About this cottage rental

1/2 block from Lake Michigan beach, lighthouse, 4th of July fireworks, Gus Macker basketball tournament, skate-park, and pier.

Parkview is a non-smoking campus. Smoking is not allowed on the resort premises.

This cottage sleeps 4 in 1 full bed and a trundle bed. Great for a family of 4 with 2 smaller kids. Would be tight for 4 adults! Please check with me before booking. I like to make sure guests are not surprised about the size of the cottage, shower and other accommodations. Clean and comfortable with decks, gas grills. Linens, towels, cable and Wi-Fi provided. One half block from Lake Michigan beach, lighthouse, 4th of July fireworks, Gus Macker basketball tournament, skate park, and pier. Pickle ball courts just one block away.

We stayed in the efficiency unit of this set of cottages. They were built in the 1930s and have a lot of charm. There is a large courtyard with picnic tables and grills for sharing larger meals, but also we walked to most of the local restaurants.

AMAZING location near beautiful Stearns Beach and the State Park. Quaint & clean cottage with all the necessities and amnenities that suited our needs perfectly. We even enjoyed an afternoon on the main deck area grilling out. Best of all was communication with Jeff. He was very quick with responses to our questions regarding parking and SUPER helpful with an accidental lock-out. Lovely gentleman even stopped by to check on us!! We cant wait to come back next summer with additional family members. Thank you!

Cute and clean, the cottage was just as advertised. It was just right for my sister and I to spend time together and at the beach. We easily walked to the beach from the cottage as it was just 1/2 block away. Jeff is a terrific host. Plan to rent there again in the future.

This cottage was adorable and perfect for our quick trip for the Ludington Gusmacker. Location is perfect! It's walking distance to the beach and downtown. Very clean and comfortable. Jeff was kind and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

First of all the property is 1/2 block or across the street from the beach. The cottage is small, but very clean and has everything you need. Bring your bikes to explore the amazing neighborhood and downtown, otherwise you can walk or drive to where you need to go. This is the absolute best place to vacation!

This little bungalow is nestled in with about a dozen tiny houses/duplexes, some a little large and some very small. One block walk to the Stearns Park Beach which is right ON Lake Michigan in downtown Ludington. Clean and neat, although very 'rustic' and not fancy at all, but with all the amenities. Appreciated having dish soap, small bar soaps, plenty of towels.

This cottage has a very comfortable double bed and a pull out daybed. A small table with two chairs to eat at. A small kitchen with a induction hot plate for cooking and a microwave. It does have a fireplace although we did not try it as it was in the summer. The shower is small for me but is very adequate. We enjoyed our stay. The beach is literally one block away and is beautiful. We may stay again.

The cottage is small, but it was expected and listed as such in the description. The property owner was so helpful with adding days on for my family and I. So close to the beach and super cute area! My mom, and sister's family also stayed in the cottage community and we liked being close, but not staying together! My son lost one of his pacifiers in the cottage, I'm sure he threw it behind the bed. Whoops! The only downfall is the size of the fridge, even though we knew ahead of time it was a little too small to stay 5 nights, but we managed!

Me and 3 men fished the Ludington and Whitehall area. This was a great spot to rest our heads for a few nights, a bit small but honestly met all of our needs. Great location! I will be absolutely be bringing my wife n kids back to the area.

As soon as it gets dark the entire unit is covered in HUGE spiders! I got bite by one and have a a big swollen knot of the back of my leg. Thank good it bit me and not my daughter. You really need to spray the building for bugs. Also the breeding and towels were nasty and old and should be updated. Just not a good value for the price. Great location though.

We loved our stay, clean and cozy cabin close to beach and shops in walking distance. The owner/ manager was very helpful since we locked our keys in the cabin not once but twice he was quick to respond. We will definitely be renting this cabin again. Thank you for letting us enjoy your lovely cabin:)

vrbo never let me know that my payment somehow got canceled so when we got to our property the owner said we never paid. Luckily he still did not book the property so we just had to pay again.

this rental was listed as ''This 2 unit cottage sleeps 6 in 2 full beds and a trundle bed'' I thought it was 2 bedroom 2 bath as seen in the pictures. Clearly 2 different full beds and 2 different bathrooms which is what I thought we were getting. It is actually 2 different cottages attached to each other but you only are renting a 1 bed (not separate ''bedroom'' ) and 1 bathroom. Shower is very small as someone else commented but adequate for us. We assumed 2 Bedroom 2 bathrooms is what we were renting. Cobwebs on the bowls/lids stored above cabinets, yuk. Grilling area is nice and walk to beach is close as stated.
