الموقع هو أفضل شيء في الفندق، لكن موظفي الفندق بحاجة إلى تحسين مستوى الخدمة

موقع الفندق ممتاز جدًا، بالقرب من شارع نظامي وبالقرب من جميع الخدمات

وقت تسجيل الدخول استغرق وقتًا طويلاً، ونوع السرير لم يكن كما هو مطلوب. وفي أحد الأيام أثناء التنظيف، تركوا الباب مفتوحًا.

تسجيل الدخول معقد قليلًا خاصةً اللي حاجز عن طريق بوكنغ يخصم نصف المبلغ و تدفع فالفندق النصف الاخر ومع ذلك طلع المبلغ اكثر عن اللي حاجزنه في بوكنغ

To Sum it off. Paying 132$ a night was totally a rip off and i wouldn't not recommend it at all.

What i liked about the WinterPark hotel: - Room was spacious. - King Bed was comfortable. - Toilet had big shower head which was phenomenal. - Location was close to center. (Approximately 5 Minute walk to Nazimi street) I have to give credit to Two employees who went above and beyond during my stay and that would be Suileman & Fatema, so for that i would like to say Thank you!

What i didn't like about WinterPark Hotel: (list is long so please bare with me) - Building is called Movenpick, however online on booking it says WinterPark Hotel so i thought that was odd. - Construction in Lobby, the Hotel pretty much does not have a Lobby. - When rooms where being cleaned, i noticed one of the days they redid the bed sheets without changing them. - Hygiene, Hygiene, hygiene!!! The Hotel does not have good hygiene what so ever - I was having breakfast one morning, where i saw one of the hotel guest touching different food from the buffet with his hand (and not putting on his plate). i straight away informed one of the hotel employee what i saw and he informed he that he would speak with the hotel guest. & removing/changing the dishes that have been touched. I saw that the employee disregarded my message which infuriated me where i escalated to management as it was not taken seriously. - As you can see from the photos attached (Both Room & corridor Photos) - The carpets are beyond old raggedy. - Needed to be changed a LONG TIME AGO, however hotel informed that they just have not gotten round to it as guest are still coming to the hotel. - Had to change my room several times due to condition of the rooms & the absurd loud constructions on one of the floors that went from 11am - 5pm! - Ordered Ice buckets several times - and for each time i received an ice bucket i had to pay 5 Manat = 3 $.. VERY SHOCKING - first ever hotel I've been two that is supposedly 4 stars (i wouldn't give it more than 2 Stars) and charges you for an ice bucket?!

Stacked building, full featured windows, and an excellent reception

The reception is excellent and very helpful

There are no multiple TV channels, movies and action, and there is no Arabic channel 1 2 The restaurant has insects on honey and cold kufi cheese

Perfect hotel, helpful staff and great location

The staff were very cooperative, they answered all questions and offered help in every way possible especially Nigar, she adviced us for good places and helped us booking restaurants, the hotel location is perfect not inside nizami so less crowded but also very near to walk there 10-10

The pillows were a little uncomfortable, other than that NOTHING

Хороший отель, просторные номера (брали делюкс) и разнообразный завтрак. Отзывчивый персонал, были готовы решить возникающие вопросы. Отдельно отмечу расположение, идеальная удаленность от всех достопримечательностей и не "туристик центр", 10-15 минут пешком до всего.

Первый номер пришлось поменять, выглядел довольно уставшим, плюс в отеле проводили ремонтные работы, и в номере раздавалась дрель. Но быстро предложили замену, спасибо! Еда и сервис в ресторане при отеле так себе, были два раза: первый раз принесли не тот заказ, второй - пережарили мясо (на замену предложили только салат цезарь, дело было вечером :)

Нам все очень понравился.Осень вежливый персонал.Отзывчивые.хороший завтрак.15мин ходьбы до набережки.Рядом парк фонтанов и торговая улица Низами

Я бы пожелал поменять ковралан в комнате.

Excellent for families

I was considering leaving as soon as I walked into the lobby because it was being renovated. Later on, though, I realized how fantastic this hotel is. The staff is amazing, especially "Nigar", she was really helpful. Great furnishings, size, and arrangement of the room. The location, the staff, the housekeeping, and the room service are all excellent.

The very limited breakfast options is the only flaw of this hotel.

It's a very nice hotel with professional staff

this is our first time in Baku and we choose this hotel as this has a very good review in many platform. we had a unpleasant experience with airport transfer but the staff manage it very professional. room was big and clean, view was amazing, and it's very near to nizami street.

there is a major construction in the lobby, therefore the entrance was using small door (we're using stroller for baby) and too tight if there is someone from other side bring luggage.

Stunning property, friendly staff, spacious rooms. LOCATION is amazing!!!!

Gorgeous Property with friendly staff. View from our room was absolutely stunning . Location is walking distance to fountain square, lots of cafes and shops nearby. Taxi is always around or you can download Bolt app for easy rides. Nigar at concierge was very extremely helpful, she organized wa car transport which took us to Gabala city. MUST see city!!!!!! Rooms are very spacious, all amenities are included in the room . Our family loved it!! Breakfast is delicious, lots of variety of food. Had an amazing view to the city. There is also a terrace in the restaurant.

Excellent location and comfortable rooms. Good access to the city center and other places.

The rooms facing Fuzuli Park were a bit noisy because of the traffic. Warm water supply disrupted for some hours one day.
