time we needed to contact her since we had no problems at the condo. Location was excellent and the neighbors are very friendly. Definitely worth every penny.
