About this house rental

Latitude 35 is a family sized beach house that boasts 6 bedrooms accommodating 12 people.
Tastefully decorated, you will enjoy the holiday feel of this getaway.
4 Bedrooms with queen beds and 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each, ensures a comfortable holiday for 2 families or a large family with a room for each guest. Two flat screen TVs, one upstairs and one downstairs is perfect for the kids to watch their DVD's or for Dad to catch up on sports.
Upstairs has a dining table to seat 12, whilst downstairs has a small kitchen and dining area for 4 people.
2 1/2 Bathrooms and a laundry downstairs will meet everyone needs.
Outdoors is a covered BBQ area with seating for 12.

Location

Halfway betweeen Vincentia and Huskisson and only a 3 min drive to Cafe's, Restaurants and Tourist facilities, Latitude 35 is ideally situated for a holiday in Jervis Bay.

A short walk from the house is Moona Moona creek, a superb spot for the littles ones to paddle or play on the play equipment.
Why not take a stroll or ride your bicycle along the bike path that is situated along the waterfront stretching from Huskisson to Vincentia, or simply have a dip in the ocean before breakfast.

Nearby is the famous Hyams Beach, reported to have the whitest sand in the world, Picnic and swim at Greenpatch or Visit Booderee National Park and the Botanic Gardens.

We rented the house as a getaway for our parents, to enjoy family time that is so rare these days. It was in a great spot, so close to everything and had two living areas so when the grand parents wanted a little bit of space, they would go downstairs. Great communication from the owner. everything you need for a weekend away.

Well equipped, great location although the road to cross to get to the beach can get very busy. We had grandkids, adult kids and oldies all staying together and the different spaces worked very well.

We were 2 families of 5 and found the house had plenty of room for all of us. The downstairs extra living area was great for the teenagers to go and play games and be noisy. Nice to have a dining table that could seat us all too. There is access to the creek down the side of the neighbouring house so we could head out for a paddle without needing to load our kayaks on the car. The balcony overlooks the road, but otherwise a great location all around.

Perfect house for our group of 12. Clean, tidy with everything you need. Close to the beach, just across the road. Nice and sizable balcony with big table where we enjoyed dinner under the star and moon. Just a few minutes to supermarket. We enjoyed cooking with all needed utensils provided. Last but not least, Deborah is a very great host. She accommodated our request very well. Thank you very much.

A fantastic house for family's and friends. Really well located, beach is over the road, and the walk path around to Huskisson is easy distance into Huskisson. The 3 bathrooms, 4 queen and 2 twin rooms provides ample space without the usual bunk bed overcrowding. The outdoor settings on balcony and by the BBQ are also a great size, and along two TV sitting rooms provides plenty of personal space. I highly recommend this property.

The house was perfect in terms of condition and location - no problems here. We did have complaints from the neighbours and were told we may be kicked out despite moving inside at 10pm and turning our music down - wouldn’t recommend as a stay for a group who may be loud.

Easy summer holiday

Great house for a summer break. Everything we needed, lots of space with seperate place for the kids to hang out. Great eating on balcony and under cover by the BBQ. Outside shower was great for the sandy kids. We walked across to the beach every morning, paddled up moona creek and the kids jumped off the bridge. We rode our bikes along the esplanade and the other bike tracks. Managed a few trips to cave and Murray’s beach.

My friends and I stayed here over the weekend. We had the best time. The location is great and right in the middle of everything. The whole process of our weekend away was "too easy". No fuss from the booking, to checking in and checking out. Beautiful accommodation for the large group of 12 of us swimmers, and we enjoyed our daily morning swim across the road in Collingwood Beach, and later explore the Booderee NP for swimming and snorkelling. Great location to explore JB (Jervis Bay). We are already planing a return trip at the accommodation.

We are glad we chose 'Latitude 35' for our family get-away. We couldn't fault the house: it was spacious, beautifully decorated, well equipped with every day items, and it had an appealing bbq area. The location was perfect: a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to Husky and Vincentia. Our stay was in winter, so the owner (Deborah) had the house nicely heated up for our arrival. Deb is a thoughtful owner who cares that her visitors have a great holiday experience at her beach house. Our group of ten all agreed the home was a great find, and we would recommend it to others seeking accommodation in JB..

Excellent house for a weekend with friends. Plenty of room inside, a great deck and plenty of parking. Three bathrooms and a second kitchen is an added bonus. There is also great access to Collingwood Beach which is a short stroll across the road.
