This open-concept two bedroom, one bath apartment has all the comforts of home in the middle of all the fun Ludington offers! Master bedroom features a king bed with huge windows overlooking exciting James Street activities. Second bedroom features a queen bed with a large closet and views of the downtown area. Open kitchen, living and dining area includes a dining table, full kitchen, washer & dryer, reserved off street parking, downtown shops, restaurants, and activities.

This was brothers and spouses revisiting the area of chilhood vacations. The weather was great, the rental was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower had good pressure but needs an adjustment so it's a little gentler. Would stay here again.

Apartment was just as described, very clean, close to shops, bars, restaurants, The Badger, marina....anything you could want. We would stay here again if needed. The only thing I will say is that the parking spaces are tight. If you have a big SUV or truck larger than an F150, bring another vehicle. We have an F150 and barely made it. But that would not stop us from coming again. Great little spot!

A big group of our friends goes camping near Ludington every year. We're over sleeping on the ground in tents, so we opted for this place nearby. It was perfect. I wanted to say in my review that the listing is not quite accurate; it's so much bigger than it looks online! A real pleasant surprise. One really neat feature: You can see the SS Badger and SS Spartan from the bathroom window! Our only glitch was that things got noisy outside when the bar across the street closed. But...small town noisy. It only lasted for about ten minutes and then it was over. Great place!

Charming two bedroom condo located in the heart of downtown Ludington. Walking distance to everything downtown. A couple block walk to beaches. 2 very large bedrooms and tastefully decorated throughout unit. Check in/check out easy. Would stay there again.

Very clean. Well stocked. Great location. No elevator so steps were a bit much for my 81 and 84 year old parents. Designated parking was very tight. Overall the place was very nice.

The unit was a lot bigger than I thought! Was very nice and very clean. Location was perfect, we were in town for a wedding. We could walk basically anywhere we needed to go. FYI to future guests no where sells food after 10pm so make sure you have food before!!!
If I find myself back in ludington I will stay here again!

We really liked the place. The only problem was not enough towels for 3 people for 4 nights, had to go buy laundry soap and wash them half way through our stay. Only 4 bath towels, 1 small kitchen towel and no dish cloths. Also only 1 dishwasher pod so if we used it B4 leaving wouldn't have been able to run dishwasher. I feel this was the cleaning people not restocking properly. Also note a lot of stairs but wasn't a problem for us. Overall very good and would stay again!

Place was easy to find with a reserved parking spot- a plus. Apartment was clean, bright and just as advertised. Mgmt was easy to correspond with and quick to reply. Close to town center, and eateries. A bit loud on weekend nights though and front stairs are rather steep. Overall a very nice place and would stay there again. thank you

We had went to Ludington for NYE and watch the Ball Drop. This adorable apartment was 2 blocks away and right downtown. It was so clean and spacious. Bedding was comfortable! Highly recommend!

Other reviews that say the unit is more impressive than the pictures online are correct. The unit is spacious with nice personal touches and is centrally located in the town center. The location is fantastic for the restaurants and shops for Ludington. These are basically all within walking distance. Further, the many attractions of the area including beaches, the state park, nearby historical, etc. are all easily accessible from the unit. The unit itself is clean and has a reasonably stocked kitchen (glasses, plates, pans). The bedding is mostly comfortable but the pillows could be updated as they were a bit flat. The unit is on the second floor and requires going up a flight of stairs. Checkin was easy and the owner is responsive. We would definitely stay again.

The only downside is that the bedrooms face the street, so there is vehicle/people noise, but it wasn't too intrusive. The property itself is just as pictured. The kitchen is small, but (with the exception of no dish towels) it is well stocked if you were going to eat in (including a crockpot). The bathroom included shampoo, soap, toothpaste and extra TP. I wiped down the majority of the surfaces because...well, COVID, of course...and there was no dirt anywhere. It made me feel safer as I've rented my share of half-cleaned properties. Linda, the property manager, was outstanding. We had a couple issues with the electronic door access (TIP: You'll receive an email a week before your trip with the electronic access codes. Do yourself a favor and log into the app the day of your trip to verify. We didn't, and the codes were changed between the email and our arrival leading to a few anxious moments.) There was also an issue with a poorly draining bathtub, and the plumber was out within an hour or so. Linda was extremely responsive even on the weekend. While the AC in the room was excellent, the hallways are not air conditioned and there is a fairly steep set of stairs to the 2nd floor (no elevator). That wasn't an issue for us, but something to be aware of. It was also nice to have a designated parking spot. although with the convenient location, we didn't use the car much during our stay. While the check in directions say to use the door in the back of the building, it was much more convenient to use the front door to get to this room.
If I had the option, I probably would have gone with 4.5 stars because there are some minor things that could use some work (some gouges in the walls in the living room, broken mini blind slats in the bedroom, broken wicker side table in the bedroom, mildewed shower liner). None of those were major issues, but were noticeable. Generally a nice property for a stay in Ludington.
