Gute Lage

Gute Lage. Einkaufsstrasse vor der Tür. Busstation vor Hotel. Es kann laut werden. Hat uns nicht gestört. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. 24 Stunden Shop in einer Minute erreichbar. Empfang und Reinigungsfrauen sehr freundlich. Sehr sauber und moderne Zimmer.

Frühstück war in Ordnung für meine Begleitung. Ich benötigte Glutenfreies Brot, dass entweder nach 30 Minuten erst fertig war oder sie es ganz vergessen hatten. Wir mussten immer wieder nachfragen. Was sehr mühsam war. Servicepersonal wirkte genervt. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht richtig. Wir hätten das Zimmer wechseln können. War uns zu umständlich weil wir schon ausgepackt hatten. Da haben sie uns einen kleinen Heizlüfter zu verfügung gestellt. Keine Schränke oder Schubladen.

Comfortable but not particularly memorable. All the amenities and services were basic for the price

Although it was not in a particularly charming part of town, the hotel did allow for very easy access to Reykjavik. I appreciated the blackout curtains that allowed for a good night sleep despite the sun setting very late in the summer months. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

Our room looked into the windows of a neighbouring guesthouse. It also looked down upon garbage containers that were spilling over with garbage. I found the bathroom very small and would have appreciated a bigger towel or an extra one.

Wonderful experience, would recommend to friends and family, would love to stay there again

I loved that its location, cleanliness, near public transportation, and the breakfast buffet that was included.

Great overall stay - would come again

Food was great - breakfast was fantastic. Location was ideal - not far from bus stops for tours. Very central. Beds were comfy and clean rooms!

Quite expensive but that's Iceland in general - so not the hotel's fault !!

Comfortable and enjoyable stay

Lovely modern hotel with restaurant on site. Very good breakfast and dinner options. Perfect location as smart bus drops you right at the hotel's doorstep (Bus stop 9), many restaurants and shops around.

Comfortable hotel in a great location in Reykjavik

The beds were very comfortable and we really liked the fact that we could open a window for fresh air. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There was a nice selection of breakfast items and we enjoyed eating on site.

We did not really like the Non-Menu dining for dinner. The rooms were a bit small but worked for us.

Das Zimmer hat muffig gerochen und war viel zu klein. Die Auswahl vom frühstück war klein, billig und fast nur für englischsprachige ausgelegt.

バス利用にはとても便利なロケーションです。スタッフの皆さんは笑顔で親切に対応してくれます。ホテル内はどこもしっかりと暖房が効いていて真冬でも快適に過ごせました。部屋に冷蔵庫があったのはとても有難かったです。部屋の装備は水回りなど少し古さを感じる箇所もありますが、しっかり清掃されていてとても快適に過ごせました。

Sehr zentrales Hotel, gut geeignet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Reykjavik

Die Lage ist sehr zentral

Wenig Parkplätze. Das Frühstück ist doch etwas eingeschränkt. Es könnte mehr Müsli und andere gesunde Sachen geben.-

Struttura nuova situata in pieno centro con tutto a portata di mano. Buona colazione compresa nel prezzo. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Parcheggio interno gratuito Consigliato

Great place! Recommended!

The staff was amazing! Especially Eduardo, who was always prompt to support, always with good humor! Great location and amenities!

Minor comment, about curtains in the shower... would be nicer to have a glass door to avoid water spills and to allow light to get into the shower area.

The perfect hotel in downtown Reykjavik!

Location was great, super close to bus stop, restaurants, stores and more! The staff was super kind and friendly.

The staff was very helpful in all ways. The breakfasts were very good. The location was convenient to the bus stop and restaurants and shopping.

It was difficult for us to manage the heaters. We were fine overall though.

Excellent all round 😃

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel! Really central, breakfast was fab, we were lucky and got a car parking space at the back of the hotel and the staff were really friendly and helpful!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

Convenient and comfortable. Would recommend & stay there again.

Convenient location - walkable to nearly everywhere. Delicious breakfast. Staff was helpful - one in particular was the male who checked us out on Sunday morning Oct 8th. He should get gold medal for helping us with medical question and expediting transportation to the airport.

Close to the main action in town, comfortable hotel

Next time I go, I would stay in one of the other Centre Hotels that are closer to the top of the street. There is more activity there

Localização perfeita. Fácil acesso à principal rua da cidade, próximo da escultura do “barco viking”, muitos restaurantes e mercado perto.

O café da manhã é razoável. Sem nada especial. O quarto para três pessoas é totalmente improvisado. Eles simplesmente empurram a cama de casal para o lado e colocam uma cama de solteiro no canto bem na frente do frigobar e do armário. Apesar disso, o hotel vale a pena.
