We LOVED the staff, everyone was VERY gracious & accomodating… bed was not at all comfortable & no hot water in
Location, cleanliness, & CLOSEBY reasonable parking!
STIFF BED with no boxspring, not very comfortable at all! Shower was ice cold, so that was a MAJOR bummer!

Conceited
No much....not much whatsoever....but more below about that!
Lets start; Breakfast, either coffee or a croissant/muffin and that was it or a smoothie. It was verboten to have any sort of combo....how dare you ask for avocado and toast and a smoothie along with a pastry....nope you ain't having that bonzo! No one told me or could be bothered more to the point front of house when I checked in to inform me I had breakfast or that I needed to be given some vouchers for it.Though I knew I had paid for it....again poor advocacy in the decency department. The front of house attitude was poor bordering on contempt...NO greeting, taken for granted, nothing explained and all with the arrogance of entitlement and over arching remit in not wanting to be there as it was espoused by how their body language portrayed it all.The attitude of the staff in the bar (one in particular) who clearly thought it beyond him to serve myself and my partner? The fact that it was 30 mins to receive the so called smoothie from them showed that in detail. The inept process of taking $600.00 USD of my account for what...no water in the room, no mini bar, no facilitation whatsoever. When I wrote and asked about the hold afterwards the proceeding weekend and when it would be returned I was replied with the most outlandish imposition. When I intimated that I might be taking the sink home as to why I had a $600 hold on account it was then intoned back to me in the literal sense that 'one would need specialist tools and skills' to take said item out the room. That summed up the whole veneer of the staff...conceited, entitled, arrogant with not one iota of professionalism whatsoever in evidence.A rare flashed of someone holding a door open as you happened to be passing out the building but that was the exception than the norm in the time spent in situ. It was dire and nothing as it portrays itself.

Terrific location with superb helpful staff.
Fantastic location seconds away from a subway station and multiple good restaurants. Terrific helpful staff
Aliya rooftop restaurant did not have a wide enough menu and the music was too loud

It was a good time. Not too bad but also not the best 7.5 =)
I liked the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom. It has a nice view. It was the first time I've been to a duplex room so it was a pleasant surprise. The Balcony was also nice. Unfortunately it was on the 2nd floor so the view wasn't that good. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was only a few feet away making late night show watching a great time. The shower room was nice and it had a lot of room to shower without bumping into anything.
WiFi wifi wifi. We couldn't watch a movie or stream anything without buffering after buffering after buffering. It was the worse Internet service. And unfortunately it was a rainy day which made everything even more of a headache. I also didn't like the low maintenance of some of the equipment here. (Broken lamps, dirty balcony, floor wasn't that clean)

the location made it all worth the inconveniences
We were in room 530 which was one floor above the swimming pool and lounge. We were not able to go to sleep until 10 pm when the banging of the subwoofer music stopped. Tough room assignment for seniors (77) You should advise of the situation when checking in.

Would stay there again and would recommend it to others visiting Brooklyn.
Room very spacious pleasing to the eye with its modern decor. Easy to relax in and bed very comfortable. Location was convenient to restaurants and getting to where our other family members were staying. Would have loved to use the pool when it opens.
Wished standing lamp next bed on my side was functioning. Had maintenance come to try and fix it but had to be completely replace which he was not able to find a substitute for. I enjoy reading at night but unable to do so had to resort to the ceciling light which was bright and would disturb my spouse, therefore, no reading at night while he slept. Also, air conditioner would blow in our faces and would get very cold or would get too hot. Was difficult to regulate, instead requested for extra blanket which kept me warm if cold and took off if got too hot.

A great location of a hotel, great restaurants nearby.
Great location and very walkable to restaurants, gyms, subway. Rooms are comfortable and big for New York standards.
There was shortage in bathroom amenities and very short window of room cleaning time. It felt a little understaffed.
