1. При заезде на рецепшине нас встретила 2 таракана, персонал никак не отреагировал на их наличие. 2. Очень тесный номер, зачем-то куча столов в нем, в ванной нет ни тумбочки ни крючков чтоб повесить свои вещи; Место вроде и есть но оно все заставлено и очень неудобно, маленький балкон где кое как можно поставить сушку и сесть ты там уже не сможешь, и вид с балкона на стройку; 3. Ресторан при отели ужасно не вкусный, принесли горелую пиццу; 4. Плохо говорящий по английский персонал; 5. Дорогой массаж, жили в отели на берегу моря там он стоил в 2раза дешевле! 6. Попросила уточнить ближайшую запись на массаж, просто уточнить, так меня записали туда и еще возмущались что я не иду и что я не могу отказаться! 7. Денежный залог в размере 100$ ну это вообще.... без комментариев! Короче отель на твердую 3*

Хорошее расположение. Рядом ресторан, кафе, прекрасное спа Zenza в 5 минутах ходьбы, напротив въезда в отель стоянка тук-туков, на которых в любое время легко добраться до пляжа Банг-Тао и прочей инфраструктуры. Большой прохладный бассейн с джакузи на всю длину корпусов -- прекрасное решения для апарт-отеля такого типа. Яркие надувные матрасы для плавания в бассейне. Чистота территории. В самом номере достаточное количество мест для хранения, 2 сейфа, утюг, гладилка, сушилка, посуда, хороший свет в ванной для макияжа (это редкость).

Мы бронировали номер люкс с выходом к бассейну, но не учли, что шезлонги общие и их очень мало на все количество номеров и отдыхающих. Поэтому, открывая утром шторы и балконную дверь, мы всегда натыкались на чьи-то попы под окнами нашего номера. Приватности никакой, только после 7-8 вечера. Первый этаж не рекомендую еще и из-за сырости и затхлого запаха в номере. Диван был весь в разводах и срочно нуждался в химчистке. В остальном претензий к чистоте в номере нет. Девушка-горничная старалась и убирала хорошо. Как оказалось, соотношение цена-качество не оправдано. Ближе к пляжу мы нашли крутейшую новую виллу с 3-мя спальнями, собственным бассейном и с горничной в те же деньги.

A lot of our clothes were stolen (laundry?). The staff and management didn’t want to help us and find a financial solution.

a terrible check-out experience completely ruined what could've been an otherwise satisfactory stay

- the location was great for our needs, if you're looking to stay in bang tao area this is a good option to consider. the hotel is located within walking distance to a bunch of beach clubs - shuttle service - breakfast's okay

-the state of the room (tiny, musty smell, ac directed at the bed) - coffee offered during breakfast is undrinkable, which is why the hotel conveniently offers to make you a freshly brewed coffee at extra charge :/ - a pool area is almost always in the shade - poor service & impolite staff they shamelessly charged a broken glass water bottle (pieces of which we cleaned up btw) to our bill and refused to return our deposit amount in full because that was considered a ‘damage’ to the hotel property. after i argued that we were throwing these same bottles in the bin after we were done with them this whole time because nowhere did it say they are hotel property and should be handled with care the lady at the desk doubled down and claimed these were reused by the hotel. what a joke! as if i didn’t see those same crystal brand bottles sold at the supermarket. good thing they didn’t charge us for all those bottles we threw away i guess. the worst part of it all was how the situation was handled by the hotel employee, incredibly rude, was speaking over me the entire time but was pretty much saying the same thing over and over again bc there are only so many comprehensive sentences they could form in english.

A very nice resort in a great location

The room was incredibly spacious and clean and the overall hotel facilities were 5 star! The restaurant serves delicious food just a bit pricey!

We would have appreciated knowing that you have to pay a deposit for the room upon arrival.

Terrible. Do not stay here.

