It’s ok, nothing else

Good location, not so busy. Close to the beach.

Hotel is missing a lot of items which are on the bookings page… and for example you have to pay deposit for KETTLE , or tv remote controller which is a joke. No cups or glasses or plates in the room. Absolutely nothing in the room . The room wasn’t ready when we arrived and it was 8pm. Missing sheets, the door didn’t locked on balcony side. The food generally was ok however it could be more option to choose… poor entertainment, no music at the pool.

experiencia agradable y divertida

Los trabajadores genial. Amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. La limpieza y el mantenimiento de la habitación muy bien también. El primer día se descolgó una pequeña estantería del baño y, sin avisar a nadie, suponemos que la persona de limpieza avisó a mantenimiento y, esa misma tarde, la teníamos arreglada. Muy buen servicio.

Hay muchas escaleras para acceder a todos los puntos pero es algo estructural y antes de ir ya lo esperas.

Schönes Hotel, traumhafte Lage Das Essen war in Ordnung, viel Auswahl am Buffet Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und bei Problemen wird einem sofort geholfen.

Die Bar und der Animationsraum sind leider nicht so toll. Es gibt keine frischen Cocktails, sondern aus einem Automaten, nicht schön.

ottimo hotel con posizione eccellente

I ragazzi dell'animazione simpaticcissimi, molto preparati, bravissimi, spettacoli divertenti e diversi ogni sera, musica top. La vista mare è eccezionale, la mattina l'alba ti affascina. Il cibo buono e vario ogni giorno, temperatura sala ristorante un pò bassa. Pulizia della camera fatta ogni giorno, camera molto spaziosa, box doccia grande Servizio all inclusive completo anche di sera zona bar Davvero non capiamo che problemi hanno le persone che scrivono ''troppi gradini'' 2 rampe di scale affiancate da 3 laghettini artificiali su 3 livelli con pesci e tartarughe uniti da leggere cascatine ti accompagnano nel tragitto camera piscina/bar e hall/risotorante, molto scenografico, meglio fare 2 passi in più con tutto quello che si mangia in all inclusive. L'hotel è in una zona tranquilla ma a 2 passi ci sono un sacco di negozietti, localini e parchi gioco (2 minigolf, pista macchinine, alcune giostre per bambini La posizione dell'hotel è ottima ti permette di visitare tranquillamente tutta l'isola e le spiagge più famose belle e rinomate senza fare troppa strada in macchina nelle varie direzioni nord sud est e ovest, max 40 min distanza da aeroporto Palma 45min Lo consigliamo in tutto. Buone vacanze

It wasn`t what we were expecting.

Nice views and very nice staff.

Didn`t like the food too much, we mostly ate at other restaurants. We had all inclusive, but it wasn`t really worth it. The wi-fi was very bad, couldn`t complete any work. I had to stay on the couch from the reception to be able to finish some urgent work. There is no access for disabled persons, just lots of stairs. This is a place for families with kids, definitely not a hotel for couples. There are other things we didn`t like but we`ll just leave it like this as they are probably aware of the things that needs to be improved.

Exceptional

Vey cozy hotel and kids friendly, great food and all facilities. Beach is 5 min walk and I would say the most beautiful I have seen in Mallorca. A bit crowded due to high season but it doesn’t prevent you to swim, places are for everyone. Nice bar on the beach with good service. Every day entertainment for kids, very convenient. Parking is tiny bit you can park around the building behind the canteen. Thank you Calas Park for such wonderful vacation !

The views from the sea room were amazing Close to Domingo's beach which is a nice beach Lots of shops around Great family hotel Staff were very helpful Fresh cooked grilled food were the best Loved the beer tap in the restaurant

The food wasn't great and lacked seasoning and flavour although the freshly cooked meats were delicious. Just add a bit of salt to the food. Kids did not enjoy the slushes as they too lacked enough flavour Lots of stairs so if you are fit then you'd be fine, if not it could be an issue

Not what they promised

I specifically asked for an apartment with a private room and they confirmed that. But when we arrived they gave us one with only one shared space for 3 people. They changed us the second day, but made us lose one night of sleep/holiday.

It was a great stay. We certainly recommend it.

We had an amazing staying at HSM Calas Park. The room was very clean, the food was good and varied and the staff was very nice. If you have a car, the hotel has a good location so you can reach pretty fast (about 20-30-40 minutes) the most beautiful beaches of the island. There is a nice beach next to the hotel too (3 minutes walk).

