Ich muss wirklich sagen gar nichts…

Sie in die Jahre gekommen, alle Getränke mussten fast selber gezapft werden. Es gab einen alkoholfreien Cocktail, zwei unterschiedliche Eistruhen einmal gegen Bezahlung einmal all in das Essen war auch wirklich schlecht. Die Zimmer waren unter aller Sau die ganze Dusche ist der Fußboden abgeplatzt. Es war dreckig und muffig.

Vacaciones 10 en Aluasun Cala Antena

El personal del hotel es muy amable, profesional y muy eficiente. Éramos un grupo de 12 personas y el trato fue excelente. Las instalaciones y habitaciones están siempre limpias. El buffet es muy variado y copioso. El hotel está a escasos metros de la Cala Antena, una cala tranquila, para nada masificada y muy limpia. Nos ha encantado pasar unos días de vacaciones en Aluasun Cala Antena.

La piscina grande podía estar más limpia, ya que en las esquinas se acumulaba la grasa de las cremas solares, los espectáculos y los horarios sobre todo del bar y piscina están muy orientados al turista europeo, los españoles llevamos un horario más tardío en todo

Worst experience

Nothing at all.

Google picture of the pool was misleading as the pic was of the hotel across the street. Neighbors next door were up breaking things and screaming from 3-8 am, we got no sleep at all. It was so bad that we ended up finding a different hotel. Food was gross. Gentleman at front desk was rude.

I truly don’t recommend this hotel! When arrived we were very disappointed by the room that was given to us. Very bad sm

We liked only the manager of the hotel.

We didn’t like the reception staff which was very rude and the conditions in the room were very bad, the first room that we had was a disaster!

Pleasant

The staff is just great, sociable and accommodating, especially Jose Maria, hi Jose) The staff should be paid a good bonus!)The food is repetitive but good. Cocktails are also good, as are the bartenders)

Housekeeping is terrible, they just came and rubbed it back and forth and that's it. The beds are terrible, on wheels, they go back and forth. The room entry card was constantly demagnetized.

Clean, comfortable and affordable for a short stay 😊

Everything that we both wanted clean, good variety of food and very help and friendly staff who couldn’t do any more for you.

Entertainment wasn’t the best but maybe not my taste but we spent the nights out in the local bars and enjoyed the karaoke 😊

Wonderful location and buffet food.

Buffet food excellent. Staff very helpful. Room kept clean. Some shows really good. Location wonderful.

Grill lunch. Central area without air conditioning, could do with drinks machine in this area and refurbishment. Toilets next to restaurant need cleaning and refurbishment. Restaurant could be noisy when staff bang plates to clean them. Doors from restaurant to garden could be opened so people could eat outdoors if they wished.

Excellent food and helpful staff

Excellent quality and range of buffet foods. Location excellent. Some of the shows really good. Helpful reception and bar staff.

Cleanliness of toilets near the main restaurant, walls need painting and washing. Central area of large room near restaurant not air conditioned making it very humid, a lovely large room that was wasted and needs refurbishment. Plastic cups for drinks not pleasant, prefer the clear type. A drinks station is needed in the large central room. It is not acceptable to ask people to put their coffee in a plastic cup to drink in this area. The staff bang the plates to clean them in the dining room. This makes a very noisy atmosphere. The bottom area of the dining room could be opened so that people have the option of using the outside tables and seeing the beautiful view.

everything was nice, the food is good in the restaurant and snack bar, the hotel is very clean, from entertainment team Lety and Bassam are very nice, Jesus the life guard, Jose Maria, Nadya, Samuel, Carlos from the bar and Adan from the restaurant.

Nice location, big choices of food. Poor entertainment.

There was a metal door between our room and a room next to us(inside) how I understand those rooms are families. Bad thing was that I could here everything was going on in the room next to us, voices, water flush in the toilet, and a very loud snoring of our neighbours. Also cleaning needs to be improved, I had plaster on the floor for whole week I stayed there .

Great holiday, great holiday.

The room was clean and had everything you need - balcony, plug sockets beside the bed and the room was huge. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and they all work so hard. Especially in the bar area at night when it gets super busy..they never stop. The entertainment was good too. They had aqua aerobics and activities during the day. At night they had entertainment outside which was really good too. The entertainment staff were brilliant too. Really kept everyone involved and had fun. The hotel is big with 2 pools. One is a smaller children's pool and the other is a decent sized pool. There are plenty of sun loungers where if you wanted one, you'd get it. The hotel was clean too. It's in a good area, overlooking a cove. You can walk down to the beach, or walk to a cliff over looking the cove. The beach is quite small, but it does the trick. You get to it via steps but it's good to go see it. It is around the corner from loads of shops, a few bars and restaurants. There is also mini golfing etc. So it's in a good location too. We were all inclusive. The food is grand, with plenty of it. More or less usual stuff you'd get at an all inclusive hotel. They also make fresh stuff like omelette's, pancakes, fish, pork etc to your liking. The hotel also has a snack bar outside where the bar is that does chips, burgers, hot dogs etc. It's open to 6 which is great. It means If you don't fancy anything at lunch you can go there. The bar is great. They have soft drink machines that people pour their own so they don't have to wait at the bar. They also have a slushy machine. They also do different cocktails on different days. For the price, the hotel was very good. We enjoyed it. It had everything you need for a holiday. We would definitely come back again. Some reviews I seen before I went made me think we made a mistake, but everything was grand.

Although the food was good, sometimes it was the same food day in, day out. Maybe a bit more selection. After dinner, the bar area can get quite busy. There are sometimes quite a queue to get a drink. Although, you'd queue in a normal bar to get a drink too so it didn't bother us too much.

A few things to improve

Fair value for money. The area Calas de Mallorca is amazing. Even though Cala Antena (the nearest beach) has pebbles in the sea, you can find the most spectacular sand beaches nearby. The hotel is dated and that is clear in the photos here on booking.com so there is no deceiving there. The hotel did have quite a few negative points that are easy to improve depending on management willingness.

The hotel experience could have been a lot better regarding the following: Food: despite plenty of salads available on every meal, there was limited meat, very limited fish dishes (spotted 2 different types of grilled fish in 7 days) and little hot meals variety (almost no mince in the spaghetti bolognese, decided not to try it again in the next 7 days). Reception: I tried to contact the hotel unsuccessfully quite a few times before my stay. On arrival the staff did not show us how to get to the lifts and the rooms. No one ever told us there is this most beautiful 15min maritime walk to reach Cala Domingos (best experience the hotel area can offer). Pool: the bar staff never showed an ability to understand Portuguese language despite having plenty of Portuguese guests in the hotel. That lead to no explanation to which drinks were included in the all inclusive regime and no understanding we did not want our expresso coffees in huge plastic cocktail cups. After realising the staff did not stop kids from dangerously jumping in the pool on top of other guests that were in the pool, I had to politely ask the kids to be mindful with good effect. Room cleaning: sometimes rooms were being cleaned only in the afternoons and one time they managed to ignore the need for a deep cleaning after a plumber came to fix the toilet flush. Hotel rules: during check out, reception staff explained to us they did not offer lunch to any all inclusive guests on check out day as they never know what time will they be leaving. Really??
