Hotel muy céntrico

El hotel está junto al centro, por lo que aparcar en día laborable es complicado. El edificio es antiguo pero cumple con todo lo necesario: limpieza, espacio, atención del personal, etc.

La ducha es algo pequeña.

Gutes zentral gelegenes Stadthotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es liegt Zentral. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Buslinienen liegen in der Nähe. Auch die bekannten Märkte sind in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Da es Zentral liegt hat man Straßenlärm.

Excelente. Sorprendida gratamente.

Personal educado y muy amable. Habitación y baño super cómodos, nuevos y modernos. Lugar para el desayuno muy bello. Zona de star con sillones tv y baño muy cómodos por si uno tiene que hacer tiempo hasta irse. Ubicación inmejorable. Valet parking de pago pero muy bien manejado. Obviamente lo recomiendo y volvería.

No poder quedarme más días.

Good

Location is very good. Mid-point of the old town and the modern center of Palermo. Nice restaurants, cafes nearby. The room was spacious.

The hotel is in dire need of renovations. The furniture, bed, A/C are all very old. The night receptionist did not speak English well. The cleanliness of the room when we checked in was not adequate.

I had a great stay at Hotel Tonic. It's a nice, safe hotel in central location, friendly staff!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, safe for female solo traveler, great value for money.

The room felt a bit dated, and the lighting was a bit dim. The aircon unit was a little noisy.

Very good location, and good large size of the rooms.

We booked the room 2-3 months in advance, expecting to get a room with balcony as all rooms above ground floor have balconies. Arriving at midnight, we were assigned to a room in ground floor, with only a small window, very dark room. Why would the staff not offer the arriving guest as good a room as they can, it was obvious that the hotel was not full. This is not good service! They informed about breakfast, but did not mention that this was not included in the hotel price, then offering a 50EUR bill at check-out. We are of course willing to pay this, but would nice to get this information in advance.

Excellent due to location

Great location, decent breakfast. Biscuits in reception delicious.

You can’t divide an ordinary room stick two tired dirty chairs in it and call it a junior suite! Aircon didn’t work and request to have it fixed had no response. Floor was gritty throughout. Toilet flush was defective.

Good location, price is kind of ok

After the hotel changed a room for us, the room was spacious, with two separate beds as we wanted. The hotel is in good location.

First of all we got a room with double bed and a sofa, but in advance we requested twin beds. A receptionist didn't speak any english. After my furious reactions he called and changed a room for us. Thanks god. After this all gone very good.

Hotel Tonic overbooked my room and sent me to stay in Hotel Elite. I was on a business trip and I had no time to complain about the alternative accommodation. The other hotel was clearly below the standard of Hotel Tonic. Overbooking may happen, but a hotel should make sure that guests who are concerned are treated better than the guests who can have a regular stay, not worse! I also decided to not have breakfast because they wanted me to go back and forth between both hotels in certain time windows. I should add that I cannot complain at all about Hotel Elite. For the standard that they offer, things were okay, and they were extremely friendly and welcoming, but it was a somewhat rundown hotel in a back passage. I will never again book with Hotel Tonic, and I do not recommend to anyone to book a room there if you want to have a smooth and pleasant stay without unexpected surprises.
