Вместо обычного хлеба можно было подавать на завтрак свежий азерб чурек.

Очень приветливые работники отеля , очень доброжелательны и любезны.

Качество завтрака стоит улучшить. Не было масла, сыр не всегда свежий, много мошек, правда под конец нашего прибывания мягкий сыр стали закрывать плёнкой.

النظافه والموظفون و سرعه استجابه ولا يوجد مواقف للسيارات بسبب الصيانه امام الفندق بشكل موقت ومرقع فندق ممتاز بشارع نظامي

ستاره غرفه 505 كانت لا تغطي الشباك كامل حيث يدخل منها ضوء بسبب نقص الستاره

Наверное, единственное положительное в этом отеле-это его расположение. Еще очень хорошие люди работают, мы прилетели рано, нам дали возможность безвозмездно отдохнуть с дороги в другом номере, пока не будет готов наш. В номер каждый день приносили по 0,5 питьевой воды на человека. Из плюсов про завтрак (минусы ниже): достаточно большой выбор, все достаточно аккуратное и свежее, дают неплохую клубнику, нарезанные апельсины и яблоки, жарят яичницу и омлет по запросу.

В номере и коридоре ужасный затхлый запах. Очевидно, что в отеле курят. Очень грязно, все пошарпанное, требуется ремонт, душ плохо работает, диспенсеры для шампуня и геля для душа, мало того, что не подписаны, так еще и не работали. Чтобы добыть оттуда средства, приходилось открывать сверху контейнер и выгребать жидкость руками. Персоналу говорили об этом, ничего не исправили. Постельное белье серое, с дырками, с черными волосами (!!!). Полотенца такие же. Оно и не удивительно. На моих глазах сотрудник пинал ногами по полу кучу белья по полу, видимо, нет тележек. Завтрак оставил ужасное впечатление потому что: 1. То, что они называют «каша»-это сырой геркулес, залитый чуть теплым молоком. 2. Вся еда, которую подразумаевается есть теплой-холодная.

I would not stay there for my next trip thats for sure

Its location

Their services were pathetic, their washroom were not properly clean, almost no room service. House keeping was only there from 10-5pm. During which we stayed out. They didn’t clean the kettle for us for 3 days i kept calling them.

Overall it was good.

My short stay at this hotel was disappointing and the comfort level was below bar

The location of the hotel was good it was close to the busiest Nizami Street. Though the street was quite busy however, it was good to have a night walk along with good street food.

The facilities of the hotel was Not up to the expectations and was not matching with the description provided by the booking app. The break option was really pathetic and was substandard Facility is not recommended for family stay and can only be considered for a single night if no other option is available

Location of property right at the corner of Nizami and its approach by car. Courteous staff Yusalan was very humble and caring. Room was very spacious.

Considering other hotels in the area actually nothing that i didn't like.

Value for money stay, but facilities can be improved to provide better customer experience.

Breakfast did not have too many options...in fact it was the same menu for the 5 days that we stayed at the property.

The room had some water leakage which the staff could not fix, so we had to spread bedsheets on the floor to cover off the wet section. I would have expected some more effort from the hotel staff.