Absolutely nothing

DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT. We have visited Thailand 19 times and can safely say we have never had an experience like this. From the moment we arrived it felt like everyone was against us. We were told we were getting a free room upgrade, then to be told they had made a mistake and told us we must pay. The next morning (and many mornings after) my husband requested a ham and cheese omelette, only to to be told no because it wasn’t halal (even though bacon was being served as well as fresh pork ham) when addressed with front of house, they also told us it’s not a proper halal kitchen so shouldn’t be an issue. But it kept being an issue. The resort is on a main Rd of many construction sites. woke one morning with a letter saying we needed to pay for extra cleaning of foot towels. They were hardly dirty as we were careful to wash out feet prior. We booked a shuttle bus back to the resort twice which forgot to pick us up. The second time my husband chased the bus but he didn’t stop. We had booked to stay here for two weeks but left after one. They REFUSED to give us a refund. I spoke with the general manager who was extremely rude and dismissive and told me my complaints were minor and silly. After speaking with the general manager, I went back to our room which was being cleaned. After the cleaner left, my husband noticed the bathroom hadn’t even been cleaned and towels not replaced. I went back down to the GM who told me to GO AWAY because I was lying ( only to then be told by the cleaning team they forgot!) Absolutely terrible resort run by terrible people. We lost almost $2000 AUD and went to stay at a far better resort.

Less than adequate

Nothing, my biggest mistake to book here

I booked the 2 rooms suite. The reception was not helpful for check in. Rooms spaces were vey small no space to move inside bedroom. The room is not having simple things like tissue and other necessaries. Faraway from everything.

اذا تبي رخيص وحلو ذا خيار ممتاز

المكان رهيب مقابل سعره مكانه بعيد عن شارع العرب . عندهم توصيل لشاطي مجاني وفيه في الشاطي مطاعم وكفيهات

الفندق ينفع للي ناوي يجلس فتره طويله لنه رخيص وحلو فطورهم عادي بيض بس اللي ينفع للعرب

Not the best option for holiday

The breakfast was tasty, the air conditioner worked perfectly, swimming pool looks nice.

We waited for the room after the check-in hour, the room is pretty crowded because there are too many things we didn't use it in our holiday. The location is not the best option if you want to go to the beach or if you are in holiday. We feel like in residential neighborhood.

Our stay at Diamond Resort was vey good , food great and rooms fine

We enjoyed our breakfast everyday, and we thought Sue the Restaurant Manager was really great, she took the time to make you feel welcome and always had a smile, the staff generally were very friendly too. The cleaning of our room was competent also. The shuttle service was enjoyed too

We felt the bed was very hard, possibly made worse as I had a back problem, however it did improve when we had a mattress topper put on.

The staff is really professional and helpful. Our rooms were very clean. The shuttle service towards Boat Avenue and the beach are an excellent free service for all hotel guests. To all the staff; thank you for your hospitality.

The hotel comes with an 'á la carte' restaurant with as the chef claimed 'fine dining'. The concept has enough choices of international dishes but.... we can't deny the feeling that the chef is way to confident en only appears when it's suits him. As a result, the pizza dough was still raw, if you serve red meat you never serve it on top of the fries. If you serve a (Belgian) specialty like chicory in ham and a Béchamel sauce please make sure the the vegs are cooked properly and chef please taste your sauces and food when it leaves the kitchen. All food was lacking seasoning or wasn't at all. Again not the fault of the staff but an very very overconfident cook, claiming to be the 'executive chef'. Sorry not in a million year. There's enough room for improvement but not with this guy.

Nice room with kitchenette which was really useful. Pool looked nice, staff were helpful and friendly You can rent a scooter directly from the hotel Bed was a bit lumpy, partner mentioned it to reception and they immediately sent a mattress topper to the room which was really comfy.

Bit far to the nearest beach and main street. There is a hotel courtesy bus Main clientelle appear to be from Russia

Other guests at the hotel would leave their belongings on sunbeds all day, making it hard to find one to use. Beds weren't as comfortable as other resorts of a similar cost. Breakfast buffet was nice, but often crowded.
