Logement spacieux

Pas de prises dans la cuisine équipée. Entrée parking pas adapté au grande voiture et piscine sur le toit dangereux car carrelage cassée mon enfant s’est coupé à l’orteil.

Satisfactory stay, nothing great.

Location, two swimming pools.

Poor maintenance of the room, very small and tidy rooms, room service, reception not available 24 hours, very poor wi-fi internet connection, no any view from the windows, except another apartment windows.

Квартира на короткий срок.

Неплохое местоположение, всегда есть где припарковаться, 2 бассейна, один внизу, второй на крыше, спортзал. Хороший менеджер, которая решала проблему с номером. В номере, куда переселили была стиральная машина, это прям огромный плюс для Таиланда. Уборка после желания съехать с отеля, стала неплохая. Персонал очень сгладил многие негативные моменты.

Изначально заселили в номер не того класса, что бронировали, ни полотенец для лица, ни для пляжа, ни тапочек, ни халата. Номера достаточно уставшие уже, требуют ремонта, на кухне дверцы не закрываются, стена возле плиты как после взрыва. Кондиционеры не чистились явно давно, сняв внешние решетки были в ужасе от количества пыли. Заявленная двухспальная кровать состоит из двух однушек, сверху надет наматрасник. Очень плохое освещение, постельное и полотенца изрядно изношены. Тюль порвана, окна не мылись давным давно. Если бы не высокий сезон и была бы возможность съехать в другое место, то не остались бы. Спасибо персоналу, что сглаживали разные моменты. Не было толком вешалок, попросили, они купили. Шкаф малюсенький, ни полочек, ни крючков. Долго жить будет не очень комфортно.

В соседнем доме апартаменты такие же, но сервис гораздо лучше

Удобное расположение. Через дорогу от пляжа. Рядом хорошая кофейня Bellynes

Грязные номера, ужасный WiFi. При заселении не работала дверь и отсутствовал чайник. Все в течении дня починили, но не приятно. В номере отсутствовало средство для мытья посуды. Плохо работал кондиционер в гостиной

Не стоит своих денег.

Хороший, приветливый персонал. Уборка каждый день. Вода - каждый день! Хорошая шумоизоляция. Удобное расположение. Стиральная машинка ( не вертикальной загрузки) это плюс!

1. Отсутствие WIFi. Невозможно было загрузить элементарно сообщения, не говоря уже про рабочую почту. Это отвратительно. Телек из за этого не работает, он всегда не в сети. 2. Грязные подушки. Причем не просто грязные а с пятнами крови и прочей нечисти. Так как они закрыты наволочками не сразу понятно, вопрос в первую очередь к персоналу, они видят это и не стирают, про новые подушки я молчу, Хотя стоят копейки. 3. Рваное постельное белье. Меняли один раз, оба комплекта рваных. 4. Номера «уставшие», никто не ухаживает

near the surin beach, about 5 min walk. family mart about 3 min walk. you can cook in the room, there are all utensils (pans and pots). every day they bring new bottles of water, toilet paper. there are no additional payments for the use of electricity and water.

Cheap but still underwhelming

Staff was friendly, washing machine in unit, refrigerator, short walk to many restaurants.

The bed sheets, pillows, pillow cases, and towels clearly hadn't been changed in a LONG time. If they made the bed sheets and pillows nicer it would make a HUGE difference. Also the grounds were dirty and disorganized, even around the pool. It's basically an apartment complex now for Russians avoiding the war in Ukraine, which is understandable, but it means the place has fallen into disrepair. Oh, and the WIFI is really bad.

It’s a convenient place for first time visiting to Surin Beach. The facilities record, and the room is tidy. The place c

it was in a quiet location but difficult to find if you had to find it yourself.

it felt like a hostel where people came and went. The pool wasn’t used while I was there, and there were no staff at Reception. One had to call a number to receive instructions.

Nice room with small kitchen, all you need for that type of vacation.

There is lack of furniture on the balcony. The host cannot provide it to be fully equipped. WiFi works not perfectly.

Acceptable only because we enjoyed a very good discount. Won't consider this hotel in the future.

Big room with kitchen, wash machine and sofa bed. Quiet location close to the beach.

50% of the time there was no one at the reception. Receptionist / Manager only reachable by phone. Very weak or no WiFi at all for days. Had to literally beg for hand towels every day. Queen size bed sheet on a king size bed. Weak lighting in the rooms, especially bathroom. Shaving was almost not possible due to the darkness. Bad TV signal. Can't see why other travelers gave a 9 or even 10 rating because this is definitely not a 5-star hotel. It just doesn't have the facilities and the service even to be considered a good 4-star hotel since the only staff you will ever meet during your stay will be the 2 maids.
