About this house rental
Bella Mareas is a newly built stunning beachfront home with remarkable views of the Sea of Cortez. It is located in the gated community of Las Conchas, in the subdivision Las Mareas. This single story luxurious beach house has all the amenities. 4 Large bedrooms, 2 with glorious beach views, patio access, and king sized beds. The 2 back bedrooms have queen-sized beds, one with its own private patio and beach access. All the bedrooms have their own uniquely tiled bathrooms and one master also includes a built in bathtub. A half bath is located in the hallway for guests' use.
This lavish home has a fully equipped kitchen facing the Sea of Cortez. It includes a coffeemaker, kitchen utensils, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, and refrigerator. There is a breakfast bar that seats at least 4, plus a large round dinning room table, which can seat up to eight. Ceiling fans are located in every room. The home has both central air conditioning and heating. The family room is both spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating. A beautiful wood-burning fireplace is available for use (bring your own wood). For the convenience of our guests, Wireless high speed Internet is available, as is the Dish Television Network on a 42-inch flat screen television free of charge. There is a DVD player (bring your own DVD's) and an IPOD doc available for use. A Vonage phone line allows for free calling to the U.S.A. and a second Mexican line allows for local calls only. The covered beachfront patio has a charcoal barbeque (bring your own), a wood burning fire pit, and an outside shower. There is both patio furniture and beach chairs for guests use. The house includes a spacious 4-car garage and is located at the end of a cul de sac. Sheets and bath towels are provided, as are garbage bags and toilet paper. No smoking Inside and Pets are not allowed.

The house is lovely! This was our third time renting this property. We are been visiting Puerto Peñasco for 30 years and love staying in Las Conchas. Close to downtown and you can’t beat the location directly on the beach! The owner of the home called to check in and make sure we had a great stay. My only observation is that there seems to be a severe water shortage. We ran out of water on our last morning but the property management group was extremely responsive. I hope this is not a problem in Rocky Pointe in the future.

I have to thank the staff at Oceano they were so friendly and accommodateing. I would suggest that you could have drinking water so we dont have to go back to town to buy. I was Very impressed with the overall cleanliness and the small detail that made our stay so comfortable.

Within 10 minutes our grandchildren were combing the reefs with waders and nets. Best catch? Octopus! Strictly for looking! Fresh tamales delivered to door daily! Added 2 lovelies to my sea shell collection. Watched moon rise while toasting marshmallows to sound of gently breaking waves. PERFECTION. (As always!)

This is by far the best home we have stayed at and we have been staying in beachfront homes in Las Conchas for nearly 20 years! Not only is the set up perfect for larger groups, it was clean and well furnished. They provided so many beach necessities also. The view was perfect! We love Bella Mareas We have stayed at this house several times. Always have great times on the patio and water front House needs a little occasional maintenance. We had issues with back sliding door, handle broke off and rollers were shot. Toilet in one bathroom had issues, and kitchen sink did not drain well. We fixed drain, but Oceano maintenance crew came do the rescue on back sliding door and toilet. They also replaced strainer in kitchen sink Other than that house is great

Annual Summer Vacation
My Family and I have stayed in several different homes in Las Conchas. We've enjoyed them all, and this home was no exception. The house is big and beautiful and was very clean and well supplied for all our needs. Conveniently located right on the beach, with beautiful views of the sunset over the Sea of Cortez. We had a great time and would definitely consider renting this home again.

Bella Mareas is a great house. We have stayed there several times. House had a couple issues with Shower heads, but Oceano came out to fix...kinda. Not sure if another poor shower head was installed or the house just has an overall pressure issue. Talked with some locals and most of them have had to install a boost pump in the water system to get right amount of pressure to each shower head. Maybe a suggestion to the owner of Bella Mareas.