Nice vacations with kids

Nice 3 star hotel. Near a board walk that takes you to beach in minutes. Nice beach (needsa bit maintenance). Good buffet for 3 star, needing only some adjustments. Great hotel for families, also near the small center. Large good rooms.

Being a 3 star is already a good hotel, however there are some things to bare in mind: - You need to take your pool towels (shouldn't be necessary in this type of hotel) - Lunch starts at 1pm ( with kids should be earlier) - A lot of stairs to reach the restaurant area. Ok for lunch and dinner, however for snacks should be served in the bar lounge next to the pool and with much more variaty (and healthy) - Gluten free and vegetable drink options would be nice - Only has cold water. - Since it provides a kitchet having something inside (just some mugs, plates a small pan)

The rooms where very modern and clean. The food was very nice with loads of fresh fish. The drinks were really nice, great selection. Animation team is great! Beach is very near and crystal clear The view from the “sea view” rooms is stunning Food (even warm) is basically available from 8am-11pm, so if you have kids that need snacks, fruit, anything, there is always food

Super noisy, all day long somebody was dragging furniture? It is build on a cliff so there are tonnes of stairs to go everywhere with no way of avoiding them The pool is tiny and shallow. Effectively only for kids The curtains in the room are not blocking the light. Very hard to sleep in the morning The room is advertised as an apartment but doesn’t have even a single spoon. what are we suppose to do, bring our own spoons and plates to use the kitchen?!

We loved it! I'm sad that we booked only a week) really should booked 2 weeks or more)

Beach is nearby, just 5 minutes. Also the swimming pool is great for kids. be prepared that you can't really swim in it. But it's enough for kids to play and for you to cool. Cleaning was every day, fresh towels. Great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for reusable cups, minimum plastic waste! Great kids club. A lot of fun activities for kids and adults. They work really hard. Also if you have an opportunity rent a car. There are so many beautiful places around!

I didn't get why the shampoo and shower gel you get only once at arrival. And no pool towels. Maybe think of deposit for pool towels.. I can't say that food is great, but it is okay. I don't eat meat and there were fish every day, fresh vegetables, fruits were very tasty. Also you could find different deserts. Great money value.

Thise place is perfect for families with kids. We had one of our best holidays ever. Staff is very friendly, room cleaned every day, really good choice of food. Big thanks for the enterteining team. Nadia, Tomasz, Marco, Magda, you guy's doing fabulus job.

Beach is rather small and full of people ( and glons;) so place would be better for those who prefer the pool.

Lovely apartment and beautiful views

The apartment was spacious with a beautiful view. Staff were very friendly. Location of the hotel was good. Nearby to shops and beaches. Pool was nice and the view from the pool was amazing.

The food was very repetitive and had a very random combination of items. Perhaps there should be some food themes. It would be nice if there was an option for premium drinks. There are a lot of stairs so it would be good if there was somewhere to get drinks close to reception.

Great value, absolutely no frills, week in the sun.

Very low price for all inclusive. Near a nice beach.

You found out why it was such a low price the longer you stayed. For the all inclusive bar they billeted you with two plastic tumblers at the beginning of the stay. And they wouldn’t serve you unless you had your tumbler. Soap in the rooms wasn’t replenished. The kitchenette had nothing in it, no plates, pans or cutlery. You had to pay a deposit to get a TV remote and kettle. And the food was simple and repetitive.

Beautiful coastal location

Location was beautiful. Beach is round the corner. Staff were amazing and polite. There are events happening every evening. Drinks were lovely. Room size is great. There were 3 of us. Definitely book a sea view. Its worth the extra value.

A little hard to travel to. Its an hour away from a city centre. Food is a quite repetitive.

Great hotel, lovely people and food

Brilliant hotel. Modern and clean with excellent food and all the staff were so friendly and hardworking. The view out to the sea from the pool area is breathtaking and you can take lovely walks along the coast on well made paths. The entertainment is so good for children and the entertainment providers are so enthusiastic and energetic.

The biggest drawback is the lack of recycling-so much plastic waste-it should be a necessity to bring or buy a reusable cup for your stay (or use glasses or cups that can be washed) like at most festivals these days. Changing table in the male toilets should also be an absolute must.
