Exceptional

The kindness of the host, the complementary coffee, water, chocolate etc. in the room, the size of the room, all the details that make you feel welcome. The tram stop (no3) right in front of the accommodation, 10 min. to city center. We also went to the Beyeler Fondation and it took about 30 min by public transport (bus + tram).

The walls are not perfectly soundproof so if you have noisy room neighbours it may be a problem. But we were lucky and our stay was perfect.

As comfortable as your own home

It was a quiet and peaceful place. You feel comfortable like in your own home. They are very relevant. Rooms are very clean. Coffee and chocolate in the rooms was a nice treat. They give baselcard for free transport. I would love to stay again on my next trip.

Great location, good price, kind host.

The location is perfect, really close to the center, the tram station is just across the street. The host is really kind and friendly.

she was cheerful and helpful. she also provide BaselCard for free transportation and museum(discount). everything was great and location as well.

Basel is an expensive town. Pension Sunneschyn was welcoming, convenient and good value for money.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were given Basel cards which gave us free tram journeys and half price entry to museums. The Rhine was only a few minutes walk away. The bakery on the corner was good for breakfast and lunch.

No complaints. It was well described in the Booking.com website.

I liked everything. The place and convenience. I am very happy and satisfied that I have lived there. I recommend everyone this place

Very good

We did not have breakfast. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The only downfall was having to share the bathroom with other customers.

It was clean, free coffee in each room, staff very polite and welcoming.

Far from the city center, no private bathroom, bed blankets not adequate for the season and no possibility to change.

Great location, good value for money

The location was perfect for visiting Basel. The Rhine is a few meters away by foot. There is a tram stop outside the B&B to access Basel’s very good public transport system.

Great stay for 1 or 2 nights in Basel.

Nice neighborhood. Good and friendly staff. Clean and well organized. Storage for my bicycle.

No breakfast. However, a breakfast facility was nearby. Bathroom a little outdated.
